No we didn't "yell at the service man". He actually told us that why we wrote in the claim is not what he was coming to take a picture of. All of my children were present when he was there and he just kept telling my son..."things are going to get weirder?" Not sure what he was referring to. There is no reason why the furniture shouldn't be replaced. Yes, my ex husband left fish tanks on pieces that were ruined and beer bottles which caused water damage. All of those things were to be covered in your policy. Like I said, Ana and Tia were lovely to work with but the furniture we would still like repaired as it's under a warranty you sold us. I can share with you the entire conversation with the repair man as we recorded it. He was very strange and we still stayed respectful. In no way would we ever yell at a repair man. We had damage to the cushion on the couch and he said he was there to take a picture of the back of it! Lucky for us Guardsman paid it in full. Regarding the $300 credit, my daughter was excited to buy something for her room and it disappeared! One week they said it was there as we returned pillows and the next week it was gone. Nothing was purchase with the $300 but again we don't want to argue. It would be nice if you repaired the furniture as you seemed to do before my husband moved out but after I left him, nothing got fixed. Oh well, you are the owner and you have the right to run things as you wish. Have a lovely rest of your weekend!!!

Some dining chairs of mine had some really wobbly legs all of a student and Evans sent someone out a week out of my reporting of my reporting of the issue. The tech Alonso was professional, friendly and very courteous. Can't recommend him enough. My one gripe was with the way the chairs were assembled because it was mentioned that the building people for the chairs probably didn't tighten the chairs well enough and that is why I had this issue in the first place. Anywho, all's well that ends well. 4 stars. Also, they have sales periodically throughout the year. Try and buy what you need around these times for some serious discounts. I'm not sure if the discount prices are the market rate prices leveled up artificially adiring non-sale times nd then reduced back down during sales times, but the best prices are given when the sales happen.

I saw lots of beautiful, nicely priced furniture, costume jewelry cases, vintage clothing, soaps, chalk paint, and vintage household goods such as dishes and bakeware. We only spent an hour looking around but could easily have taken a couple of hours or more. Since anything I bought would have to be packed in a suitcase or carry on, I decided there wasn't anything I couldn't live without at that time. If you're ever in Chico CA, this is a great stop for looking at antiques.
