The near perfect 5* reviews for Pest Control Solutions is well-deserved. Used them once years ago for cockroaches and again recently for carpet beetles. Both times they came back at no charge to retreat when I found add'l pests after the initial treatment. It's hard to find honest, reasonably priced, and effective contractors anywhere so I appreciate PCS. Thank you! read more

I was referred to PCS by a friend. I had a Black African Bee hive swarming under the front eaves of my home. Glenn came within an hour of my call & took care of the problem. Additionally, he came back the following week & sealed the area to prevent further infestation. I am 100% satisfied with PCS excellent service & recommend them without hesitation. read more

I received a quote for termite removal. The person who inspected was very nice and easy to work with. However the course of action they recommended (treatment through the house slab and exterior, not opening the wall) didn't give me confidence it would treat the entire issue. When a different company opened the walls we found 3 infested walls. I'm glad I didn't accept the lower bid that blindly treated the issue instead of fully remediation. read more

They arrived exactly at the scheduled date and time. Both the cleaning and the bird spike installation were done perfectly and to a high standard. True professional highly recommended! read more

Glenn came out this morning with his helper to replace the shoddy mesh that Sunnova installed on my solar panels. He was here promptly & Professional as always per his previous visits to my residence. Apparently, I had a bird problem because they like to nest under the panels. Glenn had recommended replacing the 6 inch mesh with 8 inch. Also, he had to install more to a difficult area to reach. My roof has curved tiles & it wasn't installed correctly. In fact it was done poorly by Sunnova. Glen took time to rectify my problem. He also cleaned my roofline thoroughly & the debris that had an accumulated was terrible! After completion Glenn showed me his work with photos & did an Outstanding job! Kudos & Thank You so much! I highly recommend Pest Control Solutions. read more

Decided to give them a try and we have had them for about 4 months now. Wanted to wait to see a change to make sure my review was accurate. Since they been coming bi-monthly, haven't seen any outside bugs nor had to deal with seeing any around my house. I hate spiders or any outside roaches and before then we had some time to time. Never again and we continued our services. Thanks for helping us sleep at night. They also help with pest removal they helped with our pigeon problem. read more

Anthony is the best! These guys know their stuff and can really get rid of unwanted "guests". It's nice to have a quality, home town business that will work with you, listen to your concerns, and give you recommendations based on your needs, not just try to upsell you on their services. The best for a fair price for sure! Definitely ask for Anthony, he'll make you feel at ease! read more

I have not yet started service as yet, but I have hired them after my prior vendor of 7 years (Newmans Pest Control) charged me for an identical services 2 days apart, and refused to refund one of them. After posting my first complaint, Newmans posted my name and address on yelp as payback! Fortunately for me, I contacted PCI and had a wonderful conversation with Christine who offered the identical service for $15 less per treatment for what I was paying. PCI reports 5 star reviews from a local family business. I anxiously await my first service!! read more

Love Love Love this crew! Affordable! Professional! They are loyal. On time. Knowledge and polite!

This review is long overdue like many others, but I had such a delightful experience with a kind gentleman named Gerald. The vibe that came off of him was like listening to "Light My Fire" by Gwen Stefani and Sean Paul.. the melody is smooth sailing, a joy to be around just like him. The backstory of how I found this company was looking up on Yelp after having several bites all over my legs from fierce ants after I killed several of them and they brought their army after me! Pest Control Solutions came out the very next day and did wonders all over my house with spreading granules and spraying generously in every place possible that these ants and other critters were hiding. No joke.. the very next day.. things started to come out and say hi. Spiders that were hiding and living in cracks, pipes dropped dead, even a few scorpions too! In a matter of a few days, ALL the ants were gone and I had an entire army of them all over my backyard. I was pleasantly surprised how fast their potent products worked. I remember I kept saying.. "Wow" after every insect I saw fall to the ground. It was like magic! Thought all was well after this, however another surprise... a humongous rodent.. the size of 2 french breads together like whoa! He was an arm length away from me and casually climbed the side wall to the top of my roof. I stood there in disbelief for a few minutes and laughed. Went back inside, took a sip of coffee, and called Pest Control Solutions. Their response time is admirable. I can feel that they care and expedited this so quickly.. like I blinked and they're here. They set up two black boxes for the rodents that took the bait. That was the first and last time I've seen one since. Amazing. I have a biweekly setup with them and if, in between I see some insect pop up, they'll come out, free of charge to take care of it, which was hassle-free and so accommodating. I have spoken to Steve, the owner a few times, and each interaction was so warm and a willingness to help, which made all the difference in the world of keeping customers happy and cared for. Now back to Gerald, the bright star. Truly made my day 100x better. I killed a few scorpions on my walls outside and called Pest Control Solutions after. The scheduling ladies have always been so prompt, helpful, and kind. Gerald came out explained everything, answered all my questions, and concerns, he explained why it's important in spraying specific areas, I felt like I paid for a personal one on one Pest Knowledge class. It was wonderful. Gerald was not only patient, but a great listener, and so easygoing. One of the best experiences I've had so far in the Pest Control World. He even gave me tips on where these critters could be hiding, suggest I get a blacklight to hunt for those scorpions. It's like the Universe said here you go, this person is going to make everything better. And so he did. Praise the Lord! Thank you Gerald! Without a doubt, I would highly, Highly recommend Pest Control Solutions to anyone looking for help in controlling any insect or rodent problems. My only regret was not finding them sooner!!! read more

Incredibly fast response from Pest Control Solutions. They sent a great and informed tech, Tony. I've never had to hire a company for pest control and can't attest to the value of the service, but honestly, $95 wasn't too bad for being in an extreme pinch. Thanks! read more

've been using PCSI for regular bi-monthly services, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They are incredibly thorough and go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. One of the best parts is their commitment to customer satisfaction--if I ever see new bugs (which hasn't happened yet!), they promise to return promptly to address the issue, no questions asked. Their solution is pet-friendly, which is important to me since I have pets. Additionally, I have a garden, and they took special care to note that, ensuring that nothing harmful was used near it. Gerald, the technician who services my home, does an awesome job every time. He's professional, knowledgeable, and makes sure everything is taken care of. If you're looking for reliable and customer-focused pest control, I highly recommend Pest Control Solutions. read more

Had Glenn from Pest Control Solutions out for an estimate a week ago for a pigeon problem. Glenn went around on the roof and spotted multiple problems, and gave me actual solutions. I needed screens installed around my solar panels to stop birds from making nest. I called Pest Control Solutions and get an estimate. Twin came down and gave me an honest overview of what's happening on my roof. After discussing the work that needed to be done and warranty I decided to hire Pest Control Solutions. On the scheduled day of work, the employees were all very respectful of my property. They were clean with their work and kept me informed. After they were all done they explained what they did, what they found and what to keep an eye on. They reminded me of the warranty and said if I had any problems to contact them. I can't say enough good things so BIG ups to Pest Control Solutions, seriously! Their service is next-level awesome. The technicians aren't just doing the job; they're dropping knowledge bombs, explaining everything they're doing, spilling the deets on their findings, and throwing in some solid recommendations for future bug battles. Recently, I had to reschedule a service appointment for Saturday, 1/27. The process was surprisingly quick and easy. The woman on the phone was incredibly helpful, effortlessly shifting my service from the originally scheduled 10-12 pm slot to an 8-10 am timeframe without any hassle. What impressed me even more was the immediate confirmation text that followed, ensuring everything was in order. Another bonus-- I get affordable bimonthly services AND no charge for in-between services if I need some extra bug annihilation power. Nice to also know their solution is water soluble so it's not going to kill my plants or harm my little ones (the doggies). Living on the outskirts by the mountains in Nevada means dealing with a wild scorpion season in the summer. But Pest Control Solutions got it on lock. Spreadin' the word to all my friends - if you're in the Vegas area, especially near the mountains, hit them up. The buggies don't stand a chance. #PestControlAllStars read more
