When I moved out I was told they only pro rate if you move out at the beginning of the month (I moved out on the 22nd of the month) and if you give notice. They are sheisters. They don't upkeep the facility and dirt and dust travels underneath the doors into your unit because they do not maintain the seals on the bottom of the doors. I would definitely NOT recommend this place of business to anyone!! It is a Mickey Mouse operation at best!

If they come across this and want a positive, workable suggestion it would be to have trash/recycling available, even with an up-charge. I would pay a fee to be able to unload some things there, or even work with a junk removal company. Other than that, try using more than a lump of coal in the winter, stop letting people take over the whole load-in area, clean the bathroom, hire a better exterminator, and quit overcharging for a tiny storage space.

I decided to do a mobile pickup for my truck since I wanted to pick up at 8am before the office opened at 9am. When I got to the lot, I attempted to do the mobile check in but received a message that equipment had not been assigned for my reservation. They included a 24/7 help line to call, which luckily was very helpful and reassigned my reservation to another U-Haul partner location a mile away rather than waiting an hour for the office to open. I don't understand why equipment wouldn't have been assigned especially when I reserved with plenty of notice. I have shopped at the store for moving supplies before with no issues, but I would not select this location for truck rentals again.

I offered to help a few times but they insisted to do the job right and take care of everything. I recommend using them if you have to do a quick move.
