When I asked if he was saying the food tasted bad because it was vegan, he initially agreed before quickly backtracking and saying that's not what he meant. He then explained that it tasted different because they had a new chef and were using different ingredients and seasonings. I explained that I've ordered the vegan version multiple times before, so I know how it's was supposed to taste. In fact, this was my fourth time ordering it. The third time I ordered it, the rice had almost no flavor at all... it was basically plain white rice with the vegetables, nuts, and no seasoning. I let that experience go and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this fourth order went in the complete opposite direction. Instead of being under-seasoned, the rice had such an unpleasant taste that I couldn't eat it. This wasn't just "different"... something was clearly off. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing as the food. No one offered to replace the dish, refund it, or even seemed concerned. I mostly received silence and was told they didn't know what to do. When I said I'd have to leave a review since nothing was being done, the response was simply, "Okay." I'm disappointed because I've supported this restaurant several times and expected much better. Every other item I ordered was good, but the rice was inedible, and the lack of customer service made the experience even worse. If you're a regular customer, especially if you order the vegan options, just be aware that the quality may not be as consistent as it used to be. With the restaurant mentioning they have a new chef, you never know who will be preparing your food or how it's going to taste. Hopefully your experience is better than mine, because I ended up with what I can only describe as "funky armpit" rice. I genuinely tried to resolve this directly with the restaurant before posting this review, but unfortunately, they gave me no reason to feel confident about ordering from them again.

LOVE AT FIRST BITE -- and I'm not even exaggerating! The sign says "Love at First Bite," and honestly... they weren't lying! This was our first time having Kohinoor Bites, and WOW--what a find! It was even so cute and clean inside! The music was lit The Desi Sticks are awesome, but the pizzas and wings were absolutely TO DIE FOR. We tried both the Malai Paneer Pizza and Tandoori Paneer Pizza, along with the Achaari Wings and Tandoori Wings, and every single one was loaded with flavor. The wings with the mint sauce?! SO GOOD. We also grabbed the Masala Fries and Mozzarella Sticks, and basically ended up with the perfect spread. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with so much character. This isn't just your average pizza-and-wings spot--there are so many unique flavors that make you want to keep trying more. And I HAVE to give a shoutout to the sweet girl working behind the counter! She was so friendly, attentive, and completely on it from the moment we walked in. Customer service was absolutely on point, and that makes such a difference. We came hungry and left VERY happy. Already looking forward to our next visit because there are way too many things on the menu I still want to try! Kohinoor Bites--you definitely got the "Love at First Bite" part right.
