They helped unload a 16ft pod with some very heavy & awkwardly shaped furniture up a narrow staircase in approx 4 hours. They're very careful with your belongings & even assemble without an extra cost. They're priced very fairly compared to other companies I priced out before decided on this one. On moving day, I was sent a half disabled crew that moved slower than a snail's pace, with many smoke and phone breaks. Of course, they charge hourly. A 6.5 hour job took 12. Unprofessional. Didn't unload items correctly. Completely messed up furniture reassembly. A lot of items damaged. Have called company 4x over 4 days and haven't received a call back.

They then tried to tell me the value of our chair was zero dollars. Beware if they damage your furniture, you may get nothing.
