This business is something amazing. The owner, Vic, always goes above and beyond of what is asked of him and always makes sure everything is working properly and communicates everything, as well as being one of the nicest people around. He's also incredibly knowledgeable and will go on and on about cars, which clearly shows his passion. For me, he fixed my thermostat (stuck open), gave my car an APR tune, fixed a vacuum leak, installed a new bolt-on (with no labor charge, which is amazing), and did several other maintenance-related tasks and tweaks perfectly. They always buy the highest quality products and never settle for cheap parts. At one point, they fixed my intake for free (wasn't even their fault, and I plan on buying a new intake down the line). The other workers are talented and work hard as well. The only downsides are location (for me, because it's a bit of a drive) and how busy they can get, due to the quality of service. read more

Very happy with Vic. He's worked on my M3, 325, 525 etc. for many years and I've referred others to him. (I'm a BMW guy) He can be stretched thin on certain days, but keep calling him when he's working on your car. If that doesn't work just swing by the shop and see what he's doing. My 2010 s4 was mangled by another mechanic who just wanted to get some work without knowing how to properly perform the job. In the end, he left the engine bay mangled and improperly installed a pulley that later backed itself out on the highway. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER I found Vic through Yelp and I'm so glad I did. I recently moved to Burbank from NY and bought a 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet in excellent condition with low mileage. Vic checked it out and showed me some minor issues that he took care of quickly and at a very competitive price. This week I had trouble with the Transmission Control Module which is a common problem with this model and can be up to a $2K repair. Vic diagnosed the problem immediately, called Audi to see if there were any recalls for this issue (which there wasn't) and then called Keys Audi in Van Nuys and found out that the car was still under warranty and that Keys would fix it for FREE. Vic could have sold me $2K worth of parts and labor but instead did the right thing. As long as I live in LA, I will bring all my cars to Eurowurx. read more

I met Vic by accident, was driving down the 5 fwy when a piece of concrete put a hole in the oil pan of my e30. Went to Eurowurx to get "ALK" bushings installed. Vic quoted me a very favorable price compared to what another well-known so cal VW tuner shop was quoting for the job(half as much). Turned out that installation was a bit more involved on the DSG than it was for a manual, which Vic didn't know when he gave the quote. Nevertheless, he was gracious enough to only charge me for half of the additional time(btw, Even had he charged the full amount, it still would've been almost 40% less than the other well-known tuner shop quoted me...). I also had trouble with a front light(largely my doing but that's another story) and Vic fixed it free of charge. Yes, free of charge.... So, as you can expect, I have nothing but praise for Eurowurx. With my car finally coming off warranty, I needed to find a shop that could handle both repairs and mods at reasonable cost. Came to Eurowurx only after I had been seeing some previous dummies who are well known. They made it sound I could take an extended warranty to any other place but, I found out I could. So on a suggestion I took it to Eurowourx and what was taking the other place days( no joke) Vic and his awesome team figured and fixed in a couple of hours. I'm not joking when I say my car had been there numerous amount of times. I had changed 6 pair of rear tires on my BMW over 1 &1/2 years. Eurowurx fixed it in a few hours. Then showed me on simple computer illustrations the before and after photos which a child could understand ( and Myself) boy was there a difference on how both photos looked. Vic and his guys have done a great job helping to keep my car on the streets...and when she doesn't want to run, they get her in quickly to diagnose the problem. While she's been in their shop more often, recently (due to it being a VW, not anything they are doing)- they are really nice and take the time to explain the issues and how they are going to fix the problem. We have been going to Victor for years after the purchase of our Audi. VIctor is honest, he knows exactly what is wrong with your car and his work is correct. So at first i thought this place was good. I read the yelp reviews and decided to try em out. I went here a few months back and received my car back with dings and scratches here and there. I thought that wasn't a big deal since they pulled apart the whole front bumper and hood. I received it half assed put back together with the hood placed crooked and a big uneven gap. Made my car look like i did the job myself. I didnt really care right i kept telling myself it was ok. Not only that but it took them 3-4 days to install a 30$ piece of rubber inside the oil housing. The first day it was supposed to receive my car they didnt even call me. I showed up myself and saw the car disassembled completely. Why didnt they at least call me? I had no car for 5 days. I should have written this review sooner. What made me write this review is that today i went to a mechanic for a brake sensor. They told me the last people that put on the sensors (which was eurowurx) put on a different type of sensor that didnt fit or even stay on the brakes. It has been rubbing on the rims scraping the inside. No effort was put to do the job right. I had a variety of jobs done here in my visits and i do believe that is not the only thing they half assed and they charged me for things i didn't need. I guess thats the chance you have to take when you don't know a lot about cars. So id caution people to check other places out before bringing it here. read more

Thorough knowledge of European high performance market and mechanics. His service is stellar and prices hands down worth every penny. Took my VW here for a throttle problem, and later for a timing belt change. Its pretty clear these guys really know there way around a German car. Work completed has thus far been trouble free, and prices are far more reasonable than at the dealerships. The only downside is they've grown quite a following and you have to plan ahead to get your car squeezed into their busy small shop. read more

Best mechanic I have gone to by far. My car had a problem with accelerating and was causing me a lot of problems. Before coming here, I took it to another mechanic and the VW dealership in Glendale, neither one was able to pinpoint the issue.
