Cozy little place, delicious meals, friendly service. Everything comes out fresh and hot, always a hit! We've ordered takeout, dined in (they fit maybe 16-20 patrons max at a time) and every time it's been a great Thai food experience.

Sugar free Diabetic dish and they came up with this chicken based salad which was 10/10. Ask Sharon!

I come here all the time and the food is always a 10/10. The waitresses are always welcoming and straight to the point. The food is rich and the drinks are delicious. I've recommended this place to friends and everyone loves it. I ordered the drunken noodles with tofu and the portion is huge and very tasty.

This is my first time trying Thai food so my scale may be a little off on this topic. I got some chicken pad se-ew, beef pad-ka-pow, and the chicken wings. The chicken pad se-ew was a unique taste, to me the texture was a little weird by itself and had an eggy taste. The beef pad-ka-pow was delicious, had a real good spice to go along with the beef. For the wings, they were great with that red sauce they have, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Chicken pad see-ew: 6.4 Beef pad-ka-pow: 8.3 Chicken wings: 7.8

The food is such a plus for being in the area, the service is beyond anything else you would get else where. Servers are very attentive and make sure to give you the best! Personally, i love how the food matches the workers. They put passion and care into both so it makes sense why this place always hits for a small restaurant! Love love loveeee it!

Ok, I had to give this place another go because I live less than 5 minutes away and I'm glad I did! Their quality and flavor have improved and they're always so nice when taking my order! I suggest you try their pad see ew with crispy pork and mango sticky rice. It'll have you coming back every week!

Probably a simple question, but are their noodles gluten free? I understand some Rice Noodles or Egg noodles can still have wheat in them but I just want to make sure.

So sorry some of our noodles not gluten free..

I chose the Spicy Basil Leaf with pork. The dish was seasoned well but the spice level was barely detectable for me. I should have gone one level up. Flavor was savory and the pork was tender but a few more Thai basil leaves could have been added during the preparation. I found only three so the dish was somewhat bland. The shredded cabbage and lettuce salad with its mayonnaise base dressing was fresh. Soup was a light bodied vegetable broth with cabbage, onions, and carrots. Shrimp fried rice came with two nicely textured shrimp. The rice itself was just seasoned with soy sauce and had bits of scrambled egg within. Wontons consisted of two halves of a fried wonton wrapper with no filling. The Thai iced tea was sweet. Overall, a decent dinner with a fair amount of food. Service was polite and efficient. The restaurant was clean and comfortable in the dining room. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot as well.

We ordered a Tom Yum Soup, Orange Chicken, and a Combination Fried Rice. The great thing is you can request all the items with no heat or max heat (5). I usually do a 4 because I still want to taste my food. The Tom Yum soup is bright and of oil of flavor. It has tomatoes, mushrooms, and chicken. There is lemon grass in it but I don't eat it because it's to pungent when eaten whole. The combination fried rice is packed with flavor and comes with beef, chicken, and shrimp. There's not very many shrimp so you may want to add extra. There's no onions or tomatoes. The orange chicken is not too sweet and has a nice crispy texture. The glaze is nice and thick. The ambiance here is casual. If dining in during the summer or warmer months it can be warm inside the restaurant. Also, dining space is limited so if you have a large party you will want to call ahead. You definitely need to try this place out. Also, don't place your order on their website, call it in, it's cheaper.

Absolutely Incredible Experience at Sierra Noodle House!…read more If you're looking for one of the best hidden gems in the Inland Empire, Sierra Noodle House deserves a spot at the top of your list. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully designed, and unlike any noodle house we've visited. The massive Hollywood murals featuring legends like Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Presley, Humphrey Bogart, Captain Jack Sparrow, Audrey Hepburn, Bruce Lee, The Beatles, and many more create an unforgettable dining experience. Combined with elegant crystal chandeliers, colorful LED lighting, and comfortable booths, it feels both modern and welcoming. The food was just as impressive. We ordered the Beef Bánh Mì, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft inside, and the fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, and tender beef created an incredible balance of flavors. At only $10, it's one of the best values you'll find. We also enjoyed both the Large House Sake and Small House Sake, served hot in beautiful ceramic bottles with adorable paper umbrellas. It's a fun presentation that adds to the experience. The menu has an amazing variety, including authentic pho, bánh mì, pad thai, garlic noodles, fried rice, chow mein, chow fun, Vietnamese rice plates, spring rolls, smoothies, desserts, and much more. There truly is something for everyone. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. Between the outstanding food, beautiful décor, excellent service, and reasonable prices, Sierra Noodle House has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. We'll definitely be back to explore even more of the menu. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Highly recommended! For our table of four, we ordered the Seafood Soup, Pineapple Fried Rice with Beef, Eggplant Tofu, Crying Tiger, and Pad See Ew with Chicken. Everything was seasoned beautifully, and I genuinely enjoyed the flavor of every dish. The only food-related misses were the Crying Tiger, which was unfortunately tough and chewy, and the Pad See Ew. The noodles were very limp and barely seemed fried, with none of the wok hei I was hoping for. Still, I could have easily overlooked both and simply ordered different dishes next time. What would keep me from returning is the service. Our party was seated at two separate tables pushed together. After our first two dishes arrived, our server began bringing every new dish for our table in one hand - while carrying another table's order in the other. The first time this happened, he announced what our dish was and then just stood there silently, staring down at us. It took us a moment to realize he expected us to rearrange the dishes already on the table so he could put the new one down, since his other hand was occupied. He never actually asked us to move anything - just waited awkwardly for us to figure it out. I initially brushed it off, but then the same thing happened again and again with every dish that followed. The restaurant was busy when we first arrived and then lots of tables left while we were dining - regardless, customers should not be expected to repeatedly rearrange and carry hot dishes around the table because the server decided to bring two tables' orders at once. One of the first dishes served was the hot Seafood Soup, which we then had to move across two tables with a gap between them... That felt unnecessarily unsafe and could have gone very badly if it spilled. The food here has so much potential because the flavors were genuinely 10/10. Unfortunately, the service was so uncomfortable and careless that it overshadowed the entire meal. I could overlook the chewy meat and limp noodles, but I would not return after this service experience.
