I am beyond happy with Scott and Leticia's service! They were able to send out their service guy Mike to help us figure out what was wrong with our filter. We called 3 different companies and no one wanted to come out and help us but Mike came to the rescue! That day he changed our filter because it died on us and he informed me how to clean it and when. He also found out that our vacuum was broken and told me the proper one to get for my above ground pool. He also snapped our pool back due to it not getting the proper filtration causing algae to settle on the bottom. We will be taking full advantage of our pool once it gets hotter outside. I was looking for a new "pool guy" due to rising prices and poor service. I asked my neighbor, who's pool always looked great, who they used. They told me about Scott and Pool Depot. I gave Scott a call and he came by to meet with me. I had an older pool and it had some issues. Scott did a PH test and showed me how out of balance my water was and explained what needed to be done. We agreed to use Pool Depot and within a month my pool looked fantastic. I have used Pool Depot for the last 4 years and I could not recommend them highly enough. When my pump and filter needed to be replaced Scott took care of me. He has never raised his prices. My pool tech Isaac takes pride in his job and it shows. I needed a part for my pool which was VERY difficult to find and Scott came to the rescue with the part right in stock at his store. IMO These people are horrible. They took over service for my pool from a recommendation I received. After 9 months of "you need this, you need that" they finally just stop showing up. No call, no notice! I found out they sold my service to somebody else without my consent. I realize that company's need to make money to stay in business but please at very least have some ethics! If you want a company that will sell you everything you don't need and provide substandard service, this is the place!
