I was recommended by my mother, who used to use them for a house she lived in. They were good about scheduling an appointment for me the next day, which I thought was quick service on their part. the lady on the phone told me a technician would be there between 8-9am. My girlfriend works graveyard and I work during the day. Therefore I woke my girlfriend up before leaving for work so that she could let the guy in. Anyways, the gentleman who was supposed to come does not show up. So around 9:30am my girlfriend says she's going back to sleep since she worked the night before and worked that night, which I mentioned to the lady beforehand. Not that they cared obviously. She calls me to inform me the guy who was supposed to come had a rough morning, and was on his way about 10 minutes away. I told her that I would have to leave work to let him in and pay since my girlfriend was asleep. Mind you I work about 25 minutes away from my house. She said that was fine and that the guy would wait for me to arrive. First he proceeds to ring the doorbell anyways while I'm still on my way, waking my girlfriend back up and making our dogs go crazy. She told him to wait for me at that point since he was so late. I arrived and the worker did have a black eye, so I believed the rough morning story. So stick with me as it continues to go downhill from this point on. The technician told me that if in 10 days I was still seeing any spiders, bugs, etc. that were alive to give them a call back and they would come out for free as a courtesy. So fast forward the 10 days to a few days ago, and not only have I found a couple fully alive giant spiders in my house this week, I have also not seen a single dead bug anywhere!! Other than a handful of Rollie pollies! As if that's what I was paying to have killed... he had informed me that I should of started to find dead insects.. not a single one. So I called back and let the lady know. So she says she will have someone come out to spray again. This was on Tuesday, she says Friday between 8-11am is the earliest someone can get out there... now that wasn't ideal, because of the SAME situation with me and my gfs work hours. But we really are tired of finding these kinds of insects in our house. So I agreed. I left this morning for work, waking my gf up beforehand to let the guy in. Welp, he never showed. And on top of it, I never received a call telling me he couldn't make it. Instead I called after 11:30, after my gf was really upset, and I am now upset due to the fact that this company isn't very professional. The phone just rang and rang, no answer. So I texted the lady asking for the owners number...Same response, which was no answer. At this time I'm just over then completely, and started to look for a new company. I called my mom to let her know jokingly, yet serious, that that was the last time I took her recommendation. She decided to call them herself since she felt bad, and what do you know, they answered right away. Which means the lady was just ignoring me. She must of said screw it, and just blew me off completely. I mean who runs a a business like that. So anyways she told my mom that things are hectic when the owner "Steve" is out of town. And that they could come tomorrow, on Saturday first thing. Yah no thanks, I think I'll find someone else, or do it myself, since I would incur the same results. SHE also tried to tell my mom well the guy had to wait for me the first time. Yah right!! That is a bold faced lie. He had to wait a few minutes for me to leave work, BECAUSE he was over an hour and a half late to begin with. And still proceeded to ring the doorbell when I specifically told them to just wait for me. Like I said, I would never waste my time normally to call out a business, as I understand myself, that things in business happen. But there's a difference between a casual occurrence, and just straight up atrocious business acumen. This company would qualify as being one of those terribly unprofessional businesses. And lastly, the main reason I am writing this is because I want the owner, STEVE, to know that this is how his employees are running things while he's out of town. Good for you that you've grown so much since my mother used you, to the point you had to go out and hire more employees. But quantity without any sort of quality will only take your business so far. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right! I appreciated the attention to detail, the before and after pictures included in the emails, and Danielle who was friendly and very organized. Highly recommended!
