We worked with Juan during the Year End Sale, to find the perfect mattress, as well as an adjustable base. We had several different configurations that we liked, but ultimately, it came down to availability and timing. When we made our final selection, we were guaranteed delivery by January 10th, and left satisfied and very excited. On January 9th when I hadn't received the scheduling call for delivery, I called the store twice. The first time, the salesperson said I would receive the call later in the evening. The second time, 15 minutes prior to the store closing for the night, I was told I had the wrong delivery date, and that it wasn't coming until the 14th, and offered no other explanation or help. I tried to ask her to look up more information, and she told me, "you must have just gotten the date wrong." I assured her I didn't have the incorrect date, as my invoice had delivery service on the date I stated. She didn't have anything to say, and just told me to get a hold of my sales rep the next day (Juan). Once I spoke with Juan the next day, and explained the situation, and that I was dissatisfied with the service, and that we had specifically picked the setup we did, to avoid delivery even further into the month, he assured me he would do his best to remedy the situation. After placing me on a hold, he came back on and apologized for the trouble, and again said he wanted to keep us happy as returning customers. I had no idea as to what he was going to offer next. He said for all of the trouble, and for the amount of time we had spent in store, he was offering an upgrade to the more expensive mattress that we liked for no additional charge, and delivery the following day! I was absolutely blown away!! As someone that has worked in hospitality, as well as luxury sales, I was very appreciative of his positive attitude, and his willingness to take care of us as customers. Not only did Juan gain us as customers for life, I have also recommended family and friends to go down and see him when they need to purchase a new mattress! If you've been on the fence about where to shop for a mattress, look no further than Mattress Firm, you'll be in good hands!

Two cats in the bedroom which i didnt move thinking theyd be fine where they were. The delivery people got done but made a VERY SLOW EXIT. One cat escaped like it had been shot out of a canon. Other cat behind a nightstand not moving. Was it dead? No...but what the heck happened to my cats?! Bottom line -- merchandise OK. Delivery process sucked! You, as a consumer, can NOT directly contact the delivery crew and neither can the store. They can only contact the delivery company. My cat is STILL missing after all most 2 months! My suggestion -- buy bedding elsewhere with a more " open communication" policy.
