Wings were cooked great, the flavors were good (Lemon-Pepper being better). Would return to try some of their other flavors, though not a fan of sauced wings....typically too much sauce, too messy and the wings get too soggy - my son had eaten here before and that was his complaint and some of the Yelper pictures show that as well....if I did try one of their sauces, it would be plain wings with the sauce on the side. To be clear, the food is good. I've had the chicken strips and the wings. Both are yummy. Unfortunately, that's the beginning and end of my compliment. The problem with Epic Wings, as I stated above, is nickel and diming. Their food is not cheap. And it quickly gets more expensive if you want more dressing, more vegies instead of bread... I attempted to address my concerns with one of the owners. He couldn't have been more rude or dismissive. His attitude made it very clear that customers are merely visa numbers with feet. I came in on Wednesday to grab me something to eat and it was a dog in the restaurant and they messed up my order. Today Saturday April 12th in come back to pick up the meal that was owed to me and the cook is playing in his hair. Nasty and unsanitary in both ways. Even at lazy dog they allow pets but they have a place outside where you take your pets outside to eat with them. When I first visited here, I had a terrible experience. Since then, I have had it a bunch more times. I absolutely love it. I'm glad they got through their growing pains because they really are great. The wings are delicious, the fries are the best, and the breadsticks are so good. I love Epic Wings! I feel like this is long overdue because during their grand opening I was lucky enough to win the free wings for a year. What does that look like? A free single meal every week for a year. Going into week 19 and I am still not tired of this place. I love the Buffalo chicken strips. My kids love the honey BBQ strips and my husband loves the bone in wings. Every time I come here I am greeted by either the owner or his wife or the amazing staff. They are all super friendly and since I have been having wings here for so long I tried to change up the way I eat my strips. Either making buffalo fries, buffalo chicken sandwich, buffalo nachos or last buffalo salad. I must say I hit the jackpot by getting these wings for a year. Even the owner shared a sandwich idea from his back kitchen staff. He gave me mozzarella, Chipotle sauce and told me to add it to the sandwich and it was delicious. I always feel bad just coming in for my free food so on most occasions I always get an extra order of wings to share with my kids. The bone in wings are bigger than any of the local competitors.
