If you want knowledge on makeup, do your own research, you might as well because they'll avoid you like the plague here. Find makeup on your own because the associates never approach customers or ask them anything. Countless times I've wandered aimlessly and looked for help and nobody comes, even when clearly seeing customers. The customer service is practically non existent here but sometimes the cashier is nice. Also, pro tip, you can get the brand name makeup for much cheaper online. Sometimes it's 25-50 bucks before you get free shipping, but there's definitely a huge difference in cash.

They were able to answer any questions I had about the eminence products used, and customized my facial according to whether or not I was going out after or going home (ie. redness, shine, etc.). Elysian has an easy online booking system through their website, and I notice they have promotions on their Facebook page so you should check that out. I had my facial consult which was neat because they took photos to see problem areas on my skin. I found the consult to not be so helpful. I was recommended things that other spas would refuse to do to my skin because it was too harsh. I'm super careful and knowledgeable about different treatments so this kind of sent off a red flag for me. They really only recommended treatments which they had the machines for which was pretty limited from what I am accustomed to from going to medical spas. I also was actually taken back by the prices as they were alot more than other places I've been to. Hence probably why I never tried them before. Anyways...I ended up being model for a hydra facial Deluxe for $235 and got 50% off my treatment. The tech was actually new and I felt like she didn't give me a proper treatment because I could feel that she had missed some areas and didn't focus on my problematic areas (nose and chin). Luckily I was using a gift card and got a discount for the treatment. But if I had paid full price I would definitely have been disappointed. Overall. They have good options available for treatments and plenty of products which I am yet to try. And maybe I'll come back for one of their specials. But my skin didn't feel or look as glorious as it typically did compared to getting a $235 treatment elsewhere. So I'm not sure I can justify the full price from this experience. It was overall a positive experience but a few things were off for me. I am a spa addict and I have extremely high expectations of going to a spa for treatments so take this with a grain of salt.

I didn't make an appointment but they were able to get me in quickly which i thought was great. The haircut started awesome and i didn't ask for anything fancy just needed to tame my hair a bit. Where things took a turn; was while the stylist was cutting my hair she cut part of my ear off. I kept calm and asked for an emergency kit. They didn't have that but did bring out a dry wash cloth some random gauze they had. The wound wasn't stopping bleeding and i asked if someone could drive me to the hospital or get me a taxi voucher to go over there. I ended up spending nine hours in the emergency room waiting to see a doctor. I followed up and asked the management team to contact me. I messaged the number that was given to me by their "concerned" district manager. Only to find out that it wasn't even his number that he gave me. I waited 4 days to hopefully hear from someone. Nothing. I'm not looking for compensation or anything of the sort. I simply wanted some level of follow up to know that they actually did care about their client that was injured as a result of negligence. Very disappointing experience especially with the way gift cards are handled…read more I am extremely disappointed with this company and, after this experience, I would not recommend purchasing gift cards from them. The gift card promotion was misleading, and when I questioned how it was being handled, the company did not honor what I understood to be advertised. What made the situation even more concerning was the handling of the gift card balances. What is especially concerning is that I had two gift cards that were actually on my account, while another two were gifts that had never even been added to my account. Yet somehow, there were questions surrounding balances and transactions on those cards as well. The whole situation left me with serious concerns about how the gift card balances and transactions were being managed. When I reached out to try to resolve the issue, I expected someone to look into it professionally and work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, the communication turned into an ongoing back-and-forth argument. Rather than trying to understand the customer's concern or find a resolution, the person handling the matter seemed more interested in defending their position and insisting on their own interpretation of the rules. I want to be clear that the staff I have dealt with in person have actually been the best part of this company. They have been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience dealing with the owner or whoever deals with their email communication has been the complete opposite. The lack of customer service, willingness to listen, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to argue repeatedly to have a company properly investigate a gift card balance or explain unexplained transactions. If a promotion is advertised, customers should be able to rely on those terms, and if there is a misunderstanding, the company should be willing to work with the customer rather than simply dismissing the concern. My advice: be very cautious when purchasing gift cards from this company. Based on my experience, I would not purchase them again. It has completely changed my perception of the business, which is unfortunate because the staff themselves have been wonderful.
