I find that to be rude on the guests end tbh. It's wild to think this place doesn't even have WiFi as an offering to avoid that (probably) but people bring in their WiFi anyways. I had a maple coffee iced and it was delicious!! Overall very cool atmosphere on the outside and inside. Only 6 people are allowed inside at all times to avoid going over their max occupancy so be sure to wait outside until it's your time to order. They only have street parking as well for those who like to know about parking. Overall I will be back especially to try to get a cinnamon roll since they were out at the time I visited and tbh that's the photo that brought me in! I hope this time I am able to sit inside.

While some may blink at the cost of the $19 breakfast burrito, I firmly believe the cost is justified with the ingredients they use and the flavors that are put out. I encourage you to try it for yourself, particularly if you appreciate quality and if you're looking for the best. I appreciate their coffee from "Go Get 'Em Tiger". If you enjoy their food, their pizza, available next door at Pizza Parlor, is also pretty great.

Since I'm a huge pandan fan, I had to try the Pandan Iced Latte for my very first pandan latte experience, and it was an easy 10/10. If you enjoy pandan, I highly recommend this drink--the flavor came through perfectly and paired so well with the coffee. We also grabbed the Mango Cake Cream Bar, which was incredibly soft, light, and bursting with fresh mango flavor. It was the perfect sweet treat alongside the latte. The service was just as great as the food and drinks. Everyone was friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made the experience even better Between the great coffee, delicious pastries, and the fun Cars & Coffee event, Teofilo made for a fantastic visit. I'm so glad they have implemented this pop-up format with Bluebird, where it's coffee shop during the day; sushi spot at night. I ordered the newest flavor: the nutty banana latte (which cost a total of $7.50 with oat milk added). My husband ordered the black and honey espresso beverage, which cost $6.50. Both rings are well, priced and incredibly delicious. If you're looking for something that's refreshing for the summertime, get the black and honey. If you're looking for a latte, that's rich and delightful but well balanced and not too sweet, get the nutty banana latte. You can't go wrong with either, though! And the two folks who work there are incredibly kind and patient and answered my mini mini questions as a first time customer. The vibes here are fantastic highly recommend!

Driving up to Onda, the entrance in is so small and unassuming that I missed it the first go around and had to double back to enter. Once I did, I drove a bit past the stand to park in the empty spots just next to the bright blue building. There were about five people in front of me which totaled to a 20 minute wait time (it was the weekend), so it's perfect to come to when you're having a chill morning but I would keep that in mind if you're rushing to work. Think of this as your favorite matcha spot for catching up with a friend or responding to texts from the week, while you wait. I ordered the Basic Croffle & the Double matcha with matcha cold foam and woooooowww, let me tell you. I loved every second of it. I didn't want anything too sweet so the kind man at the register window recommended the double matcha and it was precisely what I was looking for. The matcha was strong, in a good way, and kept me feeling awake and creative for the entire afternoon. The croffle (croissant waffle) was exquisite and I looooved trying something new!! Overall, a great local spot in humble surroundings with a laid back vibe and delicious drinks & treats!

Thursday comedy night they host there (they aren't *normally* open as late as they were both times I was there, if anyone was wondering why I was *drinking* so much wine and beer while I was here - but my understanding is it seems they do always *have* wine and beer, anyway.) So as far as that goes, they have a couple wines, a red and a white, I'm not sure if they change, but as of when I was there, the white was pretty good, the red (a cab) was super good. They're also not cheap, at 12 bucks a glass, but I was there to support them for hosting great local comedy obviously. Their beer is also local and craft - they also only have a couple, and one's always a pilsner (I've never liked pilsners personally), but the other, when I was there, was a great local lager (also a lot cheaper, at $6.50.) If you're there at a more normal time for more normal coffee shop type products, though they are also great. The first time I was there, I didn't have any coffee drinks, but the second time, I felt like I could use the caffeine, tried their tiramisu latte, which I absolutely recommend. I also had a chocolate croissant with it, which I can also totally recommend. Maybe not as good as the best chocolate croissant I've ever had, but that was also in France. The location itself is fairly small, and parking can be a little rough since it's in a popular area with limited metered parking. It's probably not somewhere I'd personally plan to sit and hang out for a while, but they do offer online pickup through DoorDash, and the service was quick (for reference, I went at around 8:45am on a Sunday). The employees were also friendly and helpful when we had questions about the menu. What really stood out to me was the flavor! The drinks are rich, flavorful, and really well-balanced. It's not bitter, overly sweet, or too plain. Everything we tried tasted consistent and intentional. The prices are a little on the higher side, but based on the quality, I think it's worth it. I'd definitely come back, especially for the Madagascar Vanilla Latte, the matcha, or even to just try something new on the menu!
