Extremely disappointed with Legends LA Epoxy I had my floors done by Legends LA Epoxy and it's been nothing but problems. Within a week of finishing the job, the epoxy started peeling off the floors and the colors don't even match from one room to the next. I contacted Jose, the owner, and he kept saying he would come to fix it--but he never shows up. I've been more than patient, but the lack of professionalism and poor quality work speak for themselves. If you're considering using Legends LA Epoxy, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. After 3 months of the most horrible bad luck dealing with contractors from hell... meeting Jose was a breath of fresh air. Communicative. Responsive. Show up when he says he'll show up. And on time! Fair in pricing. Honest. Hard working. Trustworthy. Jose called me when he arrived at my garage BEFORE he entered my garage keypad code to let me know he's at my house. That speaks a lot about how he does business and truly respects his customers. Do not evaluate a business based on how many hundreds of reviews they have on their Yelp profile. Trust me... I've learnt my lessons many times over, first hand -- it's actually now suspicious to me when I see a business have too many 5-star -- maybe to drown and hide all their 1-star actually real reviews. There was a spot that didn't dry properly and Jose even came back a few weeks later, when he was able to fit me into his busy schedule -- and did his best to fix it.
