Brought my parents here after they said they wanted to try something new, they LOVED it. My parents usually stick to mexican food but they were in love with everything they tried here. I've genuinely never heard them rave about a new place like this before. Service is great, food came quick, and portions are big! Highly recommend for some tasty thai food and good prices!! We've been coming here for years. Staff is always very welcoming and friendly. We love eating here. Today, we were having family over and my sister placed a big order. She ordered chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice, beef pad see ew, and beef pad Thai. Everything was packaged carefully. The hostess was very nice and labeled everything for us. Came here after my Kaiser lab work . I had the lahd Nah #40 beef, broccoli with wide rice noodles and gravy . ( lahd nah is like Chinese chow fun but better IMO ) If you like a similar dish with out gravy , but dry order pad see ew , same style just no gravy . Is there a No star option? I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. I ordered the Pad Thai via phone and specifically requested "spicy pad Thai" when I arrived I reassured the cashier that it was for sure spicy? Her answer was no we don't toss it in spice we put the spice on the side (which was not something told on the phone) I then asked if they can please toss it in spice, she then walks to the kitchen and asks the cook to add spice, I can literally see the cook simply season spices over the already cooked plate, stirring it in with a Plastic Spoon using her bare hands to perfect the already made up to go plate... They used a lot of the Thai lime leaves, lemon grass and basil. It was not heavy with too much fats and additives which I have seen at other places. The yellow chicken curry was wonderful! Let's not make this complicated: if you don't want to waste your money and ruin your day, do not...again do not...ever come to this place! The servings are little, the flavor is dismal, the chicken that they served to us are raw and pink, the foods are mostly cold, chewy and the rice aren't cooked and worse, they add 10% to the prices of each item in the menu without telling you ahead. My sister works at Kaiser across the street and one of the nurses bought the mid shift crew Thai food from here and she said it was delcious. I ordered Thai food for the entire family last Saturday via the Yelp takeout app and everything was ready before the projected time and tasted good. These were big, sturdy, crunchy and had a good amount of cream cheese in the middle compared to the ones I usually get from Panda Express.
