The building was opened just a few years ago, and thus the storage spaces are well-constructred and solid. The lighting is great, the hallways are pretty wide and not too long (easy to get stuff in and out). The building always had ample parking for the people who were there moving things in and out. Security seemed good, and all of my stuff was perfectly like I put it in, when I removed it. Good customer service, too. Recommended.

Due to my belongings being exposed to the water for 3-4 months I now have significant contamination to my belongings! I paid my storage unit on time and most of the time I paid my storage bill early! I am devastated! I am disabled and now I am going expected to lift every tote/box and itemize each item! It's not a surprise that is going to be a lot of work for me! I have recently have suffered two heart attacks so on top of my already horrific health issues this is a nightmare! Had the managers notified me that there had been severely units flooded months ago near mine the damage to mine could have been avoided! Beware before using this storage facility!

So good communication from everyone about rental status and I appreciate that. Move-in day was easier than I expected - I downloaded the app and could open the overhead access door remotely. That worked nicely and is convenient to pull my car right in. I found the unit to be reasonably clean and the motion sensing automatic light inside the unit is bright enough to see everything as I got organized and locked up. Overall I found the facility and move-in process better than another local storage place I used last year.

Talked to the owner's son, Reece, and he pretty much gave me the same song and dance and said he's been there 10 years and they get broken into all the time, but didn't have the good sense to install security cameras. "But we do have them at our other facility", he said. Finally, I reached out to the owner, Will, who answered the phone and promptly hung up when I started to explain to him what had happened. Called back and his girlfriend answered and immediately hung up. Way to hide from and ignore your responsibility as a businessman, Will! If your looking to store any belongings, you're better of putting them out on the street... what comes around, goes around. What a joke . . .
