I'm from the 626 and was visiting and I was highly craving some popcorn chicken and this was the only place near by that had boba with popcorn chicken. I ordered strawberry mango green tea with crystal boba, milk tea with pudding, fries, and ofc popcorn chicken. PERSONALLY the milk tea could've been sweeter because it tasted watered down and the strawberry mango, idk but I guess I didn't like the flavor because it sort of lacked. the fries and popcorn chicken was overly seasoned . It was too salty but taste wise it's okay. It's a cute little place and would come to try their shaved ice! I think with a few fixes with the drinks and the season on the snacks would make this place slightly more consumable. But other than that give it a try because you never know! read more

The drinks here are amazing! Love the Hokkaido tea and the mango pineapple smoothie has real chunks of fruit. Both some of the best drinks I've had at boba house. Also great and quick service. So why the 4 stars. The website for ordering could use some improvements. The sample pictures of the drinks show the drink with boba and have an option for no boba so I assumed the drink included boba however when I picked it up no boba so I was disappointed I didn't even get to try the boba which is the entire reason I ordered. I'll reorder in the future and make sure I pay the extra to have boba included. It should not be pictured and an option to remove it should not be available if it's not included. read more

Really good! I've lived in Simi for nearly all of my life, and a good milk tea place like this is such a gem. Staff was very nice and friendly. There is very minimal space inside, with a single set of table and chairs so this is a place for a quick order-and-go. They were running a bit slow because it was busy when I went, but they kindly and immediately apologized for the wait. I ordered the mango snow creme (resembles bingsu -- a milk-based finely shaved ice dessert with toppings) to share and a taro milk tea with cheese foam & boba. I would say that things were a bit on the sweeter side, but still overall good! I would really love it if they had an option to adjust the sugar level to your drink when ordering. I can see myself being a regular here and I will definitely be coming back to try out their other options on the menu! read more

Clean, small, unassuming, but excellent, quick pick-up spot. Their taro milk tea boba was spot-on. Delicious fresh, warm boba with a slightly firm, chewy texture. Greeted and helped right away. They had what looked like a breakfast menu, however, I was told they were not yet selling those particular items yet. Will have to check back to see how those taste. This is a relatively new boba place in Simi, which is great to see Simi expanding its options. There aren't many in Simi but I would consider this one the best. I ordered the coffee milk tea and it was quite a bit sweeter than I usually like boba milk teas to be. I'll ask for less sweet next time. The snow creams are very refreshing! I love the chocolate option. This place has great hours, friendly service, tons of parking in the bowling alley parking lot, and a variety on their menu. It would be great if there was more seating but they are in a small shop, so there's not much room in that regard! I ordered Taro Milk Tea. This is NOT taro milk tea. And it has no taste of taro. Other taro drinks on Yelp is purple and probably has the taste. This was disappointing. She said it's because she add black tea that it looks like that. But this does not even have taste. It's ok. I still like their drinks and boba. I probably won't ever order taro ever again though. This place is so yummy! I really loved the drinks and the boba consistency. It was very soft and everything was just perfect. The reason for the 4 stars though is because of the wait time. I left a five star comment before but this time I'm leaving a one star comment so the owner can see this. I've been coming here for a bit now and absolutely love this place, everyone seems so nice except for the older gentlemen which I assume is the owner. He just always seems to be angry and is slamming things. There was a woman working the counter today and I think she was his wife but she had accidentally made my drink wrong and he started yelling at her in which I couldn't understand what he was saying since he was speaking their language but it was a bit much to where me and another customer looked at each other with a shocked face . She looked embarrassed and I felt embarrassed for her, it made me want to walk out so she didn't have to get yelled at in front of us. I've seen him yell at his other employees before and it always made me feel bad for them. As a professional, you should not do such things in front of customers, you shouldn't be yelling at your employees or (wife) like that regardless but if you have something to say to them should take them to the side and address it. I am a sucker for mango flavored drinks but I am constantly disappointed due to receiving that artificial mango that is way too sweet. I tried the mango yogurt drink here w/ 25% sweetness and I loved it! It's a pretty small place but that wont stop me from coming back when Im in Simi. Im not sure about the back story on the name being "es tea" and the heart rhythm as the logo but I happen to be a telemetry nurse so it works for me! Hope this place stays in Simi! This is a small but delicious boba place. The price was probably typical for boba these days, which is why I rarely get boba. When I do go to a store, I try to go to a good place instead of just any random Asian restaurant that happens to serve boba as a beverage. $5.50 -$5.75for a drink.
