If we could put a zero, we would. Our property management company sent Josh out after we found a lot of ants in our bathtub when we moved in. Josh came to the and sprayed the outside and inside perimeter of the house on a Friday. We have seen lots of ants in the tub everyday since then and washed them down the drain 3x/day for the past six days and we still have ants. When we called him to come back out he said he would the next day. The next day he called late in the afternoon and said there was nothing he could do but recommend we use the tub more often. He refused to come out. We have called another pest control company coming out tomorrow who guarantees their work. Josh the bug guy has the worst customer service. Do not waste your time with this guy! read more

We had a major wasp problem on a weekend - Josh answered right away and was friendly and professional. He came out within a few hours and handled the problem with ease. He let us know what to expect over the next few days and how to clean up. For a last minute weekend job, he was very affordable! read more

But everyday its like they were never ending i called some companies and just price gouging the hell out of me. I call Josh and this man comes over middle of the night i dig a hole under my shed and there were thousands of them. The battle i thought I was winning i was losing bad. In the matter of minuets this man knew what to do. 100% fair pricing. Got to work right away and next day not a single bee in the yard. It was truly amazing because I was fighting for days. This man solved my problem super quick and easy and the price was 100% fair. Ill never use anyone else and recommend this man to anyone who ever has a problem like I had. read more

Amazing company! Superb service! Excellent timing! Should I say more? Great value and worth it worth it worth it! Ok, let's go. I reached out for a quote on Yelp concerning some pest control services for my business and Josh was one of the first to respond. Oh, I didn't mention his response was within minutes! I felt like I was in a true crisis and that meant the world to me that he made time to take care of my issues the same day. Julian was dispatched and very communicative about when he would arrive (I didn't do so well on my end I missed all the messages :( ) Julian was polite, patient, and so respectful. It was like he was sent from the lord! He was heaven-sent. I felt calm suddenly. To the pest issue. He made sure to walk the premises even outside the building looking for any signs that needed attention. Thank goodness my issue was minor. He made sure our business was left in great shape and our clients will remain happy and safe. My business is my baby and the public's safety is my number one priority. Julian protected both today! Somebody read this review on a mountaintop for me so the world can come and support this business! Did I mention black-owned and full of excellence? I cried, laughed, and now said my peace. I'm sleeping well tonight! Thank you, Josh! Thank you, Julian! Stay great and keep bringing joy back to people's lives! read more

Excellent service! Just moved in and then so did some bugs! Well now there are all gone and I don't have to hear my daughter scream that she saw a bug! Super timely and friendly too! Great communication and I appreciate the service. read more

I requested several quotes and Josh was the first one to get back to me. He told what he does when it comes to Scorpion treatment and got me in for a next day appointment, because of the rain he had to reschedule since he cannot spray while it rains but he said I would be first one the list when the weather cleared up. He called me the very next day which was a Saturday and showed up during the time he said. He let me walk with him during the inspection so I can see for myself. After the inspection he did a spray all around as well as in the house and walked me through everything he did as well as what he recommends for future treatment. Since there were no contracts it would be at my own discretion when I want another spray done. Definitely recommend as Josh is a professional who knows his stuff when it comes to bugs, highly recommend! read more

Josh is my BUG HERO. Was about to move into a new house and we saw large ants, called Josh, and he was out a day later! This team was professional, quick, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. We will use them again and again in the future. Thank you for being awesome! read more

Josh has great customer service , he was able to do same day for me after I found some bugs coming into the house. I appreciate the quick response and the great customer service & services that Julian did . The fee for inside and outside was extremely reasonable and I will definitely be using him again in the near future . Thank you again! read more

The responsiveness was amazing- I put out for a quote on yelp and I got a response immediately. A guy came to spray that same evening and they were able to work around our schedule. We are still having issues with the same bugs, unfortunately, so I can't give a full 4-5 stars, but I appreciate the expedient response and the people that were kind and easy to work with. One thing that I'm also not loving is the occasional marketing messages that include pictures of pests. They make my skin crawl, though I guess that's the point. read more

Josh is amazing I had a red ant infestation and Josh took care of it right away I have him spray once a year and never see any bugs.I've been going to him for 3 years now and I will continue to go to him every year thank you Josh!!!! read more

Hired this company to come spray our home. Julius came and sprayed the outside of the house and then said everyone had to leave the house for 15-20. We had house guests and they were sleeping so Julian said that he could come back Monday at 11 and never showed. When we reached out we were told that that is not something the company does and they won't schedule a return appointment even though we have already paid for the service. Man my husband spoke to was extremely condescending and rude. We are also not seeing a big change in the amount of bugs around our home. read more

I had a 911- My exterior insects decided interior life with A/c was more desirable and invited all their friends. Ant invasion. Josh answered the call right away, he had same day availability, provided a quote and a time. The service tech, Julian, called on route within the time quoted. He arrived in a professional vehicle and uniform, and patiently went through my areas of concern, advised me as to the options and got to work. I also like thatcher this is a independent, locally owned business! Great communication, service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend. read more

My apartment quality has gone down a bit and I had an ant emergency on the weekend and Josh came out to help to help me, answered right away when I called him in the middle of the night and was quick to explain everything to me and give me options with reasonable prices. I had another scare a week later and he gave me a call on a holiday to calm me down, for real just to calm me down. I really appreciate someone who gives a sh!t about their clients and upholds a level of integrity. His worker was also very nice and efficient when he came! Thank you so much! read more

The Best Bee Control in Las Vegas area!! I called Josh in the evening when I discovered bees had set up a nest in the eaves of my home. He discussed the best time to spray for the bees. Josh was at my home the same evening to spray. He was very efficient and professional. He advised me of exactly what he was going to do & what I should expect. So happy to say, after his treatment I have not seen any more bees!! Great Service. Josh followed up to make sure the bees had been eradicated. Thank you, Josh! Josh The Bug Guy - Business card....so cool! - Pest Control Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Great guy, super fast communication, very friendly, knows his stuff and shares his knowledge. Very happy with service, would recommend.

So just an update, after I submitted my review, my roommate received this text message from "Josh the Bug Guy": "I see your petty review FYI. Funny how your the only person in 14 years that has something bad to say. You be blessed and good luck with those spiders and kittens. I will not be coming back to help you. Not like you hired me the first time. Your own room mate said she did not have any complaints so I don't even know who you are. Your the only person with something to say who didn't even hire me. What a joke. " . I guess he thought he was texting my phone but texted the landlords phone instead. Well all I can say to this is that my review was much nicer then it clearly should have been. The unprofessionalism is what the joke is. I feel extremely uncomfortable knowing this man has even been inside my house if he had the audacity to send me those text messages after he saw and didn't like my review. read more

Josh The Bug Guy - Pest Control Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Josh is absolutely worth every penny! We'd been trying to get rid of black beetles in our son's nursery for weeks with sprays but nothing worked until he arrived. Whatever magic spray he uses does the trick. He was on-time, always super communicative, and I trust him 100% with knowing how to fight pests safely for my two little kiddos. Absolutely great service! read more

Very calm and knows what he's doing which is great because I was freaking out lol. I don't do well with bugs but he responded immediately and got back to me really fast. A lot of places didn't work Sunday but luckily he did. I did not want to wait another day since ants were taking over my microwave. Josh did a full spray all around the perimeters of our home + garage and days later we were finding so many dead bugs and giant spiders all around our house which is great since it means whatever he did works and they are not IN our house. He did some white powder spray in the cabinets under all our sinks too. Big tip to everyone. Just in case, clear everything out from under all your sinks for this. The stuff he sprays probably isn't that bad for you but it's better safe than sorry. Just clear it all out if you have him scheduled to come by and put everything back into the cabinets under the sink after. Easy. Also Josh the Bug Guy is a super catchy and easy to remember name. He really answers the phone that way too. It's awesome. I was worried he was cash only since I seriously never have any cash on me but he does take Zelle which is good to know. Another thing of note. He's a super laid back and chill dude. I don't know how anyone can meet him and not get along with him. Call him if you need help with bug issues, you won't regret! read more

A few years ago I had a breakiut of spiders in our home, and outside. I have 2 dogs and a cat, so I wanted help but I wanted them safe. I found Josh online and called and without a contract or any hassles he showed up immediately and helped us out for a very fair price! We call when we need him and without a doubt his service is always quick, efficient, and friendly. We were lucky to find him, and have not had any issues he wasn't able to help us with since we met. We will always call Josh!!! We appreciate him and his team very much!!!! read more

Josh the Bug Guy is always available which is such a life saver living at the edge of town. Because of recent construction we had a huge spider infestation and we had no idea who to call. We called random places and he was the only one willing to come right away without a contract. Now our spider problem is well controlled and Josh and his team comes regularly to keep them at bay. Highly recommended that you call him if you have any bug issues whatsoever. We also have many animals and we have always felt safe with the products he uses. read more

Josh is amazing!! I called him in a panic because I was seeing cockroaches right outside our home in our back yard and began to see them in our kitchen. He answered and was at our house within 2 hours. He sprayed not just the problem areas but my whole property inside and out. I have not seen any living cockroaches since he came over a week ago! Thank you Josh for being reliable and punctual. His number is now saved in my phone for future use! read more

I cannot recommend Josh enough. He is a lifesaver!!! Last night I had my first run with scorpions and it made me so creeped out I almost packed my bags and moved back to Colorado There was a big one just hanging out in my laundry basket under some towels. I screamed my head off but managed to take care of it. Luckily, I found Josh the Bug Guy's info online and he came out a few hours later to do a thorough inspection. He walked the entire property, inside and out, and found several more scorpions around the yard. He also found a few other pests who have been making themselves at home and he took care of *everything* for me. He was extremely thorough while scanning the property for pests and extremely thorough while spraying everything down inside and out. On top of that, Josh was very friendly and very understanding of how creeped out I was. He didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed about it once, he just kept telling me that he was going to take care of everything for me. His rates are extremely reasonable and he clearly knows what he is doing. I can tell he loves what he does and that translates to his high quality service. The most amazing thing is that I called Josh around 7:30pm, he came over at 11pm the same night and he stayed until 1:30am. Talk about amazing customer service! I couldn't even get another pest control company to call me back and trust me, I called about 20 different companies. I will only be using Josh's services from now on, he has a customer for life in me. Give Josh a call. You seriously won't regret it. read more

Josh the bug guy is the best in town, hands down has the best customer service and quality work! Was quick to respond when I needed an immediate bug spray and provided wonderful tips to help keep the house clear from any bugs. Would highly recommend getting the whole house sprayed as the price is affordable and the service is quick. I do love getting the text messages from him notifying of spraying after 45 days because you have a tab of when to get your next spray done! Nobody better in Vegas, and if I could I would give him 100 stars! read more

Pros Knows what he's doing. Honest about the process. Allowed us to follow him while scorpion hunting. Found at least 10 bugs on the garage floor after our initial spray. Still finding dead bugs and its been 3 months. Triple checked to ensure no scorpions. The job was completed thoroughly and he went above and beyond in service. Definitely will be using him again. Cons Little mix up in schedule. I understood our appointment time as 9-10pm and thought he was going to start at 9pm. What he meant was he was going to arrive sometime between 9-10pm. Would be good if we can pay via debit or credit. read more

Josh has a great thing going on and understands the concepts of good service, quality work, and prompt response time that other places seemed to have forgotten about or cast aside as not profitable. We contacted him the morning after discovering a black widow hanging out by our back patio door. Josh came out later that day, and he took care of business. I haven't seen anything since the application. Boom. He's an up-and-coming guy who believes in hard work and great service. Use this guy, I know I will be. read more

Excellent service. Great communication. Very respectable of punctuality too. We are comparing companies right now because we started with one company and aren't sure if they are taking care of a rodent problem we have aggressively enough. We called Josh, he came out late on a Saturday night, and was very honest and knowledgeable. He told us exactly how he would take care of the problem, but also told us how to possibly work with the first company since we've already paid them for some work. If we can't have our pest problem solved with the first company, we will definitely be going to Josh. He was honest, kind, and very patient with our many questions even late on a Saturday night. He was straight forward with how he would work to fix the rodent problem and told us of the likely results and possible challenges including if our neighbors may have environments that could be contributing to the problem. We will definitely be contacting Josh for any future pest control services. Thank you, Josh! read more
