My garage floor had cracks and would leak to the space below if water got in the garage during heavy rain. I reached out to Jose who was very transparent with the process. Explained how he would approach the job and when prepping the floor would grind down the cracks to level then and fill so no water could enter before applying the 4150 epoxy primer sealer which blocks 15lbs of moisture. I picked a 1/4 smoke colour for the epoxy with a paint chip broadcast. Jose and his team were very thorough prepping the first day. Every chip or crack sealed to dry over night. The next day they epoxied the floor with vapor barrier epoxy 3 coat system Epoxy MVB FLAKE 100% broadcast Polyaspartic final coat uv protected non yellowing. Looks great. Highly recommend Jose and his team.

I recently hired Epoxy Masters to repave and epoxy my garage floor, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After reaching out to several companies in the greater Redondo Beach area, I found that many were overly aggressive, eager to start immediately without fully understanding the scope of work. That approach didn't inspire confidence. What did stand out was Epoxy Masters' reputation. Their Yelp reviews were solid, and the company seemed well-vetted. I contacted the owner, Jose Escobar, and was immediately impressed. I sent over photos to outline the project, and Jose responded with professionalism, deep knowledge, and a clear understanding of what was required. He provided a fair and reasonable estimate. Shortly, thereafter, I Venmo'd a deposit and we synced up our schedules. On the day of the job, his crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They thoroughly prepped the concrete--cleaning it, repairing existing cracks, and etching the surface to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion. The epoxy was applied in multiple coats, with proper curing time between each layer. He advised that I wait about 48 hours for proper drying. The result is a beautifully finished garage floor that looks great and will stand the test of time. My only issue now is that I've got to paint the garage because the new epoxy is making it look bad. In the end, I highly recommend Epoxy Masters and Jose Escobar for anyone looking for high-quality, professional epoxy work. Rick D.

After checking on the internet and learning a little about epoxy coating, I searched Yelp. I was looking to epoxy coat my outdoor barbecue countertop. I measured it at approximately 42 square feet. I found many garage floor pictures and reviews, and maybe one other mention of countertops. I thought maybe it wasn't a good idea. Then I saw Epoxy Masters on Yelp. I called and talked with Jose. I specifically asked about UV inhibitor because I learned it was very necessary, particularly if you choose a light color. We set up an appointment so he could see the job. My countertop had small cracks and was colored in a medium brown color. It has always bothered me to look at it. Jose came out and looked over the job. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I gave him a deposit for $500 on the spot. Jose ordered my materials (the plastic chips are custom cut by size). I chose medium size. The supplier had a mix up which set us back a day or two. We scheduled the job, but due to weather concerns (rain/wind), we had to reschedule. On said date Jose arrived and began work. He is a hard worker and completed the initial job by himself. Basically it involved: preparing the surface by sanding and cleaning it; application of epoxy coat; applying custom cut (1/8") plastic chips; application of two coats of clear coat with UV inhibitor. The result was amazing. From weathered, faded, and cracked to shiny new. It almost resembles granite. I paid the man, so happy with the new look. After researching a little more, I decided to go with another coat for added protection. I liked that Jose asked me if I wanted to wait until later, after it weathered. That tells me that he is not all about the money. I decided against it. Basically the counter was sanded down smooth and a final clear coat was applied. I just love the look and so does everyone that visits the house because you walk right by it. I will also mention that Jose's price was below what I found the work should cost doing my research . Job well done Jose. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Sorry for the delay in posting my review Jose.

After several bids on my backyard patio and pool resurfacing project I decided to go with Jose and his amazing team of professionals. Not only did he exceed my expectations but finished the job as promised in time for my 4th of July party. I have run many crews in my 30 years in both the film and commercial design business and it is rare you find individuals who stand up to their reputation and word. Jose, Jesus, Ruben and Austin worked tirelessly to complete the task at hand and did so with amazing results. They were very meticulous, clean, professional, respectful, courteous, friendly and always committed to making it happen. I cannot say enough about Jose and the care he takes with each customer. Can't say enough positive things about Jose and his team! They completely transformed our garage which we are now using as a home gym. His crew even helped remove the old vinyl flooring that was present from the previous homeowner (which would have taken us forever to do on our own). They worked incredibly hard and got it all done in TWO days! Then, when I pointed out a few places that needed minor touch up, Jose was incredibly quick to respond and get it done. Our floor looks absolutely beautiful now. We've had family and friends who can hardly believe it's the same garage. If you want to hire someone who is extremely responsive, transparent, fair on pricing, hardworking, and produces fantastic results -- definitely go with Jose and his crew. Also, if you're thinking about DIYing epoxy... save yourself and headache. It's worth it to get this professionally done so that it lasts for years to come. Jose was very kind, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. The work is excellent, at a very affordable price. I went with the flake epoxy, which took 1 day and dries in 48h. The floor was prepped and buffed before the epoxy and UV clear coat was applied with care. Jose generously stayed after work was completed to assist me with an issue with my garage door. Would hire again for all epoxy needs! Thank you!

When looking for a professional to epoxy my two-car garage, I did what you're all probably doing, went to Yelp, and began my search. After reading countless reviews, I found Epoxy Masters and decided to give Jose a call, best decision. Not only was he responsive, and was able to quickly quote our project, but was very helpful in educating me on different colors/materials/options for our garage floor. In addition, he's friendly, personable, and really cares about your final product. Jose is a great communicator, and for those that have done home projects, you know how rare this is. He would text me saying when he would arrive with his crew and always showed up on time. Jose and his crew were very helpful in helping me move a few large items. We had to temporarily remove our washer and dryer from the garage and they helped move it out for us AND even came back the next day to put them back after the floor was dry! This was beyond helpful. If you are on the fence about finding a professional service to help with your garage flooring look no further than Epoxy Masters. Prices are fair, service is great and they make it a point to give you the finished floor you want.

A year ago I gave these guys a call. The project was done in a week, and it's holding up nicely. The only blemishes we're self inflicted while I continued renovations and other projects. I called Jose. He showed up, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the work. No complaints. He took care of some pretty mean cracks in the old floor. Highly recommend. The floor texture is perfect for my dogs who are terrified of slick surfaces. But it's not so rough that it tears up your feet. I'm barefoot in there all the time with fluffy. read more

I contacted this company because of their reviews and I was not disappointed. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. I usually always have problems with workers either it being the timing, the false promises or the actual quality of work. Epoxy Masters on the other hand were extremely reliable professional and the work is actually better then I expected. As soon as I contacted them I had Jose (who I highly recommend ) contact me and set a day for a quote. Jose was there as stated per our text messages his prices weren't the cheapest but you pay for what you get and also he guaranteed his work (which is worth paying for). The Epoxy team was there daily not late and worked without any problems or complaints or asking for things or bumping up the price later on. I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely be back requesting more work from these guys because my backyard looks like paradise. read more
