Summer time always comes and I freak out if I even see one bug. Jesse was my technician and he came to spray for me. He was so nice and answered all of my questions and sprayed thoroughly. 5 stars all around. William, the local manager, came out the same day when I was dealing with an emergency pest issue and had my entire home treated within hours of my initial call. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment plan, pricing structure, and what he recommended specifically for my area. He even noticed extra spider webs around my window seals and went above and beyond by treating and spraying those areas too. He left me with extra traps and some great prevention tips as well. If you are a current customer, please be sure you always know when your home is being sprayed, I was charged for months and no one ever sprayed my house. Of course, I am partly to blame for not keeping track but I expect a level of trust and service from a company that I didn't find with this one. They did return my money but only after I pointed out that I hadn't received the service I was paying for. read more
