For many months my wife and I wanted to have a HEAVY 4 piece entertainment center moved so we could do some cosmetic home improvements. We needed it moved from the living room to the garage so a local charity could pick it up. Several calls to the usual moving companies went unanswered. The ones that did respond gave us a bid of several hundred dollars for this simple move. I found Seven Brothers Moving online and read very positive reviews on Yelp about the company. I called and spoke with the owner, Quinn about the possibility of moving "the beast". His response was, "absolutely, when would you like it moved?" Several days later, exactly as agreed upon, Quinn & another gentleman came to our home and made moving this monstrosity look like child's play. And for a lot less than the other guys quoted us. We sold our house, bought a house and moved from KC to AZ in one month. After calling several local movers and getting numerous delivery times and uncertain prices (based on sq. ft. used) I decided to call Seven Brothers Movers and the move could not have gone better! Quinn (owner) always took my calls and delivered numerous boxes and paper to me for FREE. With Seven Brothers you can do a lot yourself, have them do it or just help. You pay for the truck, you give him gas money, you buy him a plane ticket home, drive him to the airport and he'll drive it where you want him to. That may sound scary but it's the furthest thing from it. Quinn showed up on time, loaded the truck and took off within hours to AZ and delivered the truck to our new home in 2 days. He gave me receipts for the gas and I paid him for mileage and took him to the airport. Honest, punctual, good communicator and cheaper than the others. They say you get what you pay for but with Seven Brothers Moving that statement is WRONG! I got more than I paid for. read more

Hands down the best moving helpers I have ever used. It was a last minute move and I changed the time on them 3 times and they accommodated me with no problem. The guys were all very polite and attentive to everything they moved. They wrapped and covered everything thoroughly. And boy did they work fast! I had to leave for a minute to get a part so they could install my washer dryer properly and they were done before I even got back! I had recently had surgery and can not lift anything and they made my life so much easier. They put all my beds back together and even arranged all the furniture without me asking to. They do other stuff too just ask! A few days after we moved in the windstorm knocked a giant section of the tree down into the neighbors yard and I called Quinn and he came the same day! We hired Seven Brothers Moving to transfer our belongings from a storage unit in Shawnee, KS into our moving truck, which we then drove to California. Quinn, Jim, and Keen did a great job packing our things into the truck, protecting our furniture, and securing the load so it would not shift during transit. They were careful with our belongings, and with the exception of a couple of minor scratches, everything arrived in perfect condition. We felt very fortunate given that our furniture rode halfway across the country. Quinn was very thorough with explaining how he charges, he was well-prepared, he confirmed that they would be there there day before the move, and he was able to get there early, which was a big help to us. What a wonderful experience we had with Quinn, Jet and Jim today! Moving is so stressful but these guys are a straight 10 on professionalism, care with our items, they are creative thinkers to get the job done right! I knew they would be great when they were running 10 minutes behind due to traffic and they called to let us know. Hire these guys! They help with your move however possible, but you supply the truck, pod, house whatever and they are there ready to get to work. They bring tools and some extra supplies just in case. Cory and Skyler don't mess around and were more than happy to tackle everything I threw at them which turned out to be about 8.5 hours of hard labor. They were cheerful to help wether it was hoisting a book case up to a second floor balcony or relocating washer and dryer from one basement to the next. They have the experience and energy to turn what could have been a really hard move into a great day. read more

I am still in awe of these guys!! Curren, Jim, and Jett moved our house in 10 hours. Two 26' trucks full from the bottom to the top. Once we were at the new house they put everything right where it was suppose to go. They hooked up the refrigerator, put the beds together and during the whole move they never stopped moving. They were careful and most of all, very patient. This is the third time we have used this great team. I highly recommend them to anyone that has any kind of moving needs. This crew was amazing! Though it was hotter than blazes they moved quickly and made the most of their time! They carefully wrapped everything not boxed with movers wrap & blankets I provided. Absolutely..., the BEST team of movers. The guys off-loaded 20 cubic feet of boxes, miscellaneous garden tools, two lawn mowers, a 350lb wood chopper, a 300 pound moped and a 250 lb. snowblower in 2.5 hours. Everything was impeccably placed in a 10x40 foot storage facility in such a way to provide access through the center aisle. I liked Seven Brothers so much..., I scheduled them again to move my good from the storage facility to my new home. You will not be disappointed if you choose 7 Brothers. We hired seven brothers moving on both sides of our move from Denver (they have a branch there and here in KC)--both sides were excellent. Here, they helped us unload the boxes and furniture from our pod. They were super quick (even when it was super hot!), very careful with our stuff, and did a great job getting things into the right rooms and roughly the right positions so we didn't have to do much else! Couldn't have asked for better or more polite movers. They were incredibly fast, moving a 20 ft uhaul up 2 flights of stairs in about an hour and then helped set up bedframes and organizing within the apartment.
