I'm not usually one to write reviews unless the service really stands out, but I had such a great experience with this company that I wanted to share. We recently started finding centipedes in our home even after having our previous pest control company sprayed twice. As someone who absolutely hates bugs, I was definitely not happy . I wanted to make sure we were getting a treatment that actually focused on the type of bugs we were finding rather than just having someone come out and spray again. I reached out to Kyle with a few questions and concerns, and he was extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and was able to accommodate us with an appointment very quickly. I really appreciated how responsive and understanding he was, especially since I was hoping to get someone out as soon as possible. The technician who came out was also very professional, friendly, and thorough. The entire experience, from scheduling to the actual service, was smooth and easy. I'm not one to leave reviews unless the service genuinely meets or exceeds my expectations, and this definitely did. I really appreciate the great customer service and quick response. So far no centipedes! Highly recommend this company! read more

Service was excellent. Tech came out to handle a slight ant problem in a timely manner. The price for their preventive plan is very reasonable. Would recommend! read more

After trying several other pest control companies in Las Vegas, we finally found Ranger Pest Control, and the difference has been incredible. Our biggest concern has always been protecting our two dogs, especially from scorpions and snakes. If you have dogs, you know that's one of the biggest concerns when living in Las Vegas. Other companies we used never seemed to take scorpion and snake prevention seriously enough. Kyle and Germain immediately stood out. They took the time to explain their process, answer all of our questions, and thoroughly treat both the interior and exterior of our home. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping your family and pets safe, not just checking a box and moving on. They're a family owned business, and it truly shows in the level of care and customer service they provide. They are professional, reliable, honest, and always go above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their work. If you're looking for a pest control company in Las Vegas that truly cares about protecting your home and your pets, I highly recommend Ranger Pest Control. Thank you, Kyle and Germain, for the outstanding service. You've earned customers for life! read more

Horrible communication. They gave me a 2 hour window for the service then no-showed. Then tried to notify me that he was running late 15 min after the scheduled time frame had already passed, saying he'd be 30-45 min late. I work 60-70 hour weeks usually, it was my one day off and had a lot of errands and chores to do, and moved around appointments and other responsibilities to be home for two hours waiting for them. Disrespectful and flippant of wasting people's time, just asking I 'reschedule'. Which I did, with another company. Unless you have the luxury of sitting around at home all day waiting for them to show, don't bother. read more

They were the only company out of the five I called, that were able to offer a same day visit. The guy scheduling was very prompt and friendly, and set me up with with Vance. Not only did I get a same day appointment, I was lucky enough to get the owner/operator Vance. He arrived when he said he would, and he was able to take care of small wasp issue I had. Thanks Vance, I will definitely reach out again in the future and refer you in our neighborhood group. read more

The technician arrived in the window of time provided. Sprayed the interior of my kitchen cabinets and the base boards that were accessible in the test of the home. 10-15 minutes total. I appreciate no hidden fees in the total bill. read more

The best pest control company in town, bar none. Eric came in, gave it a very thorough inspection and quickly identified the problem. I had a big name company come out to do an inspection but they misidentified crumbs as bed bugs. Eric was a real expert and found the actual problem and saved me thousands of dollars. very honest and experienced and I'm a customer for life read more

Very restrictive in scheduling- nice enough but expensive - if I were to rat them fm 1-10 it would be a 6 . About the same service as any other company. read more

thanks very much for the help - technician was able to identify issue, key point areas to be most effective and set traps accordingly - believe it or not the trap worked within 24 hrs and saw the results in the morning! Great customer service and options of service - was not pushed in to any service agreement or contract , they did what I requested and very easy to work with - reasonable service fee as well Thanks again read more

I've been using this pest control service for the past 4 years, and I couldn't be happier. Their team is always professional, reliable, and thorough. They consistently show up on time, explain what they're doing, and make sure all my concerns are addressed. A big shoutout to the office manager, Kyle, who is always helpful and makes scheduling easy. The technicians, Germain and Chris, are fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home every time they visit. Since I started with them, I've noticed a huge difference--no more pest problems, and my home feels so much more comfortable. I've even referred them to multiple family members and businesses, and everyone has been just as happy with their service. It's rare to find a company that delivers such consistent, high-quality service over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and effective pest control! Came the same day. Fair pricing and good service. Set up was quick and painless. Its still too soon to say how quickly it worked but so far I'm pleased with the service. read more

Buyer BEWARE!! Hired to treat a rodent issue. Set up an appointment...technician arrived and spent less than 10 mins placing ~6 wooden snap traps with peanut butter, around the house. Charged $175 for the service!! Those same traps are available @Home depot for $3 each! Don't waste your $$ calling them. Just DIY. Called and spoke to the same manager who I originally set this up with(Kyle). Explained that I needed a "pet safe" solution. We discussed a product called bait boxes that is pet/kid safe. His response was "no". DO NOT believe the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on their website. Learn from my mistake...call someone else. read more

Very meticulous and they take their time and actually scout for pests, and apply what is needed.

So my wife and daughter have a crazy phobia of bugs. We found 2 in our house within two days. Let me say the drama in my house for two bugs is crazy. My honey to do list had a new top priority. I called Ranger pest control. Spoke with Nikki and was she answered all my questions and had a great personality. We scheduled a day and Braydon came to my house on time and was ready to get to work with a positive attitude. Haven't seen a bug since. Wife is happy so life is good.... Highly recommend. read more

We recently moved and instantly saw scorpions and black widows along with other spiders and ants. We called Ranger Pest Control, and they were able to come out 2 days later to spray inside and out. BEWARE THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR CONTRACT READ MY WHOLE REVIEW Their customer service was great 2019-2021 but then 2022 until now their customer service deteriorated. I have been a customer for multiple years, I always paid on time and a zero hassle customer Starting in 2022 their customer service slowly started getting bad. Legit impossible to get a hold of. When I finally got a hold of them the guy told me that they leave the office around 2:00 pm (even though the business says open until 5:00). He said the owner has control of what the times say on Google. I was moving homes and I wanted to have them move with me. Instead of it just being easy they wanted to change my contract from quarterly to bi monthly. They said I had to change contracts because I was moving houses (keep in mind, the house I'm moving to, the lot size is the same) Instead of keeping a loyal customer they didn't care at all. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner because I thought we had a good relationship, I wasn't able to and I was just seen as a number. What's funny about all this was instead of trying to rectify the bad customer service (not answering the phone after a week of calling) they wanted to shove down my throat a new contract. Keep in mind, I was a loyal customer for multiple multiple years. I will be making sure the new owners of this home do not do business here. read more

We are thrilled with the service we received from Ranger Pest Control. From our first interaction on the phone, we felt comfortable and understood. We were scheduled for service VERY quickly, and our technician was on-time and professional. He was kind enough to explain the process to my husband, putting us at ease with the treatment plan. The pricing is reasonable and worth every penny. We would highly recommend Ranger Pest Control! read more

Fast and friendly service, great value too! They were very responsive and able to accommodate our request. Great quality work, thank you!!

The company will not honor the prices listed on its website. When you call to schedule you find out the price is $20 more per service ($85). They say this is based on lot size. This is not indicated anywhere on their website. This is called bait and switch and is illegal. read more

Easy to set up service, fast and quick communication via text message! I do appreciate the short windows of when they'll arrive for the day 3-4pm, instead of the usual "12-5pm" window frame. I received a text when they were on the way. I am already seeing the outside critters dying! Would recommend. read more

Ranger Pest Control - Under the green lid box in our front yard. - Pest Control Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I love this company! I started using them when I bought my first home because I saw a dead roach when I was doing a final walk through! YUCK! They came very quick after I purchased the home, they sprayed inside and outside the property. From that point on I used them bi-monthly, and never had any issues with insects or pest. They ensured me their product is pet safe, and it has proven to be true! I have a puppy and two cats and never experience any issues after spraying. At my new house I have Micah who comes by to spray, he is so helpful. He let me know I had a black widow infestation in my irrigation system when I first moved in. He made sure to warn me to avoid hanging outside with my pets for a few days since the pest could be active when trying to escape the poison. Luckily I never encountered any of them! They always text me before they come by to see if I have any specific issues and luckily I haven't had any. I highly reccomend this company! They are friendly, and clearly care about their clients satisfaction. Also they're very affordable. read more

Always on time and friendly. Since they've sprayed my yard these last few months I haven't seen any bugs only dead ones that crawl in the garage and die. A little pricey but whatever it takes to keep my home bug free! read more

Once again, Micah from Ranger Pest Control made an impression superior to all pest services in my opinion. What can I say ... he was professional, friendly, courteous, and so informative that it left me feeling like I was competent enough to be in this service! He took extra time to evaluate the type of bugs that were on our sticky traps, where other dead bugs were found, then adjust its placements accordingly. We haven't had any problems since we started using Ranger. Thank you Ranger for all you do! read more

Ranger Pest Control will be my "go-to" from now on for any pest issues I have in the Vegas valley! I had been in my rental home for about 8 months when I noticed ants coming in from any opening or drain they could fit through. It began driving me crazy when I would come home and find a line of ants running across the middle of my living room floor! A quick yelp search directed me to Ranger. I called and was able to get a same day appointment (3 hours from the time I called)! Elijah took the time to listen to our issue and was quick & efficient spraying both the interior and exterior of the home. The $100 I spent for a one time spray was well worth the money as it's now been 3 weeks without any sight of ants! I'd highly recommend Ranger, they seem like an awesome, local run business who hole true to their commitment to help people out of undesirable situations when it comes to pests! read more

Great company, Vance and his crew are always thorough and efficient. This week Micah was on time and closed the gate when he left, I appreciate that. They are always neat and clean and put things back when they move them to spray. Highly recommend Ranger Pest Control. read more

I've used Ranger Pest Control for the past few years and they've been great! Many companies give you great service out of the gate but that service level tapers off. NOT with Ranger, still getting the same great service each time.
