I requested several quotes and Josh was the first one to get back to me. He told what he does when it comes to Scorpion treatment and got me in for a next day appointment, because of the rain he had to reschedule since he cannot spray while it rains but he said I would be first one the list when the weather cleared up. He called me the very next day which was a Saturday and showed up during the time he said. He let me walk with him during the inspection so I can see for myself. After the inspection he did a spray all around as well as in the house and walked me through everything he did as well as what he recommends for future treatment. Since there were no contracts it would be at my own discretion when I want another spray done. Hired this company to come spray our home. Julius came and sprayed the outside of the house and then said everyone had to leave the house for 15-20. We had house guests and they were sleeping so Julian said that he could come back Monday at 11 and never showed. When we reached out we were told that that is not something the company does and they won't schedule a return appointment even though we have already paid for the service. Very calm and knows what he's doing which is great because I was freaking out lol. I don't do well with bugs but he responded immediately and got back to me really fast. A lot of places didn't work Sunday but luckily he did. I did not want to wait another day since ants were taking over my microwave. I cannot recommend Josh enough. He is a lifesaver!!! Last night I had my first run with scorpions and it made me so creeped out I almost packed my bags and moved back to Colorado There was a big one just hanging out in my laundry basket under some towels. I screamed my head off but managed to take care of it. Luckily, I found Josh the Bug Guy's info online and he came out a few hours later to do a thorough inspection. He walked the entire property, inside and out, and found several more scorpions around the yard. He also found a few other pests who have been making themselves at home and he took care of *everything* for me.
