I am so so impressed with this company and aeverything that it has to offer! If you are looking for the best of the best company to get rid of all your creepy crawleys around your home then look no further. Their rates are very affordable and they will always work with you and make sure you feel the best about the service that you are receiving. And let me tell you that they have always delivered outstanding service to me and my family every month. Today i had Alex Mitchell come out and spray my home (as i do every month). He explained in the most detailed way possible on how these products that they use will exterminate any bugs and or other pests around my home. He explained how only for the summer they use the demand cs product for the spray and then they switch over to masterline in the winter. (what a great tactic) And that helps with any bugs getting used to the products. During my monthly routinely service they go around knocking down any spider webs around my house, dropping these things called granules for the various insects, spraying the walls and around the perimeter of my home and finally at the end they dust around your house with delta dust. And after every visit they make sure at they describe to you what exactly you got for the day. I can't stress how much i love that about the company. In the end the only thing that matters most is that they get rid of all the bugs surrounding my house and getting rid of them for good. This company really has its stuff together and they really know exactly what they are doing. All of the technicians are very well trained and very professional. Thank you for all your help truforce! I will continue to recommend you to everyone of my friends and family! You won't find any other company that knows what they are doing any better! read more

Over the past few years i have had various different pest control companies and there is only one that has worked for me. And let me tell you that truforce is and will always be that company. They use the best of the best products to exterminate any pests within the boundaries of your home. Within only a few days I could see the products effects starting in full force, all the bugs that i had had a problem with before were all completely dead and had gone away from my home. When using this company say goodbye to any pests on the inside and the outside of your home. Every one of their employees that i have spoken too over at truforce are very professional and extremely helpful every time i have had to reach out to them. I recently had Alex M. come out to service my home and let me tell you that he provided the most professional service anyone could ever ask for. He explained in the greatest detail the products he was using on my home and so much more. He made sure that I knew exactly what i was getting for the day. There isn't anyone more experienced it seems like to me. To all of my friends and family i will always and forever recommend this company to anyone with pest issues. Thank you again truforce for all your service. And for anyone planning on starting up this service, I 100 % recommend their monthly home service which includes any spider webs around the house to be knocked down, dropping the scorpion granules down around the perimeter of the home, spraying their special bug killing product around the perimeter of the house as well as the columns of the backyard concrete wall and ending with delta dust for any other scorpions or spiders! Thanks again TruForce! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! read more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from TruForce Pest Control. From start to finish, they were amazing. Firstly, their response time was incredibly fast. I emailed them in the middle of the night and received a response the next morning. I had a lot of questions about the safety and effectiveness of their methods, and they patiently answered every single one. William conducted the free estimate as well as the pest control treatment and he was extremely professional throughout. He didn't rush through and made sure he checked every potential problem area. His professionalism and attention to detail were very impressive. What also stood out to me was how affordable TruForce Pest Control is compared to other companies that I called for estimates. I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive pricing, especially considering the high level of service they provide. Another major plus is that they use sprays that are safe for both humans and pets. As a pet owner, this was a huge relief. Despite being gentle on my furry friends, the spray is incredibly effective at getting rid of insects. We've seen a dramatic decrease around our home since their first visit just a few days ago. Overall, I highly recommend TruForce Pest Control. Their quick response, detailed explanations, professional service, and effective, pet-friendly solutions make them an awesome choice. Special thanks to William for making this process so smooth and stress-free. read more

i entered into an agreement w/ truforce AFTER reading yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did because I knew not to sign anything or provide a credit card number. The owner and the tech were both friendly and knowledgeable, and the well-priced plan i agreed to was for 2 visits. after the first visit, i still had some bugs, but they honored their commitment to the 30 day guarantee and returned to spray again at no additional cost. i reached out to confirm the day of the next visit, but never received an answer, and then never received a visit. a few weeks later i get a bill for the visit than never occurred. then i start receiving collection notices, so i contacted the company to find out wtf was going on. a day or 2 later i was told that it was taken care of. a few more weeks go by and i receive yet another collection notice, and yet again i had to contact the company. for the moment the problem seems resolved, but i won't really believe it until more time passes. i should have spent more money on a different company and skipped the aggravation. read more

Matt was our technician when we had our service done, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was professional, kind, and very personable. It's rare to find someone willing to take a minute to actually listen to you and try to understand your problem! I really think that is what makes the difference with these guys-they listen and take or specific needs into consideration. He walked us though what was going on and what he was doing, and he seemed to really know his stuff! I've seen a couple poorer reviews of TruForce recently, and that seems odd to me since they have been so great to us. It sounds like to me that these people are having a issue not so much with the company, but a miscommunication with an individual here or there. Unfortunately people are human and make mistakes! We are glad to be part of the TruForce family, and we will be for a long time. Thanks guys! read more

Will was my pest control technician, and from the moment he arrived, I could tell I was in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense--no rushing, no brushing off questions. His patience really stood out; he made sure I felt comfortable and understood exactly what was being done and why. What impressed me most, though, was his kindness. It's rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but genuinely cares about the customer experience. Will went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. If you're lucky enough to have Will as your technician, you're in great hands. Professional, thorough, and truly one of the nicest people I've encountered in a service setting. Highly recommend! read more

The technician came out again last week while I was gone. Brady was his name from the note he left so I knew he was there. I was skeptical that he actually did his service but as I walked around the house I noticed my spiderwebs were gone, and there was fresh powder at my garage and doorways. Later that day when I got the invoiced emailed to me I read the notes he left. They have a gps on their trucks and invoices so when he said he was there from 10:23-10:49am I know he really was. He mentioned ways for me to make sure I don't see bugs, like my wood pile and shed. He also told me he hasn't seen any bugs and to give him a call if he I am. I felt like it was pretty personal service. I didn't get this with my last bug guy. read more

TruForce is an amazing company. They have fabulous customer service. The office staff is always striving to do what is best for the customer. Kinda like Chick Fil Lay, they may not necessarily always be the cheapest but they provide tremendous value. Huge kudos to Scott, he goes way over and beyond to provide the best care for us. I look forward to a long relationship with the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may be looking to for a new company. I also highly recommend if you have had issues with them that you reach out to them because they always go above and beyond to not only make it right, but to really go for the wow factor. Good job guys! Keep wowing customers! read more

My wife and I have been using TruForce meow for somewhere in between 2-3 years and have had zero issues with the services they provide. They eradicated our minor re-occurring scorpion issue as well as the random perimeter bugs that you find here in Vegas. Our initial provider was Brady and he was extremely helpful. Lately, for the past 7/8 months, Justin has been our primary tech and he has been nothing short of fantastic. No questions go unanswered and I find myself engaged in some random, but pleasant, conversation with him and have never once felt any kind of sketchy vibe. If you see this, Justin, just want to say thanks for your continued support, dude! /r, Jordan read more

Great service! Our clinic recently opened and we needed a pest control company to come in ASAP, and TruForce made time for us. William was very kind and helpful. He was also patient after we ran into some technical difficulties here. He inspected the outside of our building as well as the inside, all for a good price. William even inspected parts of the office that we did not realize had pests. He gave us different products to use and suggested alternatives for us when dealing with pests. We were given a detailed description on the services we would receive, which was very helpful. Our team looks forward to working with TruForce! read more

The friendliest and most effective pest control service in Vegas. They have really helped reduce the amount of scorpions by almost 100%. We went from seeing a ton to harldy seeing any which is great when you have kids and dogs running around. Like I said we have used a couple different pest control companies in the past and they just didn't work as well as truforce. Not only that but they have some of the most friendly staff around. We have a guy that comes regularly and sprays our house named Brady and he does an awesome job! If you're looking for more bang for your buck then use these guys and you won't be disappointed. read more
