They can do overnight at no extra change and standard turn around is 3-4 days which is perfectly fine. Button or the hem on your pants will be fixed at no additional charge (haven't needed anything else sewn but they might do more too). Fast, reliable cleaner who doesn't butcher or shrink my clothes. Oh, and they're cheaper than the chain places too.

One item, a pillow cover, resulted in a missing zipper pull, and this last visit, a ruined dress- with a dozen or so broken and scratched buttons. It's not so much the cleaning mistakes that disturbed me. Everyone makes mistakes and every business deserves a second chance. What really got me was the treatment I received when I brought the dress in to show the owner the damage. I was yelled at, told that they were not responsible for buttons, and advised to go to the store where I purchased the dress to ask for a refund. Begrudgingly, the owner agreed to give me back the money for the cleaning, and then said he never wants to see me again. He looked up my account in his computer, and basically told me I had not spent enough with his business in the past 4 years (since I started going) to warrent reimbursing me for the garment. Really? So if I had spent more on dry cleaning I'd have gotten reimbursed? I don't know. Like I said, I've never written a poor review and dislike doing so as I understand the impact it can have on a business. I did not write this review after seeing the ruined dress, but only offering the owner a chance to make good and being treated so poorly.
