So I walk into the carpet store, the smell of fresh new carpet hits your nose like a chocolate cake baking in the oven. So Heavenly. Taylor greeted me, and I told him I needed a 6 by 8 carpet for my kitchen. So Taylor tells me we have 6 by 12 carpets. OK, let's go see them. So we went upstairs. It was like carpet heaven to me. There are so many beautiful colors and sizes. So I picked out one with the help of my dad, whom I sent photos to. Taylor gave me a nice price on this carpet. After I bought the carpet and Taylor put the carpet in my car. I told him I give you 2 thumbs up 5 stars and tons of kudos. You're doing a great job. Then, when I was in my car, I realized I had forgotten to buy three floor mats that were on sale for 3 dollars each. So I went back into the store and bought the three mats. Thank you again, Wood Brothers, for all the help you have given me. I give you 2 thumbs up 5 stars and tons of kudos. You rock in my book. I will be telling my friends and family to come here to shop for their carpet and Linoleum.

My husband and I suspected that the wood was "green" . Mannington has a 50 year well written warranty so I wasn't worried, other than the inconvenience of having to move out and do it over. Mannington sent out their inspectors and they claimed the damage was our fault!! Something about humidity and that we needed to instal a house humidifier. Huh?! This is my third wood floor in this area and in 20 years, I have never had wood coming apart on the grain or the finish coming off. Wood Brothers were also shocked with the report results and went after Mannington. Even Mannington's local representative agreed about the faulty product, but Mannington Company stood firm. No deal! SO lesson learned - The 50 year Mannington warranty means nothing. Most of the time Mannington has very good products, but not every time. Wood Brothers has stood behind their product 100% and is going to do the whole job over free of any charges to me! Wow! Even floor removal and installation of the new product! Mannington corporation = BIG BAD COMPANY Wood Brothers = OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I went there seeking to buy two mattress. One a full and the other a custom 3/4 mattress. The…read morelady took me through the selection process - first choosing the mattress by style and then arranging for the size you want. It was quick and easy and she was very helpful. I thought that the beds were really expensive but I also know that they are very well made. my last mattress was less than a thousand but only lasted five years. this one can be flipped and from the reviews seems like it will last much longer. the full was delivered the next day but the 3/4 we put on hold because they needed exact measurements. this bed frame was built in the 1700s when nothing was standard. it took a month and a half before we were ready to have them make it. after they delivered it they sent me a huge bill for an invoice that i had already paid. i was worried about this, because i had paid so far in advance. another company did this to me and they are still sending me bills ten years later and i have to check my credit report constantly and have on cue a legal argument in case they do, because they wound't fix it. these guys fixed the problem right away and apologized for sending me bills for a month. a lot of companies don't do this kind of service anymore and customers fall through the cracks, so for all these reasons i keep my five star rating.

We worked with Jamie, Pam (I think this is the woman working at the front desk - if not, she's great too) and Clyde who did the upholstery. We encountered other employees as well and all were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't sure about the exact material and color we wanted so they presented several options and explained the pros and cons of each material choice. We decided on a medium brown leather. They met every timeline and commitment they made to us. We couldn't be happier with our chairs. The finished product is high quality and fits in perfectly with our snack bar area. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an Alexander bed from them that had issues with the springs. They knew there was a design flaw in that particular model and swapped it out for their newer sparrow mattress, but only after having to fight with them to get them to honor the warranty. Less than three years into their new replacement mattress, the sparrow the foam is now starting to degrade, and when I brought this to their attention and attempted to utilize their comfort guarantee, they said that the mattress was not eligible because I didn't technically "purchase" the mattress that it was given to me as a warranty replacement. Hence, there are no guarantees or warranties was their implication. They never gave me the option to just return my money from the bed that went bad instead they just gave me a brand new mattress with no warranty or no guarantee. This company is shady. Their mattresses are made by Boston bed company and even they refused to get involved. Your money will spend better elsewhere stay away from Nest!
