In Fall 2025 we hired Estates Pool and Spa to do a complete, long overdue remodel of our 30+ year old pool, Jacuzzi and back yard patios. We are very happy with the job that they did for us. They were timely, organized and got the job done within the time frame that they promised, even though we decided to have them redo our front and side entryways as well. The only thing that changed the initial price quote was the additional work that we added once we saw what they could do. Their employees are all friendly, kind and the communication is excellent all along the way. Trevor and Mark took time regularly to look over the completed work and even found and fixed things that we hadn't noticed. Their care and integrity really shines through. These guys will leave you hanging. Promises made and never kept. Different guy every week, and they never know the details of my pool. Every time I was told this is your new/permanent guy there would be a new kid the next week. Timers were never set properly, and they have no idea how to care for a salt pool. ZERO accountability. The owner is arrogant and thinks he knows it all. HORRIBLE communication. Use these guys at your own risk. They recommended all new equipment and when it didn't work the way they promised, they bailed. What a joke. I will be filing a complaint with the contractors license board. read more
