We wanted masala dosa. They have lots of dosas with tasty chutneys. That earns 5*. We also ordered street noodles with shrimp and some tandoori chicken. Noodles were a surprise winner, too. Don't sleep on the Indo-Chinese part of the menu. Staff is friendly and food is cooked fresh. Inside dining room isn't too big and there's a decent amount of food delivery orders that keeps the kitchen busy. If you have the option, eating the food in-restaurant will make it even tastier. I've yet to see a dosa hold up well when done via delivery or take out. read more

It's my second time at this location. I do want to mention that I ordered online for in-store pick up. I ordered 4 dishes and went to pick up close to an hr after I had placed my order. My oldest and I were craving Indian food late one night and I had been wanting to try this place for a while. I was super happy to see them on Uber Eats! We ordered the butter chicken, steamed rice and the garlic naan. The food was piping hot upon arrival and appeared to be super fresh! The rice was fluffy and cooked perfectly. The garlic naan was delicious and paired well with the butter chicken simmer sauce. The only bummer was I didn't realize I ordered the Delhi style butter chicken, which was bone-in as that wasn't in the menu description. That made it a little difficult to eat and I think seriously affected the amount of chicken we received for the price. I looked at the menu after this and saw they have a boneless option, so I will try that one next time. HOWEVER, the simmer sauce was probably the absolute best butter chicken simmer sauce I've had in my entire life. Was it that good because of the bone-in chicken? I'm not sure. Was really craving Indian food tonight and ordered the Boneless Chicken Biryani Family Pack.. (To go)bought it for my family of 4 but could've easily been stretched for 5/6ppl if needed.. the food was good, it came with an appetizer of your choice, and 2 sides that are liquid, I'm not exactly sure what it is as it didn't come with a description, but after putting into ChatGPT I'm taking a guess it's raita (yogurt dip) and salan (curry sauce).. both good but not sure how to eat them.. I put over my rice but rice is so flavored it's not needed.. I wish it came with naan but it didn't.. again the order didn't have a description as to what's included so this is included in the meal: *Chicken Biryani (Rice/chicken) spicy *raita (yogurt dip) white *salan (curry sauce) brown *1 appetizers of your choice (chili chicken) I did order the garlic naan on the side but had I not what would I eat it with. I'm surprised it didn't come with some.. and even then my garlic naan is ONE whole naan cut in half the size of a dinner plate. This was our 1st time here and it was definitely a busy place for a sunday night. We tired quite a few items but wasn't really impressed. So I loved the veg dum briyani it was flavourful and good. It comes w Rita which was also excellent. There baby corn appetizers was really good as well. This was full of flavors and bit of a kick but loved it. Chole butura was good as well the puri has cilantro in it very unique and tasted very good. Dosa was really bad soggy and cold. Everyone else dosa came out crispy and ours didnt. Sambar however was good. The dabh style paneer very tomato paste based and sweet so not great. The palak paneer was not good at all. No flavors at all. We ordered this masala cut mirichi horrible it was cold and very dry and not spicy at all. It was definitely not fresh. The Naans were cold. Coffee was okay not the best. Mango lassi was pretty good. Overall all the food came out was cold. And the waitress was great but she definitely needed help. She forgot half our things not her fault but they need to hire some help. I really wanted to love this place, especially knowing they also have a location in Artesia an area well known for great Indian food but I left feeling disappointed. I ordered the butter and garlic naan, dum chicken biryani, and chicken tikka masala. While the dishes had a nice level of spice, they were missing depth and richness in flavor. Everything came across a bit bland, which was surprising given how flavorful these dishes usually are. Even the naan, which is typically a highlight, didn't quite deliver. On the positive side, the portion sizes were generous, so you definitely get good value for the amount of food. The staff also seemed friendly and welcoming, even though I only did takeout. Went here this evening with my family and hands down some of the best food I have eaten. So so good. I got the mutter paneer the rest of our party all got buttered chicken (we all loved our food) we table shared a ghee dosa, baby corn, and samosas and everything was so good also had garlic naan chili garlic naan and a Chai drink again fabulous. The place is on the smaller side but i loved that. It gave a very family personal feel to the environment. Everyone was super super sweet and informative. Our server was amazing. The food is excellent -- the dosa portions are huge and beautifully made. It's a small, cozy restaurant with seating for about 30-40 people, warm décor, and friendly staff. We ordered the Masala Dosa, which came on a traditional steel plate with delicious chutneys and sambar, and the Paneer Bhurji Dosa, which was full of flavor. Hiden gem!! The best Idian food in Rancho! This place is pretty small but packs a very delicious punch! The service is great. Everyone is so friendly. We've been here twice now and everything we've tried as been off the charts fantastic. Today we tried a new dish (to us) that was recommended to us by the server called Dhaba style paner. Woooooiiii this place uses ACTUAL spice! No "dumbed down" flavors here! I ordered apollo fish, paneer 65, street fried rice from the indo-china menu, and cheese naan. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the naan - I was expecting indian paneer or feta-style white cheese but it appeared to be layered with cheddar, which was not the flavor profile I was going for. The Apollo fish is delicious! Spicy and crispy and full of flavor. The street fried rice is straight up Chinese-stylr fried rice. Didn't go with what I ordered, but as its own thing it was pretty darn tasty! Heavy on the soy sauce and ginger, but I don't mind that in the slightest. Paneer 65 was fine - not my personal favorite but in no way bad. It's just going to come down to whether or not the 65 sauce is your personal favorite or not. For me it wasn't one I'll remember forever but I still enjoyed it. It was made well though and leads me to want to try a more traditional preparation next time. What I love about Antera is it has a lot of dishes that I have never heard of or tried! I'm definitely looking forward to digging into their menu more over the coming months! read more

I have been here a few times (once dine in, mostly takeout to bring to family) and always excited to come back again. This place is so good I had to log back into this old Yelp account so I could write a review about how much I like it. The food is absolutely delicious. I've now had the tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala dum chicken biryani, Delhi style butter chicken, butter chicken, and chicken tikka kabab. My favorites are either of the butter chicken dishes, and the chicken tikka kabab. The mango lassi is of course good too! The staff is also so kind. Really glad this place opened this year! I can't wait to try more of their dishes -- I want to try one of the lamb or goat dishes next, along with porotta! read more

Its absolutely irresponsible for any kitchen to throw something out that was requested as mild and it being anything other than that. And this was definitely other than mild. We got to know of this place through an WhatsApp group and we planned to try it out today for lunch. The place opened yesterday and at first we were a bit apprehensive to try since our previous experiences with newly opened restaurants wasn't so positive. Keeping our fingers crossed, we ordered a take out of Chicken Dum Biryani, Veg Dum Biryani and starters of Chicken Vepudu, Gobi 65 & we asked to make it spicy. While waiting for our order at the restaurant we happened to speak with the owner - Satish who was very friendly and gave us a bit of a story behind the name. The name " AnTeRa" comes from the 1st 2 words of three regions - Andhra, Telengana and Rayalseema. Denoting the regions where their menu heavily draws inspiration from. However, I digress. Back to the food, the chicken dum biryani was a flavorful surprise and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Soft and juicy to eat. The chicken Vepudu was good as well & servers as a nice compliment to the biryani. The surprise was the Veg Dum biryani which my wife raved about and I understood why when I had bite of it. It was delicious, rich, and had the right mix of spices which lent a flavor that reminded us of the biryani we used to have in India. The Gobi 65 was good as well. It went very well with the biryani although it'a good enough to be eaten on its own. Had the right mix of tanginess and the spice and it ate pretty well. The place is cosy and is a 24 seater restaurant. But is well organized and service was good. Overall, a must visit if you like South Indian food especially Andhra & Telengana food. The dosas here are really great, but that's it. Service was inattentive and slow, and there was only 1 other table of diners in the place at the time! Our food other than the dosas was all off in various ways. Onion pakora was served after we got our main dishes and it was bland. Garlic nan was weirdly chewy and drowning in butter.
