I have been serviced by this company threw the apartments I live in four times for bed bugs. For the last two years Clint has treated my apartment with bed bugs. He constantly finds no bed bugs. Let me search and I find double digits worth. I brought it to everyone's attention that the building is infested. Clint stated " I do not understand why we have them as a contract if they do not listen,this whole place is infested. " implying how cheap they are.Come to find out Clint told the office I got stuff from the trash. In witch he did deny. I have had beautiful furniture that I have had to throw away.it seems as if they say one thing to me and Another to the apartments. The apartments believe this company is not doing correct treatments yet they still use them . I don't know who to believe. I worked very hard to get my apartment ready four times. I contacted each party over the issue to get this settled. I did not receive a call back from either. I served the apartments with a inhabitiable essential form. Between the apartments and this pest control company I'm disgusted and have two years of doctors visits, photos, letters and much more. I question the integrity of this company now. This is a direct indifference. Yes we heated everything before entering the home again as well as disposing and doing a shampoo.my brother did contracts for eco lab . We had this company install screens over all roof vents. We had a scorpion, 4 1/2 inch long, plop down through the master bath vent, getting caught on the plastic vent cover, I could see him reaching through the slats with his big ass claw. I sprayed him, didn't say one word to my wife, called d-termination who responded quickly and solved the problem. When I did tell my wife she totally freaked and had no problem with the charges. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this company which was recommended to us by our neighbor. read more

Super disappointed by their shady business practices. I specifically told the gentleman on the phone that it would only be a single service spray because I have a baby due in a few days and I don't want pesticides being sprayed around a newborn. He told me it would be $78 so I scheduled. When they arrived they told me that it would be nearly $100 more than the initial price they told me because I wasn't doing a bimonthly subscription service. It isn't about the extra hundred dollars it's about the fact that they mislead you to get inside your house and then change the price hoping that you'll just pay it. read more

I was referred to them from a friend bc the other company I used for 10+ yrs sucked so I switched. Nathan is who I deal with and he is very knowledgeable about the bugs etc we have a problem with at my house. He talks to you like your a friend and makes you feel comfortable. Since using them, we haven't had one live scorpion. My area is really bad with them and since I switched it's been a huge change. I'm only giving 4 stars bc the girl who answers their phone is rude. This establishment is lucky to even get 1 star. Very unprofessional and rude; the manager is the worst of them all. If you're a manager you do not hang up on your customers. Especially when there is a very severe issue at hand. My pet fish were killed due to their lack of professionalism and communication, They laid greasy dishes on my new couch which created stains, put bedding on top of my fish tank after completely turning off all lights and oxygen to my tank, my personal belongings were gone through and moved from one room to another without consent including jewelry, medications etc. All to be told I was at fault. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. THEY MAKE EXCUSES FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND THEIR WRONGFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES. read more

I was miserable with another pest control service we had before- and my boyfriend finally saw what I was talking about and asked around and heard of these guys through a friend. Well Neil, the guy who comes to our house is so awesome! -It's been a year now with Neil. He does a fantastic job of actually spraying the stuff into the crevices and against the floor boards -instead of all over the floors and furniture and all over the place- like the previous company did. He is so thorough and careful and moves our things and our pet's items that I forget to move for him. He is so polite and works like a maniac. After noticing the huge difference between his work and the previous company- I trust this guy 100% with spraying poisons in my home- LOL! He is super thorough doing the outside and yard too. It does not look easy. Especially in the summer- yikes. I highly recommend him. Very very happy with the service. Oh yeah- hah! - they are $40.00 (!) cheaper than the other company for way better work!!!!!! read more

D-Termination Pest Control sent me three invoices over a year old - two of them were $60 each for two bed upstairs condos - I disputed the charge as it is high. D-Termination would not adjust as they said they sprayed the outside too. The outside of a building with four units?? I didn't order that but I have to pay for it?? I do not recommend nor will I ever use them in the future. Hope that $40-$60 that you overcharged me is worth the future business of a property manager. read more

I called the company who promised me to send a guy to evaluate my condition. This guy came in my apartment and said that my room was too stuffy, and he had to get out of there. At the door way, he said that I should open my windows to let the wind come in. I explained that I have arthritis and can't have windows open when I sleep. If you come at a later time, things would be different. Nevertheless, he said just find another company. So he left. After a couple of minutes, somedody knocked at my door frantically. I went to open the door, and I saw the assistant manager Don Henderson and the maintenance guy show up at my door with heavy face masks on their faces. They walked in without my permission and she screamed at me about cleaning my room. Anyway, I believe this pest control company has violated the business ethical code by running his mouth in front of my apartment manager who later served me a notice threatening to evict me and my cat. The company will make me no place to live. The company is very unethical. read more
