I recently came here to get a couple simple work dresses shortened/hemmed and the owner (Paw) only…read morecharged me $12.50 per dress! Prior to coming here, i was quoted $25-50 dollars per dress by several other places. You will NOT find this kind of pricing anywhere else! Both of my dresses came out perfect and i have absolutely no complaints. Paw is also one of the sweetest people that you will meet and was like a ray of sunshine. I also really liked the fact that she was very honest with me and gave me her honest opinion on the hem length that i originally wanted for one of my dresses when she told me that the dress would look better if i didn't shorten the dress as much. This was much appreciated! I can't speak for other more complicated tailoring changes/hems here, but if you're looking for just a simple hem, give this place a try! Thank you again Paw. Note: They only take CASH or VENMO only. No credit cards.

Le Grand Chic was able to accommodate me easily, and did wonders with my gown in only a little over a month. They had to take in the bust a lot, with intricate appliqués, and hem the gown and add quite a few bustles. The result was gorgeous and the cost was far more affordable than other alterations businesses in the area. Le Grand Chic is the real deal, and they are in high demand! I will be back for other garments.

I show up the next day, she is sitting over my dress zipper off eating toast absolutely no work has been done. I walked into a next door tailor to see if someone professional can actually do the service I'm looking for, once I found a tailor I went back to ladies and men's tailor to get my dress and go to another shop and she physically grabbed my dress out my hand and refused to let me take it. She also accused me of hitting her in her face when she realized I wasn't going to pay for the shabby service. I had to get the police involved and at the end of the day had to pay the 260 dollars for an awfully serviced dress, the police officer actually recommended that I take her to small claims court and also recommended using the tailor next door. for a officer to tell me to not use a business because this is what happens speaks volumes. I truly hope this lady serves justice because I was robbed and embarrassed.
