This was my first visit to this boba shop, the owner was so polite and so very nice. I was not expecting the inside of the shop to be so cute. I drive past this place all the time. I didn't know it was so nice inside. They have all the options a typical boba shop would have, but they also have almond milk tea! We always look for almonds, and not every shop has it, so we were pleasantly surprised. We got 3 drinks and they were all delicious. While the valley has a lot of decent boba places, I would say quality-wise, Buda Boba is very high up there. Their selection of tea is much more flavorful than the same ones offered by other places, and I find myself coming at least once a week. The service is also fast so I usually pop in and out in between errands as well. I would also like to add how sweet the shopowner is, and if you're unsure of what to order, then she'll be happy to recommend you new flavors to try out! read more

Good place to get a quick drink. So many years in the valley and haven't been to this place once. We ordered the Thai Tea with boba, Banana Slush with boba and the Cookies and cream sllushy. They do offer a lot of options for add-ons and some great flavor choices. The drinks themselves are delicious and just the right amount of sugar. The boba was a little chewy but still really good. The inside is very cosy and tidy. The minimalistic decor really works with this place. Has plenty of space to sit down and relax and enjoy the drinks. The price is pretty mush the same as anywhere else in the valley. Plenty of parking as well. So definitely would recommend to stop and try their tea and other drinks. read more

Came in on a Saturday. Used to come in a lot... but now they have a new owner and a completely new place/look! Not as homey or glamorous looking as it used to be. And there are no more Nintendo Switches for the kids to play with! Looks like an old abandoned kitchen actually! This doesn't look like it would be a great hangout for kids after school anymore. Their mini bobas are the best, they're so darn good! I normally don't get boba because they're just too filling and too chewy but oh my gosh my husband ordered mini bobas in his smoothie and they were simply divine. I love their milk teas especially the almond flavor as it reminds me of the old school almond jello with fruits desserts. The place is cute, tidy but I totally saw some minor areas on the seats that needed a wipe down~ missing a star because of that. I absolutely love that they kept some of the original elements from the last business, like the tiled arch behind the counter and tiled floor, it gives such a retro authentic character and feel. There's a video game area in the back and I'm pretty sure they are super welcoming to people coming in and really taking a moment to relax or catch up on work. Overall such a wonderful place to grab boba. Spacious, clean, plenty of parking, safe. Added bonus that they have some outdoor seating so you can bring your doggie outside. read more

As a resident of Chatsworth and a fan of Boba, I was excited to see a new place open up this week. Although RiP burrito factory. Came in on a Thursday early afternoon and was greeted by two employees. After scoping out the menu, I settled on a taro smoothie. I got the smaller size - which is ample for me - you can upgrade to a larger size. I didn't get boba. I never do, so can't comment on the quality of it. The employee went to the back to make my drink so can't speak about how they make it or what goes into it. All I know is the place was nice enough inside, the drink was good, the two employees were pleasant, there is a punch card, there is enough parking in front and the drink was fairly priced at $3.75. I posted pictures of their menu if you wanted to see their various options. Doesn't look like they have food though. I'm always a fan of pairing my boba with popcorn chicken! I'll be back. The location is perfect for me. read more

New spot that just opened up! I'm used to OC spots so I'm very happy to have a boba place open up so close. The price is great and the location is pretty nice. I ordered a regular Thai tea with boba and it came out to $4.11 which is reasonably priced. I think the drink was pretty standard, just a bit watery. The boba is pretty good in comparison to other spots! I think this could be great study spot, but keep in mind that there are few outlets. read more

I have always passed by Buda Boba while visiting another business in the same plaza but never stopped in until today. After having such a great experience today, I'm a bit shocked that it's usually so quiet when I walked by. I ordered a thai tea and was met with the kindest and quickest customer service. Zoomed in to Bubba buda for some milk tea and wisdom but I only got the milk tea. I ordered the yogurt milk tea and winter melon. The winter melon was good it was kind of like molasses to me. The yogurt was epic, it reminded me of an eggy taste like eggnog but combined with yogurt. People working were nice too. Unfortunately the prices on their menu haven't been updated though. I used to hate boba...that all changed when I started coming here. Now I'm a certified fiend. I originally came here just because it was a low key spot to study. Then I met Mike. He is a super chill and friendly dude (I think he's the owner). Anyway he would give me recommendations for different combinations I didn't think were possible, next thing you know I'm balls deep in this boba addiction lmao. First off the place is chill, and a great place to study or relax with friends. Part of me doesn't want to write this review out of fear that others will flock here like the California gold rush, but this place deserves recognition for how awesome they are. It is always clean, and they play music to create a nice, welcoming atmosphere. It has the right balance where it creates a nice ambiance while allowing you to be able to work or converse with friends. They have a nice variety of teas, boba, smoothies, and slushees. They have an assortment of add-ons, and they can do certain combinations/customizations. If you can't find something you like here, you won't find it anywhere else. I have been to other boba spots and this is by far the best IMO. Lastly, the staff is cool. Special shout out to Mike, he's awesome and I know with continued support and growth he's gonna do awesome things. Keep doing your thing! read more

I always enjoy an great boba spot as it's one of my favorite items to drink. The freshness of the soft vanilla balls mixed with a quenching liquid that will flow down into your stomach to satisfy your boba needs. The variety of flavors will give you some great options and I would recommend trying as many as you could. The service is great and parking is in their lot. Attempt was there. Delivery unsuccessful. It's an ok establishment to walk into, to order one drink, however they cannot handle volume. After driving down Devonshire and realizing burrito factory was no longer existent, a couple of friends and I ventured into this new boba place hoping to get a delicious milk tea. Somewhat greeted, the owner/employees seemed bothered from being interrupted of their video game session as we entered. And the drinks itself.... well, need a lot of tlc. Overly sweet, boba not fresh, and unfortunately not appetizing at all. Then to top it off, we not only couldn't exchange our drinks, the owner proceeded to say if it's not our fault for messing up the drink we do not exchange drinks because your dissatisfaction. I'm sorry, but if I am paying $5 for a boba, and it's not drinkable, out of a business stand point, id remake the dollar something drink for customer satisfaction. Don't you want retuned business? As a fresh new business, I advise to work on employee training and recipes. I hope to come here again with a better experience! read more

They were both great and were made to order which was great because we had the option to customize our drinks. Our drinks were made quickly which gave us plenty of time for my friend and I to sit down at one of their many tables available for inside seating, enjoy our drinks and catch up. I couldn't provide all five stars as I would have liked due to my stomach being a little bloated after having the drink. I am sensitive to certain sugar alcohols and flavorings but if you do not have these issues, no need to exhaust caution. I will be back to try more drinks from their menu.

So my actual drink was good but my experience ordering wasn't good :/ I ordered ahead of time so…read morethat when I got there I could just go in and grab my Honeydew Slush but after 15 mins, my order wasn't ready yet. I started to wonder if there was only one person making all the drinks? There's one kiosk where you can order and every now and then someone will come out from the curtains to bring out orders. Just a weird set up and very slow service. The place is busy with CSUN students which is cool but almost 30 mins for 1 drink is way too long! Especially when I ordered ahead of time. People who were ordering from the Kiosk inside were getting their orders before me? haha I'm sure it's a good place and I just had a bad experience today!
