True professionals, great selection, and the installers were also a pleasure. They are honest about…read morehow long the work will take and also fairly priced. My client then showed me that the big box stores were more competitive so I called the big box stores and then figured it out that those places charge for delivery and drilling the hole for the sink and mounting g the sink, for polishing the edges, and each cut, etc so before you know it FMi was actually more competitive for the better stones !

*UPDATE* They returned for a second time and yes, the countertop was again cut incorrectly…read more So...still horrible. Horrible. We ordered a countertop with an OG edge (OG cost extra) from FMI on 12/28/2023, for our home project that started on 2/19/2024. After waiting weeks for FMI to come in and install a relatively small kitchen countertop corner area, and peninsula: one guy finally shows up, installs the wrong edged material in the peninsula, realizes the rest of the material was measured and cut incorrectly, and just leaves. We didn't find out what happened until 5:30pm that evening, when my mother got home from work and called me to ask why nothing was done right - including no OG edge, for which we paid extra. They had one job and got it completely wrong on day one. What's worse is that the construction workers did not go in that day, to give the countertop installer enough room to work (it's a small kitchen). So, an entire day of the project was completely wasted. We then wait another 2 weeks. Less than two days before they're scheduled to come back for the installation, we get a notice from FMI that they suddenly cannot make the date work and are "going to try to come in next Tuesday or Wednesday." Going to try. Next Tuesday OR Wednesday. Because of this second set-back from FMI, we have to once again push all other items further out than originally planned. At this point, FMI has single-handedly delayed a project that would have wrapped up in 3 months. Every other vendor has delivered on or before schedule. But we have spent weeks waiting for FMI to deliver on a project they assured us was well within their scope of expertise - of course, however, not before taking our money upfront. And we're still waiting.

I raced home to write this review after receiving exceptional customer service from Kaheem Deer. He…read morewas so knowledgable and courteous and answered every one of my questions with such professionalism. He made suggestions and improvements that worked for my space, and delivered many great ideas with a no pressure sales approach that I very much appreciated. Wren Kitchens was the first of three stores that I planned to visit before making my final design choice. Kaheem reminded me that he will price match any quote that I get elsewhere. I am going back to day to purchase my kitchen from Wren. I was so happy with the entire process that I see reason to go elsewhere. Thanks Kaheem!

In April 2026, Wren Kitchens abruptly shut down all US operations and filed for bankruptcy -…read morewithout filing a WARN notice, without notifying employees, and without informing the thousands of customers who trusted them with their homes. Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.
