The young men showed up at the tail-end of the arrival window (10 am for a 9-10am arrival time) and were clean, polite, quiet, careful and hardworking. We got the PODS completely unpacked and got all the big, heavy, bulky stuff moved into the house in the appropriate rooms. The majority of our boxes we had them unload into our garage. It was all done within their 2-hour minimum, so we didn't have to pay anything beyond our deposit. I'd recommend them and use them again.

They damaged my dresser and lied about it. At my destination address only Floyd was working. DL moved stuff from the truck to the elevator. It was very frustrating to see that he won't own up to his error online. I understand social media goes a long way... but to lie and then report as we never did business when I posted my receipts??? Like I said we all have those kind of days; but I would not recommend. Not professional enough for my liking. I also don't appreciate trying to pawn off the bad service to another moving company when I know who I did service with. The total amount of time it took was twelve (12!!!!) hours. We paid over $3,400.00 for a move in the same town. The movers literally moved one pillow at a time, one picture at a time, one small box at a time. When I asked them to use a dolly to speed up, one of the movers had a tantrum; he slammed down boxes and crates, breaking several pieces of china we received from our wedding 30 years ago. They put all of our artwork in the grass and the sprinklers came on and ruined most of our pieces (we moved to another apartment therefore we had no control over the sprinklers). Even though they saw the sprinklers go on in the other zones, they didn't think to move our artwork. They were rude. They did NOTHING they promised; didn't put furniture back together, didn't wrap furniture or use any moving blankets even though they were on the truck. I know this company has high reviews but in my opinion they are not authentic.
