Great portions for the price. Got the tandoori chicken. and tikki chicken masala 2 item combo. Tandoori chicken - this is bone in. Very tender and lots of meat. Slightly dry. Spices are a bit lacking. Tikki chicken masala - delicious. They give a lot of chicken. Other places provide more sauce than chicken, so this is a plus. Basmati rice - too dry and brittle. The meal would have been excellent if the rice was better. Naan - usually other places give very small pieces, but I was shocked to receive 4 big pieces per combo. This is more like it. Goes great with the sauce. I tried both plain and garlic. Both were good - the garlic one wasn't too overpowering and didn't give me bad breath, which is great. Overall, I have tried better spiced indian food elsewhere, but I can't complain with the price and portions provided. read more

My husband and I came here for lunch for the first time yesterday. It's a fast and casual atmosphere and a place where you can get food quickly to go. There's also plenty of seating inside if you want to eat in. You can order food that they prepare per order as well. My husband got a 3 item combo ($15.99 super combo) with tikka masala, saag paneer and goat curry. The combos come with naan, rice and yogurt. The combo prices are reasonable and start at $11.49. We also ordered additional items including the tandoori chicken, butter chicken and biryani to take home for dinner. Customer service was excellent and the man helping us was so nice. read more

I absolutely love Naan Cafe. It's honestly the only fast food place that serves Indian food, and they do it so well. I'm a huge fan of the mango lassi which so creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. The chicken Marsala is full of flavor, and the tandoori chicken is perfectly cooked with that smoky taste that's just irresistible. What's also great is that their combos come with a drink, so you get a great deal. The service is fast, and the staff is always friendly. My oldest daughter and I wanted Indian food, and I'd had this place on my list to try for a while. It's located at the corner of the shopping center, almost tucked behind the tax place. They have a decent amount of seating inside the restaurant as well. It was quiet when I walked in. A nice young gentleman helped me. He informed me some of the items on the menu aren't available for the combo, which would explain why they weren't in the dropdown options on the website. For the combos, you're limited to the lineup they have on the counter, which is pretty extensive. Additional items can be purchased and made to order--he said about 15 minutes. We ordered two #2 combos. Both had chicken tikka masala. One had dal makhani and the other had saag paneer. Both came with rice and naan--we opted for garlic naan. Portions are decent here as we both had enough for leftovers. The food was delicious and the perfect amount of spice! I'll have to come back to try their butter chicken (my fav)! Prased is always a smiling face who greets me when I come in and treats me like family. Just discovered Naan Cafe and the food here does not disappoint! Their chicken tikka masala is delicious and their portion sizes here are great. And their plates come with rice and freshly baked naan bread which are absolutely delicious as well. They give you a lot of naan bread and I am not complaining because it's soooo good. Naan Cafe is the BEST VALUE Indian takeout in the area. Prices are LOW, portions BIG, and taste is EXCELLENT! Of course the staff are friendly and efficient, and the location is well kept, too. If you live in the area or are just passing through, and you like Indian food at all--please do yourself a favor and try Naan Cafe! They truly outperform all local "competitors" in every way! I have been visiting once every week or two since this Fontana location opened, and I can see myself happily continuing the tradition as long as we are both in the Fontana area. My tips for diners: 1) start sampling the menu with a 3 item combo if you want variety in a smaller order--this makes a great meal for two who are hungry! 2) if you prefer spicier hotness and/or are feeding more people, order extra entrees a la carte. 3) be adventurous and try all the different naan styles offered--each one is great in its own way! Had a lovely meal here with my group of friends. I am super sensitive to spicy food and was very happy with the palak paneer (spinach and cheese curry) and the tikka masala paneer. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and accommodating when placing my order. I have also ordered through online dining options and was very happy with the serving size and available options. I find myself craving their cuisine and thinking when can I go back. You can order custom dishes from the menu so which they are very willing to accommodate special requests, but they also have a great selection of freshly prepared dishes at the counter. One of my friends ordered the beef vindaloo and asked for it to be medium spicy. Unfortunately it wasn't spicy enough for him at all, but he now knows to order it at "Indian Hot" spice level. This place is so worth it! The place is small and has a few tables inside. When I first arrived, I got greeted by a guy behind the counter. He offered a sample of their today's special rice. The style of how they serve their food is similar to Panda Express where you choose the items you want. Another thing I noticed was that they labelled what was vegetarian. I'm staying away from red meats and chicken to help my eczema currently and so seeing these labels helped me decide what I wanted. I chose the 3 item combo for $15. It comes with a free drink and free naan. I got the house made mango yogurt as my choice of drink. Overall it was so good. Inland Empire food reviews are so bad this place isn't no where close to a 4.6. It's more of a 3.4! The rice isn't the best quality.. The food is okay I've had way better.
