Living in our house for 5 years we never had an issue with any pests. We had the usual roaches that would make their way inside the house, or silverfish- but we bought a pest spray that my husband sprays every quarter, and that problem went away. Of course, nothing is perfect, so one day we had a rat relaxing by our front door, and it ran when it saw us, I wish it was the end of it. About a week later we heard some scratching inside our wall, and I knew it was the same gross animal we saw outside. The worst thing is that when we heard it it was a Saturday morning, and we soon learned A LOT of pest control places are only Monday-Friday. Every place we called said to leave a message for a call back during normal business hours, so we were a little agitated since we work those days- and then we called Premier! Not only did they immediately answer the phone, but their service was also friendly, and their prices were a set price. My husband told them we were dealing with 1 rat that we knew of, and they said no problem. They had a tech come to us about 3 hours after we called! Luis came and quickly got into the attic, assessed the animal tracks/damage, and advised what the plan was. Our house is almost 1,300 sq. feet, so we were charged $250 for a full service. We got traps set up, Luis comes every weekend, or every other weekend, and we are guaranteed 5 visits by him, or until the problem is gone. He is a very friendly technician they have, who strikes up a conversation with us every single time he comes to the house. He is very educated in pest control in general, and is very respectful of our house! He vacuums if some of the fiberglass falls on our floor, advises us of any new/old activity, changes, and options we have if we have any issues moving forward. If you have any pest control issue, give Premier a call. You'll be greeted with friendly service, people who are experts in your issue from the moment you call, to the time(s) you meet your technician. If you have any questions or issues, you can always give them a call. For now, we are still waiting for 1 of them that is stuck in the wall to die or run out to catch it, but we have had no other issues thanks to Progressive! read more

Text these days are easier and faster to answer than emails or phone calls when busy. Services may be a bit expensive if you compare them with other pest control. The difference. We have enjoyed working with Progressive for all our pest control needs. They respond quickly, do only what is necessary and we do not see bugs since we started using them years ago. We do not leave doors open and try not to have heavy landscape near doors and windows.....just common sense things. We learned years and years ago, if we leave the doors open, without a screen on a nice day, you may see some rats in your home...so we just do not do that. I feel really scammed. I hired this company to clean, trap and close off the enclosures on my roof. The technician lied to me the whole way about what he was doing. I hardly ever saw him or heard from him. Then he started telling me, he needed me to pay my bill up front and he would finish the job on the side. I paid $1500 for nothing. He claims he took so many birds from my roof, but I never noticed a decreased number. He never put up any deterrent or closed off their nesting areas, as promised. He cleaned my roof mediocrely, and my issue has only seemed to get worse. I sent him photos of dozens of birds, the day after he "finished" trapping. I recently had an un 'BEE' lievable experience with a swarm of bees taking shelter in my backyard. Of course the first thing I did was to call Progressive Pest Control, as they have successfully served my family for years. My first reaction was to have PPC remove the bees, which they offered to do right away if that's what I wanted. However, after emailing PPC a photo of the swarm for their review, they suggested that as long as I was comfortable with it, to wait and see if the bees would move on, as they just may be resting. Apparently bees get tired too and have to rest. They travel in swarms protecting their Queen(s) while looking for a cool moist place to settle for a while. Sometimes they are simply pollinating, or perhaps they are splitting the hive and just looking for a new home, and move on. Until PPC explained this to me, I never had a clue! With that being said, PPC took their time in explaining what 'bees' are all about, and their importance to the environment and our survival. I took their advice and waited to see if they moved on, and they did. In fact, if I had insisted that PPC come over and take care of the "problem", the bees would have been gone by the time they would have arrived. What I really want to stress, is that PPC is there to do any job that needs to be done. However, they will take the time to discuss alternatives to conventional 'pest control' methods, including how to understand the 'pests' that may intrude on your space. I like that PPC advocates education and prevention. I also appreciate that PPC is there in the event you need them to take care of an immediate problem if that is your wish. All I can say is that Progressive Pest Control is my choice for continued guaranteed pest control service. My thanks go out to the incredible staff and their knowledgeable service technicians.
