I was excited to try this place as I've had it bookmarked for a while. There was no wait when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The hosts were friendly and we were greeted by a server right away. I regret not remembering her name but she was awesome and very helpful. We started with the wings which I highly recommend. We tried firecracker and honey glazed flavored which were both tasty. The best thing is they came out hot and juicy. More often than not wings come out room temperature and dry. We also ordered cocktails which were pretty strong (for me at least). We got to pour it ourselves. I loved the Campfire. Anything with a roasted marshmallow makes me happy. For entrees, we had the double smash burger with fries and Fresno Fig with sweet potato fries. Burgers were juicy and tasty. The Fresno Fig had a bit too much goat cheese though which overpowered the flavor of anything else. I wouldn't order again or maybe ask to go light on the cheese. The dessert on the other hand was absolutely delicious. It was a bourbon barrel cake with vanilla ice cream and caramel. Yum. read more

A decent place if you're looking for an American chain restaurant. I've been to this location many years ago but I recently went back and ordered their Bison burger which came with a side of fries. Everything was good but for $20ish the burger was pretty small especially when it's placed on such a big plate. I definitely wasn't full at the end of the meal. After lunch, it was a problem. J said the Manager would only allow for 3. Long story short, we got to use them, but they didn't make it easy. J actually never checked in on us during the main part of our meal. Luckily we didn't need anything, especially since they leave you with a jug of water. Only after we were almost done did he come by to pick up plates and drop off the check. Not sure how that earns you a $20 tip but I digress, maybe he was on his lunch break. Food was nothing impressive. We ordered the blue cheese burger, jalapeño burger, Philly cheese, chicken nachos, bacon burger with veggie, onion rings and ice cream. Burgers did have that nice Carl Jr. char on it, but for a "medium" it was pretty dry and overcooked (no pink). Much better burgers at islands, and Red Robin if we comparing full service burger places. Barely a handful of fries in a cup (horrible plating). Cheesesteak was super salty and had no fat on it at all, felt way over cooked, and way chintzy on the meat and again the cup of fries. Onion rings are interesting, reminded me of French fries onion you put in green bean casserole, you get maybe 7 of them. Felt like it was the same price as chicken wings or something. Overall the coupon got me in. But the service will keep me out. Sorry, I won't be back. I just realize, maybe this is just a bar more than a burger place. The drink specials looked promising. The wife and I wanted to take her niece out to celebrate her graduating from high school and found this spot. To start it was pet friendly so that was a plus. Our waiter was awesome since it was our first time visiting he gave us suggestions based off of what we were craving to eat and helped me choose the beer I wanted. We got a few shareables starting with the truffle cheese fries, and the Brussel sprouts which were nice and tangy with the sweet and sour sauce they glazed them paired with almonds. I got the bison burger along with onion rings and both my wife and her niece got the American burger with fries. I stumbled across this restaurant and decided to give it a try because it had good reviews. However, my experience was not so great. Customer service was extremely slow. I feel that I was a bit discriminated against because the color of my skin. There were two other tables that came in after me that received their drinks & food prior to my table. As I was leaving, I noticed another black couple was complaining about the customer service as well and how slow it was. I had the Eureka burger. It was pretty good. My bf and I love Eureka, but we came back recently and was so disappointed, mainly in the customer service. We came on a Saturday night and there was surprisingly no wait. I do like how they have big tables for larger parties. We ordered the barbecue bacon and bison burger. The burgers were good, but fries were disappointing and soggy. It just looked like the leftovers. Our server was attentive in the beginning, but he just disappeared after. No one checked in on us after we got our food. I've been to Eureka! a few times for happy hour and always had a great experience. I finally went in to try their regular menu and my only regret was waiting all this time. I already can't wait for my next experience. I immediately was seated despite the fact that it was Dinner Hour and was greeted with a kind host and live guitarist. The volume was loud enough to enjoy the music but not too loud that I couldn't have a conversation at my table. I ordered quite a few items and I can't place my favorite. The Truffle Cheese Fries & Mac N' Cheese Balls started the party and already set the bar high. I personally liked dipping the Mac balls into the cheese sauce that came with the fries! My main course was the Protein Bowl. I decided to go with tofu and had no disappointments. The crunch was delicious without the tofu being dried out. The sauce was something I couldn't place with the herbs but even though it doesn't seem like much, it tied in all of the flavors perfectly without needing more or being overwhelming. My partner ordered the Napa Chicken Sandwich. I expected a slightly dry, thin little sandwich but what came was enough to share, but of course he didn't except for a bite. It was too delicious! Tried out Eureka on a Saturday night with a +1. The place was not busy at all for the size of this restaurant. We were seated along the far right corner of the restaurant once you entered. I probably saw a family of 4 and a couple during the dinner experience. The restaurant is well decorated. I definitely can see it being a nice hangout spot for large groups. Its also pretty big and offers outdoor and indoor seating. We opted for indoor as is was a little chilly that night. Customer service was good. Our original server took a 30 minute during our dinner and passed off to 2 other servers while he went o break. All of them were pretty friendly and attentive. Food was just okay. We ordered a freshmade ginger lime soda (not that much flavor), root beer, dorito encrusted shisito peppers (the portion was small), spicy chicken sandwich, and fish and chips. Today was our first time visiting Eureka after being interested for a while. After reading quite a few good reviews we finally stepped into the restaurant. Once seated we waited almost 20 minutes before a server greeted us and took our drink orders. I order a beer and my family settled for water. I never received my beer, and after asking for more water it took about 15 minutes to get it refilled. We then Asked for another cup and we never received it. I went up to the bar and asked for one. We rarely ever saw our server and it was not busy during our visit. Despite the long waiting period our food was delicious, we had the fig burger, wings, Brussels sprouts, and fried pickles. I ate some mac and cheese balls- which were awesome and large. I also had a tasty medium-well Fresno Fig burger that was more than a handful. I was curious about the veggie offerings and I sampled the crispy veggie beet burger with some goat cheese subbed in and it was good, too. They had attentive staff that answered all of my questions. For seating there was booth, table, and bar seating. The music/ambiance was like EDM elevator music. No issues parking and no issues being seated right away. We tried this one out and we're pretty disappointed, the inside is nice and clean, booth seats were comfy. But the food was a complete ZERO, like this place tries really hard but misses the mark on flavor completely. Bacon jalapeño burger was flat and uninspiring, I had better burger presentation from Carl's Jr. El pastor fish tacos... sounds good but had terrible flavor, it had this overpowered pineapple sauce that destroyed the plate PLUS the fish was the size of a chicken nugget, so the fish is gone in first bite leaving a husk of an empty taco. For appetizers i had mini pretzels with a beer cheese sauce, the sauce was disgusting and bland, carnitas nachos with a sweet salsa that totally ruined the plate. They did have decent beer selection but it was overpriced, i dont like having decent beer options but being limited to a 13oz glass? Wheres the pints wheres the pitcher? and finally the service was very very slow. read more

The second time was a charm. I ordered Ahi Poke' Stack, and it was hot, like a firecracker in deliciousness. Supremely executed. The Truffle Cheese Fries were good but slightly too salty for me. This time, the Eureka was the Desserts: Oh My Gawd, the Carrot cake stole the show. It was purely golden in flavor and sweet with just the right amount of moisture. And its co-star, the Bourbon Barrel Cake, was equally delightful. I would come back just for the desserts. I love the atmosphere; it has beautiful scenery. Kinda disappointed that it's smaller than their other burgers and it wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. The patty though was very tender and juicy, and the strong notes from the horseradish mustard aioli was a good compliment. Dined here for Sunday Brunch. I opted for a burger, delicious, and a mojito! My other friends did the mimosa flight and enjoyed it! We opted to sit on the patio as it was a gorgeous January day. Went around 2pm wasn't packed at all , an option on if we wanted to sit outside or inside, we chose to sit outside since it was a beautiful day our waitress Kacie A was such a sweetheart from the beginning to the end. She was consistent. She was on top of her job, making sure we were having a great experience and her personality just made coming here even better. Happy hour does start at three so keep that in mind but there is only a few things on that menu so for entrée we decided to get the spicy chicken sandwich with their sweet potato fries which was definitely a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend so delicious so flavorful every bite was worth it, we also tried to double smash burger with the garlic truffle fries that I would rate a seven out of 10 wasn't my favorite definitely like the chicken sandwich more for appetizers. We had their glazed brussels sprouts in the macaroni and cheese balls and both were a 10 out of 10. Very delicious and definitely enough to share. The ambience was very clean. I love the set up. I love how they have TVs and the option to sit either inside and out when I do return, I would like to go back in the nighttime because I didn't notice they had a fireplace that I think would be perfect to add to the vibe.
