After 3…read moretreatments, our bed bug infestation is worse than before Enviro-Tech arrived, despite my co-residents and I going above and beyond to do our part. TLDR: Enviro-Tech are unprofessional, they make verbal commitments that they go back on when pressed, and they appear to understand very little about techniques to eradicate bed bugs. The technician was extremely unprofessional and I believe his approach made our infestation worse. He had never heard of sealed mattress bags, and left them unzipped after spraying inside, allowing the bugs inside to rapidly escape before we noticed the problem. He always sprayed chemicals very randomly in the infested rooms, not displaying any system or paying close attention to whether he was addressing obvious hiding places like gaps in the baseboards, etc. He also showed up more than two hours early for both of our first treatments, without warning us in advance that he would arrive early. During our 2nd treatment, the technician attempted to apply nothing except Talstar, which is a very general pesticide. My roommate noticed this mistake and we called the office. The office agreed that it was a mistake, and that the technician was meant to spray CB80, which is more tailored to bed bugs. The technician then took a call with the office himself and informed us that Talstar is basically as good as CB80. He proceeded to spray Talstar only, and leave. Surprise surprise, we were still seeing live bed bugs over three weeks after that 2nd treatment. They can make misleading verbal commitments - whatever treatment they promise, get it in writing. During their initial inspection, and during the technician visits, two separate employees verbally assured us that after the initial rounds of treatment, we would have a 1 month warranty. If we saw any bugs alive during that period, we'd be entitled to a 3rd treatment. When we called the office seeking this 3rd treatment, they gave me a hard time and pointed out that it wasn't in our contract, arguing they really didn't need to provide it. When I continued to press for a 3rd treatment based on their verbal commitments, the office worker claimed that her computer "needed to update" and hung up on me, promising to call me back in a few minutes. After an hour elapsed, I had to call them back myself. Our experience was terrible. I don't recommend this company at all.

This would cause the blade to pull and tear the grass instead of making a clean cut. I was very disappointed and asked if he used a 30 degree angle for the grinder, he acted annoyed and said 37 and half degrees!
