I had to exchange my original dress for a larger size so the the woman at this establishment could take fabric out since she said she couldn't add any to the original size I got. Fast forward to the time of getting it tailored. I was charged $115, and the dress was still too big on me. I was in a time crunch and couldn't explore other options or dispute the lack of quality of work, but I spent way too much for a job not well done. She said she couldn't take out more fabric because of the style of dress, but when I went to the wedding (swimming in the dress, mind you) I ran into a seamstress that was invited who ended up pinning my dress in the back and saying how easy of a fix it would have been. On top of it all, tailored outfits can only be paid in cash. I live in Georgia and had to fly in for the wedding and pick up my dress, and honestly forgot about this policy, but it doesn't really make sense since there is a sign that clear says "major credit cards accepted". She kindly took my card, but I could tell it was an issue. I don't think I'll be back- I definitely paid a lot for for adjustments that weren't made and excuses for not doing the work.

Having had positive experiences with their dry cleaning, I trusted them when they said that they could safely clean my sweater. The first time that I wen to pick it up, it had been badly shrunk. I was convinced to give them a second try to fix it. What I got back the second time was a sweater that had been unevenly pulled and stretched, and now looks misshapen. A nice sweater that I could wear as part of a business casual outfit ruined. My cleaning fee was refunded, but no offer to pay for the sweater.
