Called for a quote for bi-monthly pest control. They quoted one price, but when I asked if there was scorpion treatment with that plan, no that plan was $10 more. Plus they wanted to charge me a "1st time treatment" charge. I've had pest control at my home for the past 10 years on a bi-monthly basis. "1st time" was unnecessary. When I questioned it I was told that was what they do. They were more expensive than other companies I called and the current company I have service my home. Don't be fooled by them being the first ones to pop up while searching. I wish I would have done more research and not wasted $500!! Called them and told them there was a rat in my house. The guy that came out seemed okay with a small plan and told me that due to it being high areas it would cost more. Here I'm thinking that they are gonna do more than just lay traps out that I put myself! That's what they made it seem like. He put a few boxes and snap traps out and said he would be back in a few days. 4 days later a different guy comes out. You would think he was scared to check the areas. I had to point out where they were. Anytime I asked something he froze and didn't know what to say and seem out of it. A week into the 3 weeks still nothing. He would come and check 2/3 of the traps and I'm like did you check these? And he seems slow like didn't know what was going on. Again I asked him if there were any signs and he told me to call office and ask questions. 2 weeks in and all they did was check the traps and nothing else. I go inspecting on my own and find that it was chewing in an area and you would think they would move or add things.. nope.. 5 days went by and no one came out. Finally I asked on the 2nd to last check in what was the next option since they weren't going anything... " call the office " this guy was useless with no knowledge. They came out 3-4 c only to peek at the traps and nothing else. $500 for that? I called around to other places and was quoted $250-300 max for the same job and was told that they lied about charging more because the area was high. I knew it seemed off because they had quoted less $300 ish prior. But in person due to " being in high area " it was $500.00. They came and took 2 traps and I'm sure the guy forgot the others because even when he checked them he never remembered where they were I had to walk him around to make sure he checked them. I caught one within 4-5 hours after setting a snap trap! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I had heard that pest control will try and scam you well I found out it's true $500 later. The only option they gave me was to pay for a whole enclosure which I believe started at $1500 ish and they couldn't even guarantee they would get it. I wish I could get my money back for the waste of time. read more

They came out a sprayed our warehouse. A bit after a month all Pest back. Called them and the refuse to respray. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE spray! I paid $200 for nothing. I'm pretty bummed, I usually read reviews, has I done that I would have not used them in the first place. Before they even sprayed I could tell the company not organized. A very nice gentleman came out and gave us a quote. Said they'd be out that next Tuesday. Then the next day another guy came out to give quote, he was not so nice when we told him HIS company was already out. then no one showed on Tuesday spray!! Called JS and had to reschedule. Completely disorganized. Their loss, I'm a lifer!! Give me great service and work, I'll not only refer you to all, I'll always use you. I have been a customer for a few years now. When we purchased our house in 2017, we did not think about pest control. We had moved from Las Vegas in 2010 and used them previously. Made an appointment over the weekend with JS pest and had a no call no show from them. Waited most the day for them with no response. I work a lot so my weekend time is important to me so if you value your time don't use this company. I called and left a voicemail but did not get a call back. I end up calling them Monday to see what happen and they can't tell me what happen to my appointment nor did they care to find out. Had a rat in the house, they came and put traps everywhere, I asked what happens if the rat doesn't go for the traps, the guy told me they always catch the rat after 2 weeks maximum, the rat didn't go for any of the traps and after 2 weeks they sent a guy to take all the traps out. Complete waste of money- (400$) the guy said there's nothing they can do and if we want to keep the traps we have to pay another 400$. Do not use this company ever unless you love wasting your money and living with rats in your house. The guy even told me the rat might of left and I told him we just saw him running around at night. Can I put a - *?? I have not used their services, however this AM around 6:05 (3/20/19) one of their drivers was in a right turn lane only at a red light. I did not see him until it was almost too late, but he went straight when the light turned green. There is construction at the intersection of Craig/Decatur, and in the one and only straight through lane, there is a concrete barrier to the left of traffic. Had I not seen him at the last second, and honk/slam on my brakes, I would have hit the barrier. I called the company immediately, and have not had any sort of acknowledgement. I sure hope their service is better then their driving...oh and here are some still shots from my dash cam footage. Of course the video is way better, but ignore the date/time on the cam as I had reset my battery the night prior. read more

Tech Chase came to my home and was to install critter guard, metal spikes and bird trapping. Chase wanted to leave bird trap and install critter guard and metal spikes weeks later. After a week Chase come back out to check bird trap and there are no birds in there. I tell Chase birds are hanging out all over the roof and under solar panels. Why don't we install critter guard and metal spikes now to help prevent birds from coming onto the roof? Chase would not answer any of my questions and became very rude and aggressive. Even my neighbor came out when he heard him yell. Chase refused to have a proper conversation with me and left. I called his office to discuss the situation and asked to send a different tech out next time. Office manager said they are just going to walk off this job.
