Windows were thoroughly cleaned and S was very courteous and efficient. I would recommend and use them again. read more

As usual when you get a quote online when they actually do the work the price is higher than quoted. In this case from $115 to $157. Windows are much cleaner than before but not perfect. They did not get into corners and left drip marks on storm door windows. I do not have the ability to keep taking days off to have workers come to house. read more

I wouldn't recommend this company. They rescheduled the service two times on the days they were supposed to perform the service. The quality of service they provided was good but they are not reliable if you need to get it down by a certain time. read more

We had our whole house window washed with screens inside and out. They also washed our skylights and screen. We are always very pleased with their professionalism. We have carpet on one set of stairs which they cleaned. The stairs look great, can't find to many companies that will come to your house and do a set of stairs. Always pleased! read more

They arrived a couple hours later than scheduled, which was a little frustrating initially, but the technician was knowledgeable and very friendly when he arrived, which makes all the difference. The job was done efficiently and no other issues. Would hire again but would appreciate some updates on timing next time if they're arriving late. read more

Ernest Windows did a phenomenal job cleaning windows that hadn't seen soap in many years. Shawn (our window cleaner) notified us via text before arriving, showed up on time, took care to understand how our windows operated and did an all around outstanding job. If you're looking for great results from a professional, high-quality window cleaning service at an extremely reasonable rate...look no further than Ernest Windows. Ernest Windows just cleaned, inside and out, 27 windows in our home. We are very pleased with their service. I should mention that my wife is pickier than I am and she is very pleased also. Their crew arrived on time, gave a firm estimate (very reasonable), finished quickly, did excellent work and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again. read more

Very disappointed. Had good service in past but not this time. Poor quality cleaning some windows, dripped dirty water in several places and did not clean it up, did not secure several upper level screens after cleaning the outside of the windows and charged $130 for 5-10 minutes on gutters. Won't be doing business with them again. read more

This is the second time in a row that nobody showed after scheduling appointment on the phone. Was supposed to have gutter cleaning and window washing. No communication whatsoever. Very disappointing. Will not bother with this company again.. read more

Made an appointment online for gutter cleaning Saturday morning. Received a confirmation text stating, "Ernestas Urbonas from Ernest Windows, Inc, is scheduled to arrive Sat, July 29 between 9:00am-12:00pm." Had many other things we needed to do, but waited here until 2:00pm. No show and no communication. read more

Used Ernest Windows for the first time. They showed up when they said they would. The man who came was polite and friendly and worked very hard getting my gutters clean. He also washed all the windows. All the mess from the gutters was cleaned up. He got rained out and said he would come the following day which he did. I would use them again and I like that their prices where printed on a flyer I got in the mail so I knew ahead of time what it would cost. read more

Ernest came out the same day I called him first of all. He blew out my gutters in record time and charged me $10 less than the estimate. While he was there he showed me some places on my house that could use some cleaning and he told me how to do it myself. He also said I shouldn't waste my money power washing my deck this year. Now that's what I call a good businessman! I will definitely use him again. I trust him. read more

A good tenant mentioned the gutters on the second story of the property might be clogged, they see water overflowing the downspout with a good rain. Boy has it been raining this spring. As a landlord I do most of the jobs around the property, but cleaning gutters on the second story was not an option. A neighbor has Ernest come and clean the exterior windows and mentioned to me that they do gutters too. They came out quickly and the next thing i know the guy is up on the second story cleaning the gutters. Polite, professional and prepared for the task. I will not hesitate to refer them to a friend or to use them again read more

Ive used them for like 4 or 5 years and they are never ever ontime. It really pisses me off. I called Wednesday last week and made an appt w a man for Saturday at 9am. That was all that was said. I then received a text staying they would be here Saturday at 915am. At 945am I call to see where they are. The guy on the phone gives me attitude and says the appt is btw 9 and 10. Ummm noooo its not. So he decides to argue w me. Screw you Never again!!!!!! read more

i scheduled service for power washing and Ernstwindows agreed they could perform but later called and said they would rather wait until weekend so I agreed and postponed and just received a call they could not perform work!!! they called at 8pm on Friday when they were supposed to be at our home at 9am. I could have had another company perform the same work for same cost! I am extremely disappointed with customer satisfaction and service and waisting my time. I just wanted project done before winter. I wouls not recommend this company if you want a dependable contractor! read more

This is a difficult review for me to write. I had a window of between noon and 4. The gentleman came at 6. That is not really an issue they showed up and I'm always home so it wasn't a problem. The second thing is I was quoted $90 stating in my request for a quote I had a ranch with a walk out basement. After he was done I gave him the check already made out he questioned why that was the amount. I showed him my conversation through Yelp where The quote was. He said it's normally $140 for 2 story. He accepted the $90 because I showed him the conversation. So all in all I still gave them 4 stars because they kept their word on the price. read more

Don't waste your time or money. I requested a number of quotes from Yelp. Ernest windows wasn't the cheapest, but replied quickly with "we can be there ASAP"... Which turned out to be the following Saturday. They give me a 3-hour window and they never showed, and never called. I had to call them, and they said they would be out the following Thursday. They never showed, and never called. read more

Always so quick with response time and very professional! We use them every year for gutter clean out.

Made an appointment. Crew did not show up at scheduled time. Called several times and was told they are on their way. They will be there in 30 min then 5 min. They never showed up. Call another company if you want someone that will do what they say they are going to do. This company doesn't show up Showed up after 4 pm when appointment was at noon and I had left a message to just cancel someone else was coming. Then they called me and were rude and harassing. They don't keep commitments. Very unprofessional and now I'm worried they may try to do damage to my home as retribution if I'm not home. read more

I have used Ernest for the past 5 years no problems. They came to the same house I live in 1 1/2 yrs ago charged me for under 80 Windows, I only did outside. This time the guy cleaned the windows and when he gave me the bill I said what? He claimed I had 125 windows! I said I don't have 125 windows so I said let's walk around and count them. I actually have 88 windows not 125! He also wanted to charge me an additional 30 for 3 window wells which they have never done in 5 yrs. Then the topper was 100.00 extra for picture windows! I said I don't have picture windows they are literally all regular size windows. He said but I had to go on a ladder inside and risk my life and I could have fallen! I said that's why your company has insurance! I said I'm not going to pay a hidden 100 fee and he was texting the owner and I said I'll just call him, no answer confidently. The guy said ok just pay me the 330 ( he wanted 480!). So I did and he left. No sooner did he pull out and the owner called me saying his guy was there all day (9:10-1:30). And I didn't pay him the whole fee and I explained what had happened and said they never did that before and I had been a customer for 5 yrs. He started yelling at me telling me that the prices have changed and I said then you need to be upfront with that cause I never would have done it then. He said I should have gone on their website I said I have a mailer you sent me as a customer and it does not state extra charges. I will never use Ernest again. I also found numerous scratches on my Anderson windows that will not come out. BEWARE! Look at the pictures Ernest! I paid 330, 30 more then I should have! You should pay me for the scratched windows! read more

Someone answered right away when I called to get our gutters cleaned and was able to schedule very quickly and easily to have someone come out. Even though I called in mid-Spring when many companies already have been booked weeks out the scheduler said he might be able to have someone come out the same day as my call in the afternoon (I was not in such a hurry and said it was ok to schedule a few days later). One guy came out with a minivan and a ladder. I asked him (and has previously asked the scheduler) if it would be ok to install a chimney cap while he was up there and the guy had no problem with this and did a great job installing the chimney cap (for no extra cost) and cleaning out all of the gutters and disposing of everything at the end. I was at home the entire time of the service and at the end the guy wrote out a invoice for the price I was quoted over the phone and I paid him with a personal check. All complete. read more

We've hired Ernest three times already, twice at our previous residence for gutter-cleaning and windows, and once at our new house for windows. They did a good job for a reasonable price. In the spring, we received their postcard advertising deck power-washing, sealing and staining. Our deck needs it, so when an Ernest employee was here to wash the windows, we asked for a quote for doing the deck. He took pictures and sent them back to his office for the owner. A few days went by, so my husband texted. No response. So then he called. No call back. Finally, I called one day and asked if they want to quote on the deck or not. Yes, yes, the owner will get back to me, that day. But when no one returned my call, it was clear that they didn't want the job. Now it is fall, and we've received another postcard, advertising power-washing, painting, sealing and staining. I guess they're very selective on which jobs they'll take, but to simply not respond to a previously satisfied, repeat customer is incomprehensible and extremely discourteous. read more

Windows look great! On time and very thorough. Will be using them again in the spring!

So I randomly reached out to Ernest Windows. They responded immediately to my request to have my windows cleaned. The gentleman that showed up today was so polite, nice and did an awesome job. He took his time to make sure everything was done well. He didn't have a ladder that would go to my 3rd floor so he did it old school. I can't say enough about how professional this company is and what a great job they do. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again. read more

Updating to 5*. Ernest reached out to me for the feedback after my review. He sent a representative again to take care of my concerns. Happy customer now! Not satisfied. I could get a view of few feet of gutter from my first floor through the window. While the person cleared all leaves in the gutter, the mud that got accumulated was not cleaned. I pointed it out, he went up again and showed his blower while he was in the ladder. The air from blower Reached only 2 feet of the gutter while remaining 12 feet, I could see the mud. I am not confident he did a great job in other gutters where I couldn't see. Also, I had to ask the technician to flush the downspouts with the water. He then went and did it. To earn 5* experience, I expect photos (using their Mobil) before cleaning and after the cleaning is done without any prompts . As a customer, it gives us confidence if the job is done right. read more

I have used an Ernest Windows for my. gutters for the past couple years. I decided to have both my windows and gutters cleaned I want to be honest the windows are terrible the gentleman that was here I wont name names was in a great rush, and I can only imagine what my gutters look like inside. He left a bag of leaves in a plastic bag on my lawn. Didn't say anything to me. Usee a squeegee to clean my windows. but did not clean the seals when he was done and left dirty water drip marks on all the windowsills. He connected my hose to clean the gutters, but didn't disconnect it when he was done. read more
