Billing department is an absolute mess, since they merged with another company. I am still dealing with issues that are 100% the company's fault (didn't correctly bill my card on file) and they can't seem to remedy their mistake. Therefore I am still getting harassed by their collection agency. Issue has been going on almost 4 months. Not worth the headache. Find another pest control company. Also, at this point you'd think the company would offer a credit or do something as an apology for the inconvenience (seriously you stuck your collections agency on me when I had a valid payment on file and you messed up). They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. It would have been nice if they called me before turning me over to a collections agency and we could have figured out THEIR mistake. read more

The incompetence of this company is infuriating. We've been with Ecogen for close to three years. When we first signed up, we provided them with our credit card and agreed to be automatically charged for their services. In the beginning, things went well, but over time the employees who came out became worse and worse. It got to a point where my wife had to walk with them and ask them to spray certain areas; otherwise, they would do it half-assed. The final straw was when she asked them to lay down some traps, and they gave her the traps and told her to build them herself. At that point, we decided to cancel and find someone new. Upon canceling, they told us we owed them an abhorrent amount of money. How could we owe them money when we were being auto-charged? It turns out that they were either undercharging us or not charging us at all. They let all of the payments pile up. They never once brought this to our attention until we were ready to call it quits. It took weeks to get someone to call us back to explain what was going on. Between us calling every day trying to get an explanation or waiting for a call back, they decided to send my wife to a debt collector because they can't seem to do their job right or handle something as simple as automatic payments. Have had issues in years past with flies. As the summer temperatures rise and my husband does more BBQ ing, it seems the flies desire the cooling inside temperatures. So this year I'm trying to get a jump on things. I have recently become a widower, husband passed in December, so my 'usual' exterminator was no longer available. Was happy the first couple visits that they did but lately not so much. Last month I was home the day of the visit but no knock or doorbell rang. I didn't even know they came by til I decided to open my door and the paper was on my door. It's like they didn't even try to see if someone was home. EcoGen is the best pest control company we have ever come across. We started using EcoGen's services in 2023 when I found a massive sun spider (go ahead, look it up) in our garage. We are not fans of this sun spider, at all. I honestly didn't even know spiders could be that size. We aren't even in Australia! We called EcoGen and the process was simple and pleasant from start to finish. Since our initial service, I have only come across dead sun spiders in the garage, usually during the summer, which make us very happy. We have the quarterly service, which is awesome because if we ever feel like we need a re-spray, especially during the summer months, EcoGen will come out and re-treat the house at no extra cost.
