Here for a one-day Baha'i conference, we were hosted nicely with water, coffee and tea service. Lunch was provided through catering (maybe through the school?) which consisted of a selection of boxed sandwiches (Turkey, ham, roast beef, vegetarian). The boxes included a fruit (apple or orange) and a small bag of potato chips (Lays BBQ, Lays salted, Doritos Cool Ranch) and a small chocolate chip cookie. The space we were in - the gymnasium - was large and well-ventilated, including the capacity for air conditioning. Tall ceilings (presumably good for the sporting events held here), bleachers that can be pushed up against the walls and out of the way to make room for the 10-seater tables and chairs for the 500 participants present at the conference. A stage, mic setup and projector/screen were also made available and utilized during the event. Separate rooms were made available for additional spaces to take children, hold classes/breakout sessions, etc. Overall, a great space and experience.

I've been at EvCC for at least a few years now and I don't recommend coming here. After my first…read morequarter, my advisor had me register for an advanced class, ended up getting dropped from it due to a prerequisite class I wasn't told about. In the summer of 2023, I had to drop my courses due to an family emergency and when I went back for the Fall, I had to go to the Cashier's office to see if I got a refund of my tuition. I had to wait TWO AND HALF HOURS just to be told it was transferred for my Fall tuition. This last spring, I thought it would be my final quarter with all of my credits, but I was dead wrong. My current advisor did not tell me I had to take ANOTHER COURSE just to graduate and straight up lied to me when we first talked six months before the spring quarter. Now I have to wait till the spring of 2026 just to graduate and have my associates. Also, the tuition and the parking permit prices are stupidly ridiculously expensive. $55 for a quarterly parking permit taking more than 9 credits? No thank you! I'm happy to get out of this college when I do!

Several reasons why you should avoid learning and testing here. Here are top 3;…read more1. They give different bikes for different users. Some are antiques and some are modern bmw sports ride. This will give some users advantage and put others at disadvantages the speedometers won't work on some so you are left guessing how fast to go. And they WILL FAIL YOU if you go too slow. So learn to read speed magically. 2. They ALSO test against the different bikes. If you are LUCKY and get a nice bike you Pass! If you don't, you WILL fail. Why? They won't say what the time limit is But you are tested against time. So all nice BMW bikes get to pass whilst all other bikes, most of them fail. 3. You WILL NOT be prepped for the test. The test has different criteria you should meet than what you practice for And just found out..PAY 50$ to retake endorsement test and guess what... they will TRAIN YOU for the test so you can have prestige runs till you get to a point where you can pass. Apparently this is not included in the Basic course worth 350$. Why? They don't have an answer. So expect to pay another 50$ and hope you pass then cause they got the money! Attached is the bike that won't tell you how fast it goes and sounds way too loud so you feel you are fast only to be told you are WAY too slow. It is not good at turning Or curves so EVERY other bike has shorter turning angle Except this and other these kinds.

Would you want to spend 17,000$ dollars on a school that you can't transfer to another college or another University. And most hospitals and clinics won't hire you because Everest College has a bad reputation. I went to a few major Hospitals in Seattle and when they see Everest college on your resume they won't even call you. A community College will take longer and free and you can transfer your credit to another school or university, that's why? The Everest Campus in Renton and NorthGate Got shut Down cuz they have bad reputation soon all the campuses will lose down too.

First off, the administrators act like they care so much about you're education but all they really want is your money. & they act super unprofessional & racist. I wish I would have done more research before getting myself into this school. It was so bad that I hated going to school it's like I was being forced to go, all I was doing was wasting my time & my money!!! I would think not twice but 20x before going here I would give it no stars if I could.

They just want you to become self-efficient programmer. Coding Dojo boot camp is one of the best schools in Seattle in my opinion. I put 5 stars because by attending this school I could make decent clone of one of the popular website and right now I capable to build app in MEAN stack. I feel comfortable to work on my personal projects without help. By the way when I started I didn't know even how to "hello world!" Thank you, Coding Dojo Team!

I was previously in the Marine Corps before attending Coding Dojo with a background in Accounting and Diplomatic Security and very basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Immediately we knew the school would require a lot of attention, time sacrifice, and time management. Most days would range easily putting in 12 hour days, 5-7 days a week. I didn't fully know what world I would be getting myself into but I knew from dabbling with Code Academy and enjoying it, that I wanted to become a full-time Programmer. The instructors/staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The instructors and TA's are caring and patient; they do their best to help you understand the material. Bending over backwards and sitting with you for as long as needed to help you understand what you're doing. I really appreciated when they would record the lectures and demonstrations so I can go back on the material for live examples and code with the videos. I have struggled a lot during the school but I see it as constant room for growth and that there is a lot to be learned in Programming and you shouldn't give up. Multiple assignments and class work a day plus algorithms will feel heavy and challenging. But I believe with struggle comes strength and some points you'll question it all. And learning and soaking in the material feels quick but you'll soon realize you know more than you give yourself credit for. The implementation of the "20-minute rule" for working on your own, then asking a TA is a great push to becoming a self-sufficient developer. Students will grow to need less supervision and how to find the answers instead of having the answers given to them. Coding Dojo helped give me the skills and understanding for walking into the massive realm of web/software development and that there is much more to be learned, and in many different languages. And if I wanted to learn a different language, it's doable. It makes me eager to continually and constantly learn as an aspiring self-sufficient developer."
