Stephen takes pride in what he does. Stephen has been our pest controller for over two years now. Enviro safe is what anyone would wish for in a pest control company! Timely, knowledgeable, professional, & informative. Stephen has a vast knowledge of those insects, particularly the ones indigenous for this desert climate. On the rare occasion I see a creepy crawler, I snap a picture of IT (yes, I don't let it escape). When Stephen comes by, I inquire and learn about the history of that creeper! He goes the extra mile to make sure that my problems were solved. He answered all my questions with great patience. Even those nasty flying rats aka pigeons- installed spikes, disinfected and cleaned everything. If I could give this place Zero stars, I would. We had Enviro-Safe for about 1.5 years. We built our home in the southeast part of the valley, and I hate roaches, so we had to have pest control. During the first visit, the staff was friendly, helpful, and overly eager to get our credit card information so they could start charging us. Over the course of the next 18 months, the owner has been rude, uncooperative, uncommunicative, and just downright mean to us. We are supposed to be on a bi-monthly schedule (every other month), but every time I have to call them to schedule an appointment. And I don't mean that I call the day the 2 months is up - I give them a week or so to call me, which they never have. And I get yelled at on the phone when I call because I should, and I quote, "...keep your pants on - you aren't the only person we service and you aren't that high on the list". I kid you not. While we don't have roaches or spiders in the house, we do have silverfish. Why? Because the stuff they are using to spray for bugs isn't working on them. When I ask them what they are going to do about it, I'm told "...go get a can of raid and use that on them". The final straw was with our most recent bill. In April they came out and sprayed. In June they came out and sprayed. I get my credit card bill at the end of June, and the charge is $155 and not $65. I call them to find out why. I'm told that the card was declined in April, and they billed us for both April and June, along with a late fee, in June. I asked them why we weren't notified when the charge was declined, and I was told that "...it's not our responsibility to chase down delinquents like yourself who cannot get your finances in order". I will never use these guys again. I hate paying for service and getting told I'm a problem when all I want is what I've paid for. read more

I used to be events director at our local farm animal sanctuary and when they got ready to bring in another set of animals I noticed one of the buildings had a small area of suspicious looking webs... Enviro came out the next day...checked the entire five acre property and as I suspected...black widow nests were found! Well needless to say when the sanctuary owner got the report we made sure that they were taken care of and they were out of the area that the animals would be living in :) After I selected them for the owner they explained that all the materials used and humane relocation practices are safe for all animals, I decided that last year, our new house would be inspected and treated or taken care of by Enviro. In the clear (prior to purchase of our new home) on our termite inspection, I was impressed with the service of checking out the rest of the property while they were here. Aaron our regular service guy is very nice and prompt. No complaints, I have used them in commercial and residential setting for almost two years now. Billing is easy, they bill our card every quarter when they come out and they keep our gate codes on file. I get an email as a reminder and also as a receipt conformation. I believe our billing is $65? every quarter, they will come out anytime for follow ups for free if needed. I haven't needed to call them extra but I'm surprised to not see any activity since we have almost a half acre, a pool, lots of grass, lots of landscaping, and 50-60 year old trees on our property. Satisfied customer! Not sure what these other people are talking about but we did not sign a contract! read more

Worst pest control company I have ever dealt with! I urge anyone needing pest control services to be careful. This company should not get even a star, but you have to give at least 1 star to create a post. I tried to cancel my service because my house sold, I asked if they could transfer service to a new location, and this guy Kirk or Kurt who says he is the owner told me I had a cancelation fee of $300 (which is alright because if i signed an agreement i would hold up that agreement on my end) but when I asked for proof of this service contract he would not provide it. Told me he doesn't need to show proof of anything. "He has been around since 95 and does not need me." Be careful! There is no disclosure of service agreements,and because this company has your credit card on file they believe they can hold you hostage to their cancelation fee. They would rather threaten you than work with you. Where is the customer service? It's not here. read more

These guys got the job done when others couldn't seem to after repeated attempts. I am always a little hesitant to use pest control inside my home.I just don't like the idea of poisons where i eat and sleep, no matter how remote. However, after a pretty significant infestation of roaches in my last apartment I was over my issues pretty quickly. The apartment I was living in is known for pretty good resident satisfaction (Camden), so I decided to just let them take care of it since they don't charge for it. Well, those guys sprayed and sprayed every week for 4 weeks and it still felt like I was waking up in Joe's Apartment every morning. Finally I went to the office for the third time to complain and they finally told me to have the treatment done myself and they would pay or reimburse me for a reasonable treatment. A friend of mine who has several pets (and also thinks they are people) referred me to Enviro Safe, because she said they always treat her well, and seemed to have a genuine concern for the animals with regards to their treatments. So I called. After explaining the situation to Mike in their front office he handled everything for me. Even though it was only a single treatment for a small apartment, they came 2 days later...sprayed...and that was it. No more roaches. When it came time for billing I just explained the situation and they handled it directly with the office so that I didn't have to. I have since move from Vegas, but if you are in the area and need this service I highly recommend these guys. read more

Very unprofessional.. We called and asked about prices and the salesman "Mike" told us that it was half off for the first time they sprayed for new customers. We then told him that we didn't want to sign any contracts and wanted just a one time spray. He said that they can do that so we scheduled the next day. I took the day off work for this spray. The technician came by and immediately tried to make more sign a contract which we were told there wasn't going to be one by "Mike". They are a bunch of liars and all the bad reviews on this yelp account of theirs goes to show you that they don't care about customer satisfaction. Envirosafe Poisoned our Cat! - Envirosafe pest control sales rep Kurt (feel free to call him at 702.385.1269) told me that the substance they would use in our home was pet safe. Our youngest cat has been twitching from what the vet has said that is a direct result of the product they used. Clark County Poison Control has told us that the chemicals they used are in fact toxic to cats. We have paperwork that the spray technician signed showing what chemicals and the amounts were used. When conveyed to CCPC, those chemicals were confirmed to be toxic. * I would like to warn ANYONE considering using Envirosafe to NOT use them. When I called to talk to Kurt about this problem, I was placed on speakerphone. When I asked to whom else I was speaking, I got no reply. I said that I have a statement from Clark County Poison Control stating that their chemicals are toxic and I asked if we really needed to get legal counci involved, Kurt smugly said "I welcome you to get legal council involved." When I said "Thank you for being professional about this," the reply was "You wouldn't know professional if it kicked you in the teeth". * I would like to not only warn anyone considering using this company, but I would like to ask the help of all animal rescues to boycott this business and warn others from ever using this company. * I would love if any local media, ahem 8 News Now, would like to ask Envirosafe about the chemicals they use and how their opinion of the product they use is somehow different than what Clark County Poison Control has as fact. This company could really use a customer service course because while most people dont know the first thing about pest control operations, i certainly don't like blatantly being hustled by some RUDE salesman's half assed approach at telling me that "all the other companies take my money and waste my time with one time sprays" because "it doesnt work". First of all, noone has a spray that lasts FOREVER. So of course your going to EVENTUALLY need another spray. but that does not mean you should use that as ammo to UPSELL unsuspecting people more service/product than necessary. EnviroSafe Pest Control is an absolute joke of an organization with horrible customer service. I have had a rat issue on my roof for the past 1.5 years. I called them since they came up on google first to get this taken care of. I explained the problem and they came out to check it out. They informed me that they can do rat control and will neutralize the problem. But before all of that, I signed up for bug control contract. I didn't really want to but I figured, hey these guys are going to handle the rate issue. Turns out, they just sat bait stations out in my yard. For $300. I had these things for months and nobody was communicating if they were working or anything. I still have rats. I wanted traps on my roof to get them. EnviroSafe said they can't legally get on the roof to take care of the rats. Okay cool I'll cancel the bait stations please come and get them. So I ran into the tech today and he said he didn't have documentation to get rid of the bait stations. Also, I had moved the stations which is apparently illegal. I had no idea. I said just get rid of them. He did. Here's the doozy. Just called to cancel the bug control because I know have a guy who will set traps on the roof and also do bug control. I called and spoke to Kurt and said I was dissapointed with the service and am using someone else. He asked who, I said I wasn't going to tell them, then he starts saying "I'm bashing his company, what the other guy is doing is illegal and I should just hang up the phone because he won't put up with that." I'm like "put up with what?" He says "just hang up the phone". I'm like "dude I'm not bashing your company, nobody communicated with me about the bait stations whether they were working, I'm using someone else and just want to cancel the service. So, you hang up". And he did. What a shitty customer service experience. So I'm posting this on multiple review websites, Facebook, google whatever. These guys are a ripoff, their customer service is crap and they're a bunch of babies. Don't believe the 5-star reviews they are fabricated. read more

We have been using Enviro Safe for about 4 years now and they do a great job. They always call and tell you exactly when they are coming. The service is very fast but they don't cut any corners. They spray our small backyard as well as in the garage area. We never have a problem with cockroaches or other bugs after they do their work. I definitely recommend this company. read more

During our first summer in our home, we've had multiple run-ins with scorpions having made entry into our home. After about the fifth scorpion, we've finally had enough and decided to contact EnviroSafe. Kenny arrived to our home the following day and provided us with extensive background of these scorpions that have apprently been invading areas of the valley for quite some time. Their customer service is on point, they are very accommodating when you have requests for additional areas of your home to be sprayed that are outside of the normal routine spray service. I set up the Termite Inspection as a formality for a home my husband is the buying agent for. Completed the website form and received a call minutes later to confirm a next day appointment. A follow-up email confirmation was sent with the technician's photo. I verified the cost according to the square footage. Couldn't be happier with the service. We had an ant problem that was out of control (every other day, there was a new line of ants somewhere in the house) and so we called a few places. This was the cheapest and safest option. With DH being so frugal, we went this route and much to my surprise, have not been disappointed. They came out, were super informative, and thorough! Two weeks later, we had ants come back (through a light socket that was behind furniture). They came back out at our earliest convenience and pulled the furniture out, took the cover off, and treated in the wall. They also resprayed the base boards in the kitchen where the problem had occurred. I have met three different techs, all of which have been personable and concerned. Guess DH will have to deal with the small cost, because it has been wonderful seeing our ant problem slowly diminish. read more

I have been a customer for 2 months and the most frustrating thing is this company NEVER answer the phone when you call them. You ALWAYS need to leave a message and they "will" (they won't unless you mentioned you want to become a new customer) return your call at their earliest opportunity. Then, after 5-10 voicemail messages, they return your call in 2-3 days just to say sorry because they're pretty busy to answer the phone or some staff was out for vacation or Crystal (the receptionist) was in a meeting and no one was there to cover for her. My technician is Andy and he's very professional and knowledgeable about his work, but I will cancel my agreement with Enviro Safe Pest Control after they "answer" or "return" my call "at THEIR earliest opportunity. I highly recommend you to STAY AWAY from this company due to the lack of respect for their customers by offering this terrible customer service when we call them. But if you still want to go ahead and sign up with them, the first thing that will come to your mind when you need to call them after your initial service will be this review. read more

I have been using EnviroSafe for about a year and a half and I love them! I have automatic recurring appointments for the 4th Friday of every even month, and they always call the day before to remind me. The technicians always show up on time and are very polite and professional. They usually only spray outside to maintain the barrier, but the 1st visit they sprayed inside, too. The technician was very professional and even wore booties over his shoes without me asking. I have a baby, a cat and a dog, and all do fine with the spraying. The pest control is great and I very rarely have any issues. The one time I have had to call between visits, they came out within the next couple of days for an extra spray at no cost. The price is reasonable and all of my interactions with the technicians and receptionists have been professional and polite. I highly recommend them! read more

I signed a one year contract with this company, but they canceled me after three months and I was very happy that they did so. Their customer service and people skills need a lot of improvement. They would call the day before a visit from a restricted number, so you can't know who's calling, and leave me a voice mail message TELLING me that they would be at my house the next time and a really wide window, like between 9-1. Well, I couldn't always be at home at the time they gave me so I'd change the time. I do work and can't always be here. One time their receptionist actually told me that I should leave a key for them to come into my house! No way are they coming here when I'm not here. The last time they did this, about a month ago, I called back that evening after listening to the voice mail and left them a voice mail saying that I needed to change the time, and also needed to plan before their visit because I'm hyper-sensitive to chemicals and had to leave the house for a while because I get sick from the spraying. The next morning early, I called back because they'd left a voice mail. The man on the other end of the line was highly wound up and told me that they were canceling my account because "there are too many problems going to your house" and besides their product doesn't make anybody sick. I replied that his product did make me feel ill; I was about to add that it's because I'm hyper-sensitive to any chemicals, but he HUNG UP on me because I had a chance to say anything more. Note - I would give zero stars if possible. I called this company to come spray for bugs. I asked about prices on the phone beforehand and was told a monthly price plus what the cost would be if they just came out that day. When the tech arrived to spray, he presented me with a year-long contract and said he couldn't spray unless I signed it. I didn't really know what to do since I didn't want to sign a contract, but he was there, I had taken time off work to wait for him to show up and I really needed the house sprayed. I signed the contract and got my house sprayed. After the tech left, I read the contract and found you could cancel within 3 business days. I decided to do that as I suspected I might move before the year was up and I felt that Enviro Safe had been dishonest with me when I first called by not telling me you had to sign a year contract. When I called to cancel, I was told there was not a cancellation provision. I explained there was and was told the owner would have to call me back. Kurt the owner called me back and immediately started yelling at me. Even though I told him I was obviously going to pay him for the one-time spray, he told me he was going to charge my card for 6 months of service. He kept yelling at me that he had been in business a long time and he knew how to run a business. He also said I would be sorry if I tried to cancel. I asked him if he was really threatening me. He eventually agreed not to charge my card, but the whole situation was bizarre and freaked me out. It wasn't as if I was yelling at him so I don't understand why a business owner would treat someone like that who could potentially recommend future clients. Consumer beware - you do not want to give this guy your credit card number or address. read more

Our technician has been really good in the past. However, he called to confirm our appointment two days ago and then did not show today. No call to let us know that he was not able to keep the appointment. Called (2 hours past scheduled appt.) to find out the cause and was told that they had training. I can appreciate them keeping their certification up to date, but you must keep your clients informed. I should have received a call yesterday that he was not able to spray my home today. You cannot tell me that they did not know until this morning that he had to attend training. Poor management and client experience. read more

This company lacks professionalism and service. Management just boosts on how long they have been in business! I'm a small business owner and would never take that approach to smooth over lack of quality service. They are extremely expensive and do not stand behind their model"Making a world of difference", instead, they hire technicians that are not knowledgeable or poorly trained exterminators. Every time they come out to rid wasps, hornets, or bees, they say they have to call their manager , act like they don't want to do the job, and come ill prepared without sufficient spray! One technician ran from the hornets as he was spraying & then, ran out of the chemical! He said that's all he can do! Today, I called for bee service in my date palm, and as usual, the technician came out, looked at it & said he could not do anything! Their advertisement clearly states they do bee removal, bugs,wasps, spiders, and so on....but, can not fulfill their their contractual agreement for $495 a year and $65 per service! What am I paying for if I'm not getting the service? My contract ends on 9-11-2014 and spoke with a supervisor/manager today to terminate services today! Did he suggest a 2 month credit for ending it early? Of course not! Please do not use this service, it was a tough, ruthless company to deal with at the start and did not get any better! read more
