I like when food joints offer up singular experiences. Toby's often saying that sometimes I like new/original more than actually delicious. I don't know--sometimes I think delicious or tasty is a lower bar to achieve than new and original. For instance, I don't reckon I've ever had lamb kebab on a pizza before and yet Kohinoor Bites had it on offer right there on their menu for me. That's worth something. And then after biting into it I knew I had made the right choice. Yes, it was very tasty and, yes, every bite was super filling like all pizza should be. But the pie was just highly evocative because it simply wasn't anything I had ever tasted before. It was like biting into the horizon and craving more. My only wish I had more of that wonderful lamb kebab in each slice but I guess that would've driven up the price. The service was great. Everything moved along quickly and they surprisingly checked on the table despite it being a more fast casual place without server service. The ambience was great. There were a lot of private booths in all patron counts of 2, 4, and 6. Lots of televisions adorned the walls and everything was decorated very comfortably. It was very inviting inside. I should be back here soon and hopefully next go around a tad bit more of that stellar lamb meat that elevates this place will find its way to my pie. I can only pray for that. read more

I think the place is fairly new. I went on a Sunday evening and there was plenty of parking in the plaza and no wait in the restaurant. There are definitely loads of options to choose from, and even some typical pizza flavors like cheese and pepperoni. We got the 12 garlic butter knots, which had a nice chew that I liked, a medium butter chicken pizza and a medium tandoori chicken pizza. We had a quiet Sunday evening experience. The place was clean and looked really new. The whole restaurant is a black and white marble affair which feels very modern and classy. Multiple TVs set up with soccer games on, but conveniently they were closer to one side of the restaurant so there's a lot of seating away from them if you want. The ordering experience was an order and pay at the front, and sit where you like. They brought the food to us as it was ready. Milkshakes first, apps first, one pizza at a time. The menu isn't overwhelming but is bursting with flavor. We had both the butter chicken pizza and tandoori chicken pizza and both were incredible. True to Indian spice palletes, they were an incredible and thoughtful swirling of typical fresh vegetables, slightly crunchy chicken flavors and warming spices. It honestly made me feel like American pizza has been cheating me for years. There is sturdy but airy dough for a slice that's easy to hold. Since we brought some picky kids we got them milkshakes and mozzarella sticks that they were happy with which I always love to see because family dining hinges on how happy the kids are! EDIT: Pizza is now also the highlight of the next morning. Microwaves excellently and somehow the finely chopped onions and peppers are even still holding some crunch!
