They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. The other $85 was disputed with Visa and was successfully granted for the second identical service conducted 2 days later! WARNING TO EXISTING NEWMANNS CUSTOMERS, if you ever have any issues, be VERY cautious about reporting them as they could threaten to cancel and raise your monthly rates. Sadly, after losing a long-term great customer, and now others whom I had previously refereed, over a one time $85 service issue, it has led to this end. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right! I texted Brad - mind you this was late in the evening - not expecting a response- but talk about customer service - he texted back and was there bright and early the next morning.
