Every time I've visited Enzo, I've left with a smile on my face. This nail salon is a step above the rest. My last salon started slipping in quality and I was so glad I stumbled upon this place. If you visit during the weekend, I'd recommend making a reservation. It can get busy. I've had three different nail techs and each of them were fabulous. I've been struggling to find a "go to" nail salon in Austin. This was my third time going to Enza and unfortunately for every experience, something has been "off". On Saturday, I went looking for a burnt orange color and a gel manicure. They were able to seat me immediately which was great! I do love the interior and feels very clean. I thought I found the perfect color from the wall, but when they started painting, the color was a neon bright orange. (This isn't typically a huge deal and I assume happens, but the last time I went to this location the same thing happened as I selected a dark navy and the color painted was a royal blue). Seems off to me that multiple times the color I've picked doesn't look the same at all once applied. I got stressed and asked if they had anything darker, and they were helpful to bring back over some color selections. Unfortunately, I ended up stress picking this light pink which I think looks heavy and also didn't match the 'mauve' color displayed on the nail selection. Icing on the cake is that it's been 2 days and I've had a nail already chip... Another set I hate- more than just the classic case of "not what I asked for" (proof pictured). In no world do I think refreshing a soft gel manicure should take almost 2 hours and three different employees to execute (this did). I clearly got the girl on her first day, despite being a regular here (pedis every 5 to 6 weeks) for the past 1+ year. When a client invests that much time and money you'd think they'd be sure to pair you with a quality technician. Instead this place is a zoo and despite booking appointments or with whoever you specify them with, no guarantee you'll get them. there's is only 1 little front desk lady keeping this place managed and she's in a frazzled state half the time because it's pure chaos. I did the buda gel / to keep your nails long naturally, it was a good experience. My only pet peeve was the massage felt half done and rushed and it was kinda ehh. More caressing then massage. It was a nice muscular gentleman - he also cut one of my toes really short and left the other one longer & didn't tell me so when i looked and asked he said my nail broke but I felt he should have communicated that before he just cut it. & he was very nice. I just got my toes done by Mindy at Enza and it was a better experience than I could've ever asked for. I received a mani-pedi and did a dip for my nails. I received a fantastic callus removal with my pedi too. At no point did anything hurt. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I was seated swiftly upon arrival without a wait. The interior area looks elegant and posh. There are many spots endoscope got both manicure and pedicure. The massage chairs are comfortable with a multitude of options that you can choose from. The music playlist was upbeat and fun. Went to Enza this morning for a pedicure and had a lovely experience. The salon is located right on S. Lamar with either street or garage parking. The salon itself is beautiful, a very spacious area and feels very elegant. Loads of nice massage chairs for a pedicure and tons of mani space as well. The staff is super friendly and attentive throughout, ensuring that you have a nice experience. I did a tropical pedicure and it was amazing, the foot massage was like you were at a massage studio instead of a salon! Nails done by Anna. During my service, Anna applied polish carelessly, getting it all over my skin and then continued to cure it under the UV lamp without cleaning it up first. After asking multiple times to please remove it. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, it's also unsanitary and unhealthy. Curing gel on actual skin can cause irritation, allergic reactions and long-term skin sensitivity. Not to mention how careless it looks. The final product was a mess. Some of the polish didn't feel fully cured. It's still tacky in some spots and I noticed actual fuzz and debris cured into my nails. It looked rushed and careless, like there was no attention to detail whatsoever. A nail salon should prioritize both a clean application and client safety, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I left feeling frustrated and like basic standards for cleanliness and care weren't followed. For the price I payed, I expected clean & professional work. I did express my concerns and all that they offered was a 10% discount. We paid $95 for a pedicure & $70 for a FILL. read more

Loved the experience with Enza. Multiple staff(including the owner) kept coming to check on me, felt really good. The neck warmer and the massage chair are top-notch, it massages thoroughly not some bad kind. My nail tech Kevin did a great job, very gentle yet did a clean work. I feel bad writing this review because all of the staff I encountered were super nice! That being said I'm super disappointed with my nails! I got a CBL pedicure ($65 with regular polish) and that was heavenly, no complaints! While receiving my pedicure I was asked if I wanted my nails done too, I said I didn't think I would have time but the owner said they could work on my nails at the same time. I told her I wanted very specific nail design (for my birthday) showed her a photo and she said NO PROBLEM, THEY CAN DO! a different lady approached and started on my nails, when it came time to show her the photo she said the photo I was showing her included stickers that they didn't have and she would not be able to do... since she already started I felt obligated to go through with the nails and just pic a different design... including photos of that I asked for and what I received ... on top of that I was charged $95 for the nails ($65 for gel x, $15 for chrome and $15 for design) I asked why $15 for design if I didn't get a design and was told be I got French ... anyways! Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I recently moved to Texas and stumbled upon this salon on TikTok. In hindsight, I really should have checked the reviews first. To start, everything at this place seems to come with an added cost. When my daughter wanted 5 different colors on her nails, they charged us an extra 15 bucks, claiming it was for a "design." I'm not a nail technician, so I reluctantly went along with it. Then, when I asked for a Russian manicure with extensions and a French style, they added an extra fee for the shape and French , which I expected, but then told me I had to pay an additional 5 dollars on top of that because I wanted a "smile" French style instead of a straight across one. As if that wasn't enough, the air conditioning was broken, and we weren't offered water until 2 1/2 hours later. I understand that I didn't have an appointment, but they really should have set clear expectations about the timeframe. To make matters worse, the pictures and videos below were taken 1-3 days after the service. Now I'm left wondering why my nails are bending when I scratch my head, and two of them popped off just one day after getting them done. It seems like this place is more interested in money than customer satisfaction. All they offered was to fix it if I came back, or a 50% refund. Well, I don't want to 50% refund because I have to go pay full price somewhere else., And I certainly don't want them anywhere near mine or my daughter's nails ever again. RUN read more

The nicest manager ever! I broke my (natural) nail only a couple of days after having a gel manicure. I live about 4.5 hours away, but dropped in hoping I could somehow salvage this nail. The manager (I didn't catch her name) glued my nail for free. It's a very nice establishment, and I wish I had time to stay for a pedicure or something! We went back due to it was the only salon during ACL that we could get an appt. After 2 yrs, I was hoping it would be better, but that's not the case. 1. They still skip or eliminate steps that are in their menu listing of different mani/pedi's. 2. They charge more than their "8 x 10 menu" that itemizes the different service options/prices. I was charged $10.00 more for my pedicure. 3. The quality of the polish is still poor. My finished polish is uneven and lumpy even after she went and shook other polish in the machine. 4. They charge $10.00 to remove gel polish. Other local salons don't charge for removal if you are getting a gel service. 5. They still shout at each other constantly. Not a relaxing experience! 6. I did not get my emailed receipt, per the screen when I paid. It was clear that they were rushing as to service as many clients as possible. I was bummed I was overcharged by $20 and that I paid $175 total for less than what is advertised or expected. Instead of prioritizing a prior customer, they pulled the old bait and switch and kept me hanging around until I was forced to continue with their service. So many nail technicians, yet they seem to be in no hurry to have people along to the next customer. There is one woman who walks around assuring people they are next, but I don't see her doing anyone's nails. I have watched a technician spend upwards of 50 minutes with a customer and it's wildly insane. DO NOT RECOMMEND GO ANYWHERE ELSE unless you want half of your afternoon eaten away with a promise of "you're next in line." read more

I've been coming here for a year now and I will NEVER be back. While I've had good experiences here, I have never experienced this level of pain in my nails and unprofessionalism in removing them is beyond me. I developed a fungus under my nail and asked them to remove my acrylics and tend to the issue. When I sat down, I was told they would soak off the nails. That never happened. Instead the nails were roughly taken off by the owner and I've been doing everything I can to fix them after. I've hesitated posting this because of how embarrassed I am that I even allowed myself to leave the studio looking and feeling like this. I'm disgusted. And you should be ashamed. Pictures are a mix of immediately after the removal / weeks later still trying to recover. Went there last night for a manicure. While the gel polish was being put on I said I really did not like the color and could it please be removed. I said I would paint them at home if they didn't have time to put a different color on. The manager was rude and argued with me about me not liking the color. She argued with me in such a nasty way that I started to cry. I've never been in a business that would be so rude and so nasty as to make their paying customer cry. I live next door and sometimes I just need to run somewhere quick and get my nails done so I have been here about 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have a bad experience. I have been going to Enza consistently over a year and I want so badly for it to be my go-to spot, but it's been hit or miss. For almost $80 (service + tip + take off) for a dip manicure, I would hope it's a great quality service every time lasting up to 4 weeks. There's one or 2 women that have been phenomenal, but when return a few weeks later, they are no longer employed there. Everyone is so nice, so nothing to criticize there. I am writing this review 1.5 weeks after my last service where 3 of my fake nails have come clean off my natural nail by doing basic things, like pulling up pants. I really liked this place when it first opened, but after my experience yesterday I likely won't be back. I have been here maybe 3-4 times total. I stopped by here during lunch for the basic tropical pedicure I always get. It was not busy at all. When I walked in, no one greeted me. Everyone turned and looked, and then went back to whatever they were doing. This was in sharp contrast to everyone who walked in after me, who were enthusiastically welcomed. After checking in on the tablet and going to the wall to select a color, I waited for someone to come get me. They directed me to a chair. The lady doing my pedicure barely scrubbed my feet, to the point that I could still peel off dead skin after the pedicure was done. Another customer came in maybe 10 minutes into my pedicure asking for eyelashes. The lady doing my pedicure I guess is the eyelash person, so she told the customer she would be done in 10 minutes. She then proceeded to rush through my service. She skipped several steps and cut my toe skin with the cuticle trimmer since she was rushing and drew blood. She didn't even rinse the scrub all the way off my legs. I had to brush it off myself before I walked out. At the end she told me to wait a few minutes to let the polish dry, and then walked away without helping me put on my shoes so that I didn't mess up the polish. I must reiterate that there were only 3 customers in the whole place, so there was no reason for the rushed service. read more

Once you get to your chair, they ask if you want something to drink and you can choose from a couple of options. Of course there is a massage chair while you get a pedicure, which is nice. The woman did a good job and I love the color but I'm removing one star because she didn't ask me what shape I wanted for my nails and the polish chipped a little on one nail less than a week after I got them done.
