As soon as we knew our new date we were rescheduled and on our way! Our movers, Jacob, Bear, and Blake were efficient and at the same time very careful with our furniture. My date was scheduled to make sure they had a light job in the AM, as I told them I had big heavy items. The 3-4 hour estimate turned into 6 and they were unloading until 8:30pm after not getting there until 2:30 vs 12:00 quoted. They worked really hard but were exhausted after 2 big jobs. The truck was packed poorly causing the damage.

After threatening to open a dispute with BBB, they replied to my text with excuses. Another week has gone by and they are not responding to my inquiries. He identified the damage and said "I popped it (the bumper) back in. After texting multiple times over several weeks about how to file a claim and if he reached out to U-Haul he finally tells me they denied the claim. I got three bids and presented to Tim. I also authorized my employer to pay him the balance of the move trusting that as a Christian man he would do the right thing and pay for the repairs. Even after damaging my car, I gave them a few hundred dollars to treat themselves to a steak dinner. This is what I get for being nice!! Tim has given every excuse imaginable to delay paying for the damage to my vehicle. Likely because he doesn't want to pay or can't pay, regardless neither of these circumstances are my problem. He said that he would check with mechanics in KC!! I live in TX which is where the damages occured and where I will have a warranty on the repairs. I cannot help that repairs on my vehicle cost more in TX than they may cost in KC...again not my problem. I am taking legal action against this company and warning everyone about this company.
