Great service and communication. They service our house every other month and we have no issues with pests in our house. I highly recommend!

Living in our house for 5 years we never had an issue with any pests. We had the usual roaches that would make their way inside the house, or silverfish- but we bought a pest spray that my husband sprays every quarter, and that problem went away. Of course, nothing is perfect, so one day we had a rat relaxing by our front door, and it ran when it saw us, I wish it was the end of it. About a week later we heard some scratching inside our wall, and I knew it was the same gross animal we saw outside. The worst thing is that when we heard it it was a Saturday morning, and we soon learned A LOT of pest control places are only Monday-Friday. Every place we called said to leave a message for a call back during normal business hours, so we were a little agitated since we work those days- and then we called Premier! Not only did they immediately answer the phone, but their service was also friendly, and their prices were a set price. My husband told them we were dealing with 1 rat that we knew of, and they said no problem. They had a tech come to us about 3 hours after we called! Luis came and quickly got into the attic, assessed the animal tracks/damage, and advised what the plan was. Our house is almost 1,300 sq. feet, so we were charged $250 for a full service. We got traps set up, Luis comes every weekend, or every other weekend, and we are guaranteed 5 visits by him, or until the problem is gone. He is a very friendly technician they have, who strikes up a conversation with us every single time he comes to the house. He is very educated in pest control in general, and is very respectful of our house! He vacuums if some of the fiberglass falls on our floor, advises us of any new/old activity, changes, and options we have if we have any issues moving forward. If you have any pest control issue, give Premier a call. You'll be greeted with friendly service, people who are experts in your issue from the moment you call, to the time(s) you meet your technician. If you have any questions or issues, you can always give them a call. For now, we are still waiting for 1 of them that is stuck in the wall to die or run out to catch it, but we have had no other issues thanks to Progressive! read more

Progressive Pest Control is a great company! I just started with them and had my 2nd visit. Tawnya is the main point of contact with scheduling appointments. She has been great with setting it up according to our schedule. Bobbi and Marc have been to our place to spray the inside and outside of our home. They are very friendly and do great work! They make sure they spray neatly inside the house and also use booties for their shoes. I am definitely glad I made the switch and went with them for our pest needs. read more

I'm past due writing a review on PPC. I was referred to this exterminator business by a good friend who told me she has used them for many years. I bought an old house with desert area around and I knew I'll see creatures I wasn't used to .. lol So I got PPC services. Since day one Farrah was excellent. I like the text communication. Text these days are easier and faster to answer than emails or phone calls when busy. Services may be a bit expensive if you compare them with other pest control. The difference. They use good and safe products for you and your pets. And they guarantee their services and products. If you see anything alive after they have services your house/business, they will come back. Farrah's staff are great guys. I had few guys initially but I hope I can keep the current one.. FRED. I love Fred and he takes care of business so professionally, friendly and just kind. I appreciate their business and the security I don't need to worry about my furr boys getting sick from their products. Thanks Farrah and Progressive Pest Control family. read more

I stumbled across this company, not checking the reviews, and I hit the jackpot. The owner was so nice when I called stressing about pigeons. She sent a young man out who was very honest, professional, and passionate about his work. I am so happy that they did the work for my home. He power washed my home and matched the paint color so that the spikes matched my home. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you again. Progressive Pest Control read more

We have enjoyed working with Progressive for all our pest control needs. They respond quickly, do only what is necessary and we do not see bugs since we started using them years ago. We do not leave doors open and try not to have heavy landscape near doors and windows.....just common sense things. We learned years and years ago, if we leave the doors open, without a screen on a nice day, you may see some rats in your home...so we just do not do that. The owner of this company is a very hard working woman who runs and excellent business.Highly recommend ! read more

We have been using Progressive Pest Control for some time now and have been more than happy. We don't worry about bugs or about our animals being exposed to anything toxic. During today's insane wind, our gazebo was blown more than halfway into our neighbor's yard, and without hesitation, Colton jumped in to help us pull this 350 lb awkward mess back over our wall against the wind. Immediately he went right back to work spraying our yard like nothing happened. He is always so kind and respectful but today was so far above and beyond anything we expected, and we are extremely grateful for the same face we see every few weeks to have been there in this time of need. Thanks again Colton for helping during the gazebo debacle of 2024! And thank you Farrah for always being there for my questions! What a great team. read more

Great service! Responsive! Never any issues. Reasonably priced. Zero bugs seen while using service.

I have been a customer for years. I hate bugs!!! So there is one thing I must have... a good pest control service! Progressive Pest Control has done the job! They do such a good job on the outside that I don't have to have the inside of my house sprayed, and I have NO bugs!! We had a random swarm of bees decide to make our roof home last year and one visit from their bee guy and we have had no more bees. I love that they take care of bugs, bees, and even pigeons. Most pest control companies don't do all those services. I get a reminder call the day before my appointment, and Derrick is always on time and the friendliest pest control service man you will ever want to meet. read more

We have used Progressive for years. They are very reliable and provide excellent service.

New to area- friendly woman answered the phone, answered my questions and gave me options on pricing. Hopefully all is as we agreed but so far I have had them come 3x in my first few weeks here-- wasps, and a good indoor/outdoor spray. Previous owners apparently spilled like molasses which went under the existing cabinets-- ugh. So far Progressive has been quick to send someone out-- and I appreciate that they are local with REAL people answering the phone who listen. THANKS! read more

Progressive was recommended to me by my realtor. I've been with Progressive for over a year now. When I bought my home there were roaches here. Ugh! I cringe thinking about it. It wasn't an infestation but seeing 10 roaches in 1 week had my husband and I contemplating selling the house after a couple weeks. In comes Progressive... They took care of the problem and I haven't seen a roach since. NICK, the exterminator is my fave! He's knowledgeable, patient, thorough, pleasant, and just an all around swell guy. If you have a problem with pests, or just for regular maintenance, I HIGHLY recommend this company. read more

Ownership didn't give their tech my correct address. I waited all afternoon for them to arrive. There was no phone call telling me that they were never going to come due to the inaccurate address the owner (Farrah) gave them. End of story: "You gets no love". I cannot recommend Progressive Pest Control. Plain and simple. Thank you. read more

I found Progressive Pest Control on Yelp & decided to give them a try. It's been a little over a year now and I am very happy with their excellent customer service. Farrah the owner, is so friendly and takes time to ensure all her customers are notified prior to our service day and not just show up unannounced. Andrew is my service technician. He is awesome! He takes pride in his work and it shows. I'm so glad I finally found a company that I trust. I don't have to question their work ethics. I feel really scammed. I hired this company to clean, trap and close off the enclosures on my roof. The technician lied to me the whole way about what he was doing. I hardly ever saw him or heard from him. Then he started telling me, he needed me to pay my bill up front and he would finish the job on the side. I paid $1500 for nothing. He claims he took so many birds from my roof, but I never noticed a decreased number. He never put up any deterrent or closed off their nesting areas, as promised. He cleaned my roof mediocrely, and my issue has only seemed to get worse. I sent him photos of dozens of birds, the day after he "finished" trapping. Highly disappointed with the company and their services. read more

I recently had an un 'BEE' lievable experience with a swarm of bees taking shelter in my backyard. Of course the first thing I did was to call Progressive Pest Control, as they have successfully served my family for years. My first reaction was to have PPC remove the bees, which they offered to do right away if that's what I wanted. However, after emailing PPC a photo of the swarm for their review, they suggested that as long as I was comfortable with it, to wait and see if the bees would move on, as they just may be resting. Apparently bees get tired too and have to rest. They travel in swarms protecting their Queen(s) while looking for a cool moist place to settle for a while. Sometimes they are simply pollinating, or perhaps they are splitting the hive and just looking for a new home, and move on. Until PPC explained this to me, I never had a clue! With that being said, PPC took their time in explaining what 'bees' are all about, and their importance to the environment and our survival. I took their advice and waited to see if they moved on, and they did. In fact, if I had insisted that PPC come over and take care of the "problem", the bees would have been gone by the time they would have arrived. What I really want to stress, is that PPC is there to do any job that needs to be done. However, they will take the time to discuss alternatives to conventional 'pest control' methods, including how to understand the 'pests' that may intrude on your space. I like that PPC advocates education and prevention. I also appreciate that PPC is there in the event you need them to take care of an immediate problem if that is your wish. All I can say is that Progressive Pest Control is my choice for continued guaranteed pest control service. My thanks go out to the incredible staff and their knowledgeable service technicians. PPC is like one big happy family, and I'm proud to be part of it! Call Progressive Pest Control for all your pest related needs, you won't be disappointed. read more

Progressive Pest Control - Bee Swarm; notice the funnel shape. This indicated a 'swarm' not a 'hive'. A hive is in the shape of a ball. These bees move on. - Pest Control Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Immediately went to work, honestly it was almost hilarious how much more effective their guys are compared to my apartment staff. Made my appointment, guy shows up, talks to us and asks about specific issues and concerns we had, and went right to it. Everything they used worked instantly and has continued to keep everything at bay. Our guy even cleaned up behind himself and even our problem areas when we entirely expected to get that ourselves! Definitely will be using their upkeep services. read more

By far the best pest control company my family has used! We had a scorpion problem last summer and since their employee Zach came out and took care of the problem we have not seen one since. I also couldn't rave about Zach enough, he has basically become apart of the family (which I know is strange to say about your bug guy, but it's true!) He is always in a great mood, kind, and respectful to our home. Zach doesn't just rush through like we're another house on his list, he stops to discuss any questions I may have or just to chat for a moment. Highly would recommend giving progressive a try. read more
