    Not much to fault here. Booked a spa afternoon for myself and a coworker. We were treated like royalty. All the services I received were great, but I enjoyed the facial the most. I was concerned about how private the spa would be considering it's in the mall, but it was very serene and modern. Everything you'd expect from a high end spa, heated massage beds, hot towels, plush robes, etc. Only negative was we weren't told to bring our own flipflops but they found us ones to use, but it was a minor hiccup. Our estheticians were the right level of chatty and sweet. We'll definitely return.

    I have been seeing Natasha for a few years now. I think she is the most amazing person and hair stylist. When I went for my appointment today everything went good as usual. I have very very thin hair so Natasha is good to let me style to top of my head to minimize my scalp showing. But today at the end of my appointment I was in price shock. I went to pay and received a bill for $330!!!!!!!!. the most I have ever paid for my hair was $275. and that appointment included lightning my black hair. Today's appointment was not even 2 hours long root touch up and the top half of my head highlighted. All my hair was already light (minus my roots) and a trim. I like Natasha so much but these prices are ridiculously high. I don't think I can afford to keep coming here. I have attached a copy of the receipt that blew my mind today!

    When I went to the west end location I was impressed with how professional the salon looked. My hair stylist was Loraine, and as a seasoned employee her hair cut was $85. I was fine with this because I needed someone who knew what they were doing. I also got a rehab cocktail as my hair has extensive previous damage from bleaching. Loraine was great at answering any questions I had about restoring my hairs luster. I had told her I wasn't straightening my hair because there was one section that was absolutely fried and I could smell it burning when I was using a straightener. At the end of my appointment she said I know you're not using a straighter but because you just got your hair done I'm going to give it a 'manicure'. I was fine with this as she's the professional and assumed she would know what my hair can handle. Left there very happy with my hair. The next day (Friday) that one section of hair was back to crinkled straw. I took pictures and called in, only to be told a manager was only in on Tues/Thurs. I was unable to call back on Tuesday but Thursday being my day off I went into the location. I told the receptionist I wanted to speak to the manager because I 'sort of had a complaint'. She asked what the situation was and I told her because I figured she needed a quick run down of the problem. When I told her, her immediate response in a very condescending and snarky tone was 'why did you let her straighten your hair then?' I replied because I thought it would be fine seeing as I hadn't used one in over 4 weeks. She had a line up so she asked if she could serve them before continuing on with me, I said of course and stood off to the side. I saw her go in the side room for a moment so I thought she was telling a manager there was a client that wanted to speak to them. Nope. She then came back and asked me to explain it to her again because she 'didn't see what the problem was'. I explained it to her again and had photo proof of the damage. She asked if I was accusing them of damaging my hair, I said no it was already damaged. She then said if it was already damaged and my hair stylist was great then what's the problem. I am ashamed to say but I replied with 'I didn't pay $130 to have my hair look like this the next day'. She commented how it didn't look like that now, I said because I've used a repairing mask every day. Again she asked what the problem was. Again I said I didn't pay $130 for it to look the same a week later. By this point I was so frustrated and asked when the manager would get back to me, she took my info and told me Loraine would get back to me. I reiterated that no I wanted to talk to a manager and when would one get back to me. She said as soon as ones available, at the time of writing this it's been two hours with nothing. If I could rate just my stylist I would give her 4 stars and the company 1, but unfortunately I can't do that. I have also posted pictures of my damaged hair. *UPDATE* Rebecca from the main office got back to me same day and resolved it perfectly. She was very apologetic and really recovered my outlook on Eveline Charles.

    4 chairs at Pedicure station

    I had a pedicure and quite enjoyed it. Nice one hour spent on my feet (and a bit on the calves). Not sure if $85 is a good price or too much for a pedi, but for the end results I think a bit pricey, wouldn't go as often as every month. Something to definitely treat your feet to in the Edmonton dry frigid winter though. Nice experience overall. Thanks to Revilyn for serving me so professionally and friendly:)

    The stylist was rude anddid not listen to what I wanted she negated my request for the style with her own idea that I said no to. Firmly

I want to do haircut and root colouring. I show the picture what kind of haircut I want and also explained my problems with previous haircut it was not properly layered on my one side and I always has a second line On my right side. But TJ said that he understand what I am talking about and he said that I will not have that problem at this time. After he did haircut and highlights and styling my hair looks great, but in the back not exactly what I show him, but I think it's ok. But after I washed my hair and didn't do styling my haircut looks awful, I have the same problem (second shorter line on my right side and also in the back it was not looks good as well. I decided to go back and ask for refund, because I am not satisfied with that. When I came and tried to explain TJ getting very angry and rude. He said I did very good hair cut to you and he didn't want to listen to me and he said he will not refund me money and he force me to leave and started call security. i was very disappointed and he humiliating me in front of coworker and clients, he even didn't want to talk to me. I don't think I deserve that Hairdresser treat me with no respect. I paid for his service and I think I deserve to show him and explain if I don't satisfied what he did. When I asked him to show me professional license and certificate he also refused. I asked what is his real name and he said to me Prince Charles. I' be got most unprofessional service and very rude hairdresser who's got the money and doesn't care about anything after. He kick me out from salon and two security men help him. He said one of them was his friend. I didn't make any big scandal I just came to talk. I am going to file consumer complain and complain at BBB, because nobody deserve be treated like that. You and your business depend on clients and make yours customers happy is your first priority, Prince Charles!!!!! I also mentioned that most of his clients are men's and I think he was not able to do stylish haircut for women because he is a barber, not stylist. Sorr, but I've got that impression. Very disappointed, unsatisfied, humiliated, sad. Not recommend.

I arrived a bit early and had a nice chat with the receptionist who shared some of her skin care hacks with me, which was positive interaction number one. I really appreciated that the stylist I came to see noticed some flaws in the cut I had previously received and helped me towards fixing the error in the future, although it would take a bit of growth to correct. She also sounded like she'd help you get the look you want, but would advise you against things that would really damage your hair, which I completely respect. It was such a good experience that I've already booked my next appointment.
