She was informed by management that the mold condition did not however affect her unit and it was safe to enter. However, her daughter arrived at the unit today to find items covered in mold. This facility is advertised as climate control. While many of the items may not carry a large monetary value, many have a huge sentimental value (ornaments, handmade items, etc) as irreplaceable items from her mother and sister who have transitioned from this life. The storage unit is not conversing with her and their site (shows a 4.9 rating) scrubs any negative review they receive (they scrubbed my original review when this first happened). So if you are in or around the Olathe area and need storage, stay far away from iStorage.

Rolled the rig up and Steve had the correct pressure gage, helped me inflate all the low tires by bringing out a compressor and generator. Then checked my house batteries and they needed water and then helped me wash the entire RV along with getting all the black streaks off. Way beyond what is expected.
