Came here after my Kaiser lab work . I had the lahd Nah #40 beef, broccoli with wide rice noodles and gravy . ( lahd nah is like Chinese chow fun but better IMO ) If you like a similar dish with out gravy , but dry order pad see ew , same style just no gravy . Thank goodness it's not too salty , just the perfect flavor and mild smoky aroma . Portions is good for one person , not enough to share if only ordering one dish . The young gentleman was pleasant , he came by once to check in on me .

Had dinner here with my son around 6:30 yesterday Sunday 3/12 Got seated right away Ordered quickly because we were both starving !!! Food came out fast big plus Big portions Had left overs for lunch the next day

The chicken was cold and raw!!! As you can see in this photo that the meat is still pink !!!

Let's not make this complicated: if you don't want to waste your money and ruin your day, do not...again do not...ever come to this place! The servings are little, the flavor is dismal, the chicken that they served to us are raw and pink, the foods are mostly cold, chewy and the rice aren't cooked and worse, they add 10% to the prices of each item in the menu without telling you ahead. The hygiene and tidiness are also an issue and there was no cordiality at all in their customer service. Go to places where you'll get your money's worth! Definitely not in this place!

The restaurant across the street is way better and doesn't have hair in it, and undercooked meals at prices to high for garbage.

It's super convenient because it's near our kids schools and there's plenty of parking. I got the yellow curry and opted for no meat, with rice. I also splurged and got the garlic fried spare ribs. They're cut into small pieces but that's fine by me. All the food was delicious. And hubby was wrong about it being expensive. The yellow curry was $13, rice was $3, ribs were also $13. To me that is decently priced all things considered. It is a small place but they did have a couple people sit and eat as we did. But they seem to have a lot of take out orders which makes sense for noon. The lady was pretty nice, nothing to write home about but no complaints either. I noticed an older lady in the back cooking food, and for any kind of authentic food, it's a plus if grandmas in the back cooking. Iykyk! Definitely coming back, and eager to try their other offerings. Pineapple fried rice and red curry in particular!

I ordered the chicken satay, and the chicken was overcooked, dry, and tough. The peanut sauce also tasted overcooked, lacking the fresh, rich flavor I remembered. The cucumber salad was so spicy that it was inedible, and the fried rice had a strong fishy taste that completely threw off the dish. I'm not sure if they've changed owners, chefs, or recipes, but the quality was nowhere near what it used to be. It's disappointing to see a restaurant I once enjoyed so much decline like this. I hope they can get back to the quality that made them one of my favorite Thai restaurants.

When you dine in, it's full service. I had no idea! The service was great. The waiter was helpful and gave recommendations on eat levels based on what was being ordered. The ambiance is very casual inside. They have a gender neutral restroom. It is a small dining area, so large crowds be mindful and try to plan ahead. The food is absolutely amazing and cooked fresh as you order it. I opted for the yellow curry chicken with no carrots - heat level 4 and a Thai beef salad - heat level 3. The curry is creamy and a little sweet from the coconut milk. It's got a golden looking broth and I love that you can choose the heat level you want. It's served with a side of rice. The Thai beef salad is bursting with flavor. It has tender juicy slices of grilled beef tossed with crisp veggies & fresh herbs in a dressing that dances on your pallet. It's sweet, sour, salty, and spicy but balanced to perfection. You have to give them a try!

While…read morethe exterior of the restaurant wasn't the most appealing, the inside told a different story--it was remarkably clean, welcoming, and set a nice tone for a family meal. The service was a definite high point of our visit. Our server was incredibly kind and made sure we were well taken care of, checking in on us consistently throughout the afternoon. As for the food, it was certainly good, but from a foodie perspective, it felt like it was missing that authentic "spark" and depth of flavor that defines high-quality Thai cuisine. It was a solid meal, but it didn't quite crack my top 10 favorites. Overall, I'm giving this a three-star rating. It's a pleasant spot with great service, and though the flavors didn't fully transport me this time, I'm willing to give it another shot at a later date to see if a second visit shifts my perspective.

Absolutely Incredible Experience at Sierra Noodle House!…read more If you're looking for one of the best hidden gems in the Inland Empire, Sierra Noodle House deserves a spot at the top of your list. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully designed, and unlike any noodle house we've visited. The massive Hollywood murals featuring legends like Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Presley, Humphrey Bogart, Captain Jack Sparrow, Audrey Hepburn, Bruce Lee, The Beatles, and many more create an unforgettable dining experience. Combined with elegant crystal chandeliers, colorful LED lighting, and comfortable booths, it feels both modern and welcoming. The food was just as impressive. We ordered the Beef Bánh Mì, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft inside, and the fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, and tender beef created an incredible balance of flavors. At only $10, it's one of the best values you'll find. We also enjoyed both the Large House Sake and Small House Sake, served hot in beautiful ceramic bottles with adorable paper umbrellas. It's a fun presentation that adds to the experience. The menu has an amazing variety, including authentic pho, bánh mì, pad thai, garlic noodles, fried rice, chow mein, chow fun, Vietnamese rice plates, spring rolls, smoothies, desserts, and much more. There truly is something for everyone. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. Between the outstanding food, beautiful décor, excellent service, and reasonable prices, Sierra Noodle House has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. We'll definitely be back to explore even more of the menu. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Highly recommended!
