Aka Las Vegas pest control. Super service and pleasant technician We have a new structure and of course we invaded their home but it didn't take long to get things under control. read more

Sent a request for service through Yelp. An appointment was made but their rep was a no-show. Called customer service and she told me she was going to get ahold of the rep and call me back before the end of the end of the day; she did not. Called the sales office 2 days later and they scheduled for the following week. Again, the rep was a no-show. read more

We had a pretty bad scorpion issue when we first moved into this house. Tried a couple different companies before this, and honestly... whatever they were spraying wasn't doing anything. Ever since switching to EcoGen, the difference has been night and day. I still see the occasional scorpion here and there, but the key thing is ..they're already dead. That alone tells me their treatment is actually working. I'm not sure what they're using in their spray, but whatever that active ingredient is... don't change it. Seriously. Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. If you're dealing with scorpions, this is the first company that actually made a real difference for us. Highly recommend! read more

Great service! We liked their services that we hired them and they have been our go to company for 5 years, but they did change to a different name now and merged I believe with Las Vegas Pest Control and their service was better as EcoGen, their technicians were awesome, now they are okay, maybe I just to give them time. read more

Excellent company. Sean was very informative and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance. read more

Have had issues in years past with flies. As the summer temperatures rise and my husband does more BBQ ing, it seems the flies desire the cooling inside temperatures. So this year I'm trying to get a jump on things. I have recently become a widower, husband passed in December, so my 'usual' exterminator was no longer available. I searched for a good exterminator service. I found a great recommendation on Yelp for EcoGen Pest Control. They were also having a coupon special and I was able to get the service at a discounted price. They use Eco friendly products so they kill the bugs but not the environment or cause harm to my pets. We set up a regular treatment plan and 'knock wood' I haven't seen anything to speak of. I've seen a fly or two but then without my husband coming in and out the sliding door to the backyard patio to BBQ, it may have helped! I recommend EcoGen Pest Control. They are very eager to do a good job and everyone in the office is very friendly and answered all my questions. Give them a call early to avoid seeing an infestation! read more

Using them for years. No problems ever. They will give you peace of mind with pests. Friendly staff and ver fair cost.

Billing department is an absolute mess, since they merged with another company. I am still dealing with issues that are 100% the company's fault (didn't correctly bill my card on file) and they can't seem to remedy their mistake. Therefore I am still getting harassed by their collection agency. Issue has been going on almost 4 months. Not worth the headache. Find another pest control company. Also, at this point you'd think the company would offer a credit or do something as an apology for the inconvenience (seriously you stuck your collections agency on me when I had a valid payment on file and you messed up). They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. It would have been nice if they called me before turning me over to a collections agency and we could have figured out THEIR mistake. read more

The incompetence of this company is infuriating. We've been with Ecogen for close to three years. When we first signed up, we provided them with our credit card and agreed to be automatically charged for their services. In the beginning, things went well, but over time the employees who came out became worse and worse. It got to a point where my wife had to walk with them and ask them to spray certain areas; otherwise, they would do it half-assed. The final straw was when she asked them to lay down some traps, and they gave her the traps and told her to build them herself. At that point, we decided to cancel and find someone new. Upon canceling, they told us we owed them an abhorrent amount of money. How could we owe them money when we were being auto-charged? It turns out that they were either undercharging us or not charging us at all. They let all of the payments pile up. They never once brought this to our attention until we were ready to call it quits. It took weeks to get someone to call us back to explain what was going on. Between us calling every day trying to get an explanation or waiting for a call back, they decided to send my wife to a debt collector because they can't seem to do their job right or handle something as simple as automatic payments. Truly the worst. read more

Ecogen was a good company with excellent technicians and customer service. They were bought out recently by Las Vegas pest control and its been horrible ever since. The customer service starts with an AI reception and you need to request if you want to speak to a real person. The technican that showed up wasn't professional did not ask which areas needed and completely skipped the interior of the garage. Now they tried to schedule a separate appointment for a review. Time is valuable and they could not explain why both appointments could be done simultaneously. I hope the former owners of Ecogen got paid because I and others in my neighborhood are dumping this service. read more

Our technician Anthony is great! He's always very thorough, very friendly and always on time! When we first moved to our new home, we would find all sorts of creepy crawlies but with each visit we see less and less! read more

I have had their service for years and since they got bought out the service is absolutely horrible! I get ants and they have always sprayed for ants. Tell me why this rude "serviceman" sprayed for scorpions which I have never had nor asked to be sprayed for and not the ants that I actually have?! When I called to resolve the issue I got an AI chatbot. Finally got through to a person and they aren't even in the area. Left on hold for an extended amount of time only to be told they would call me back when the local branch called them back. 10/10 would no longer recommend! Pricing went up, terrible service, taking my money elsewhere! read more

From 5 to 3: I have discontinued service since the merger. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the pest control service, but the new management is not something I will be dealing with. How it used to be: Called the office: The phone was picked up by a person. If I got to voicemail, it would be promptly returned the same day or the next day if I called after hours. Good communication: The office called me promptly with any changes to my scheduled service. How it was after the merger: Called the office: Never a direct answer, menu prompts. I was ghosted for my first scheduled service since the merger. I called three times with no answer/no return call that afternoon. Lack of taking accountability: When I did get a hold of the office, they would not take any responsibility for my technician not showing up. They said my service tech was sick and he should have called me. The home office should have handled that, and not have expected a sick employee who called out to reach out to customers. read more

I contacted EcoGen Pest Control first thing in the morning, as we were getting scorpions coming into the house, and received an immediate response. The technician showed up a few hours later, asked a few questions and starting spraying our yards and inside the house. We signed up for a year long service, which is transferable if we relocate within the Vegas/Henderson area. The service is guaranteed and will return to spray again if needed. They also offer military discount!! I am very happy with the service, professionalism and very reasonably priced. I would recommend. read more

Was happy the first couple visits that they did but lately not so much. Last month I was home the day of the visit but no knock or doorbell rang. I didn't even know they came by til I decided to open my door and the paper was on my door. It's like they didn't even try to see if someone was home. This month They came a day early instead of the day that they were supposed to. Of course no one was home so we called to tell them to come the day that they were suppose to, which is Wednesday. I'm home every Wednesday. Again no one knocked on the door or anything but the paper was on my door. I called before 11:30am today to get things straightened out 2x in a row and no answer. I'm very frustrated. Update: I immediately received a message and call to get my situation resolved. Thank you. read more

I had a great experience with Troy from EcoGen Pest Control. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Troy carefully inspected our home, explained everything in detail, and made sure we understood the treatment plan. What impressed me the most was his follow-up and dedication to making sure everything was handled properly. He truly pays attention to details and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I am very impressed with the level of care and professionalism, and I highly recommend Troy and EcoGen Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy pest control services. read more

I've been a customer of EcoGen for almost a year - I wouldn't even think of leaving. Prices are extremely reasonable, amazing customer service, and their service really works! My yard and home stay bug free year round. Good service at a great price. Much better than previous company. They take care of spraying and rodent traps.

We moved into our new home and discovered that our beautiful backyard oasis is also a haven for bugs and their prey. After finding a scorpion in our pool and garage, I knew we needed to start regular pest control treatments. Phil responded quickly to my request on Yelp and arranged our initial service at half price. I appreciate that their methods are eco-friendly and safe for our pets and children. Evan came to service our house today and was a delight to have around. I joked with him about our house being under construction due to a hallway flood, which has turned our garage into a chaotic storage space until all repairs and new flooring are completed. We're looking forward to seeing improvements with our ongoing service. Thank you Yelp reviewers for recommending them! read more

Professional and easy to schedule service! I haven't had any pests since they came to spray!

We've been with Ecogen for about a couple months. They are much higher priced than other services with used and try to upsell services you don't need. We have been trying to contact them since they sent us our first very expensive bill to adjust services we do not need and they will not call my husband back. We cannot even get in contact with someone to schedule service. They have not returned any messages left. Unacceptable! Call your customers back!!! read more

After remodeling the first floor of my house, I found myself dealing with an unexpected problem: bugs! With doors and windows left open during the project, a variety of pests decided to move in and make themselves at home. I discovered EcoGen on Yelp and, after a conversation with the owner, decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! After the initial treatment, I still noticed a few bugs in the house. However, EcoGen truly stands by their services. They promptly returned for a second treatment at no extra cost, which was incredibly reassuring. Fast forward to many treatments later and I can confidently say my bug problem is gone. If I do come across any pests now, they're already taken care of. I highly recommend EcoGen. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent service. Best of all, their treatments really work! read more

EcoGen is the best pest control company we have ever come across. We started using EcoGen's services in 2023 when I found a massive sun spider (go ahead, look it up) in our garage. We are not fans of this sun spider, at all. I honestly didn't even know spiders could be that size. We aren't even in Australia! We called EcoGen and the process was simple and pleasant from start to finish. Since our initial service, I have only come across dead sun spiders in the garage, usually during the summer, which make us very happy. We have the quarterly service, which is awesome because if we ever feel like we need a re-spray, especially during the summer months, EcoGen will come out and re-treat the house at no extra cost. Our main tech, Mike Clark, is probably the coolest, knowledgeable, and most accommodating person we have ever met. He works diligently and always makes the time to answer any questions that we may have. What we love about Mike is that he is always willing to do what ever makes us comfortable. We asked him to spray the stairs because we had noticed that we had some dead bugs upstairs one time, possibly from climbing the walls first, and he was more than willing to do that. Haven't seen many, if any, bugs since. When you meet Mike, you're welcomed with a smile and positive energy. We could not have asked for a better tech for our home! To top it off, he always brings shoe covers and we have never had to ask him to put it on once. He just does it, and if that's the EcoGen way, then kudos to the company and Mike. Mike isn't just our tech, but we consider him a family friend. What separates EcoGen and Mike from other pest control companies is the willingness to work with their clients and ensure that we are comfortable and happy with their services. My parents used Aptive in Southern California and while the initial process was great, the follow-up treatments were everything but great. There were techs who refused to spray inside the home, even though it was included in their service; and they were once charged for a service that was not even performed. Their gate was locked and the tech sprayed OUTSIDE the gate (sidewalk, public property), took pictures, and uploaded it as services performed. Need pest control, do yourself a favor and call EcoGen. You won't regret it! read more

Prompt, efficient, and fair cost. Great communication before and after appointments. Respects property and homeowners time.

Great company! Had Evan come out and inspect the properties first and then do all the fun stuff. He is awesome, super cool guy, knows what to do and in the monthly fee, everything is included: maintenance, sprays, insect, traps etc. And their policy does offer a guaranteed satisfaction. I will be updating my review as I just had my first service and still need a few more months, but so far so good! Big benefit, they are very easy to communicate with via yelp and other platforms which is great, and being true to word on everything, (no hidden fees). read more

Technicians were great but the administrative staff and business practices are unethical. Overcharged me for months. When I alerted them to the fact and provided a copy of the signed contract showing the correct amount, I was ignored. When I followed up I was given every excuse in the book as to why I still owed the amount that was overcharged. I asked repeatedly for a call back from management but never received one. Finally asked to cancel (and told I had to give 30 days notice because of the contract I had, the same contract that they failed to abide by in regards to monthly charges). Was promised on the phone my verbal cancellation was enough. Didn't trust it so sent an email follow up. Month later got a phone call about my upcoming service because my account was never cancelled. Again asked for a call from management. It's been months and no call to remedy the issue. But you best believe they don't fail to send me constant auto emails and texts about my 'outstanding balance' even though they're the ones who owe me. Completely predatory and unethical. Stay away. read more

Responded quickly after I requested service and a quote. They offered a very reasonable price for quarterly service/1 year contract. They provided service a day after contacting me and explained that the contract includes outdoor as well as interior treatment. This company also provides portal access to setup auto pay.
