If I could give this company less than one star I would Edwin and his wife are very racist towards Mexicans they called my son and husband Jose and when I told him that's not my husband or my sons name Edwin just said oh I do apologize but since you are Mexican I only assumed his wife was very fake and rude she made a comment saying oh your home smells like your cooking are you making beans the sad part is we aren't even Mexican read more

I had a long list of exterminators that I was calling to get price quotes and info from. Every single place required a contract and I really didn't want that. I was so happy to find out that I didn't need a contract with provisions. Also, the lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice! She gave me tons of information and was super helpful. I was able to get someone out 2 days later. Edwin came out and took care of everything inside and outside. He was also so nice. I will continue to support this business and if you're looking for a pest control company you should support them as well! Amazing customer service and prices you can't beat! read more

We slept so much better last night and it's all because of Chelsea and Edwin! We had a crazy 72 hours at our home in Seven Hills. We found a mouse at the front door and several roaches inside the house and a spider even crawled across my man's face in our movie theater and then to top it all off my oldest son found a scorpion trying to crawl across this foot as he walked to his bedroom door. I can live with roaches and I can live with spiders but I'm not a fan of wild mice and I'm especially not happy to find a scorpion that when we searched online turned out to be one of the most deadly scorpions in North America. I jumped on yelp at 11:30 PM and saw the reviews for Provisions Pest control and immediately emailed them from their website telling them of our horrible 72 hours. And the next day I had a pleasant phone call with Chelsea who immediately contacted Edwin and he was at our home by 2:30 PM going over the whole house thoroughly. I can't say enough about how prompt they responded and how kind they were to fit us in the very same day! Edwin patiently walked through the home with me and took a look at the scorpion that we had captured. He let me know that I was indeed right, it was a bark scorpion and because it was so tiny it was certainly more venomous because it was too young to under stand how to control its venom. He carefully explained to me what the boys and I could do to stay safe in our home. We plotted out the next six months of when they will be coming to our home to keep us bug free during the crazy Nevada summer. read more

When ants invade your new home, your food, and every inch of your home you PANIC. I called Provisions Pest Control and they came out DAY OF! They didn't offer me extensive paperwork to fill out, NO contracts, and NO up selling. Las Vegas is known for bug issues- it's the dessert. Give all others a try- then when you're fed up with marketing scams and up charges and just plain dishonesty...CALL Provisions. P.S. they don't push coming out every month, but with service this fast, this amazing and this specialized, why wouldn't you want them to? Also, there is something to be said about honest ppl who know what good service is, and what it is just to be good ppl and caring business owners- these ppl know. Forget the rest. read more

His technicians are respectful of your home with boot covers on their shoes to protect your carpets. They know how to tend to your every pest control need. When we discovered our first scorpion in our home, Edwin made a special trip and serviced our home again at no charge. Since then he has become more aware of our surroundings and scorpion issues. If I do find a scorpion in our home, I find them dead. He is cautious of our little dogs and keeping them safe. And he has built a relationship with our family after serving our home for years. We now call him our friend. I have brought him in to service my office, and my boss now uses him for their home as well. THANK YOU EDWIN! You have an amazing team! read more

Amazing company! 5 out of 5 and then some. When I called I had to leave a message, usually I'm the type of person to call around till I actually get someone on the line but because of the consistent 5 star reviews I decided to wait. And I'm glad I did! Chelsea called me back a couple hours later to find out what the problem was and I told her we had ants everywhere. She said she would call a tech and see if they would be able to come out although probably not that day since they were booked up and she would call me back. She called back almost immediately and said someone would be over in a couple hours between 11 and 1, Edwin was here at 11:15! Edwin was very nice and professional, even though they had to squeeze us into their schedule I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next job. He took his time setting out ant bait then sprayed inside and outside of the house. He explained it might take a couple days for the ants to die off after they took the bait back to their nest. Well a few hours later I saw no ants anywhere and they haven't been back since. Also the outdoor pests were piling up outside. I also appreciate that they don't make you sign a contract and there are no initial fees, it's a straight up very affordable monthly fee that I will be happy to pay from now on. And their treatment is non toxic! Thank you read more

I rarely write a business review, but Provisions Pest Control is WONDERFUL. Their customer service has been amazing. The first month, I called needing service before I left town. They worked hard to find a time to squeeze me in. It was very last minute, and I appreciated them helping me. Since then, they have continued to show me their great customer service. They text me a few days before they are coming, which is great, because I never remember. Then, when they come, they do a great job. They are very thorough. J.R. came this month. He sprayed all around the house. When he came inside, he put on shoe covers and sprayed every nook and cranny inside the house. Before he left, he checked with me to make sure I didn't have any other areas to spray. I can't stand roaches or bugs. With Provisions Pest Control, I don't have to worry about them getting in my house. read more

We truly miss having EDWIN as our monthly exterminator - he knew our names by heart and always kept up with our family's updates with life. How cool is it when you look forward to a monthly extermination? It is ALL about the good and kind people out there doing great work :) Thank you for servicing our home when we lived here! read more

Very happy with Provisions Pest Control. Edwin and Chelsie are what makes this company so great! Edwin is always on time and does an excellent job. Our pest problems from before have greatly decreased to the point where they are rare occurrences. If we ever had a problem Edwin would come out in between monthly services for free. After being with Provisions for awhile this was the first time during my summer in Vegas where I didn't see a cockroach running around in my room and I've lived in my townhouse for over 13 years. I was highly impressed by this. The monthly treatments work great, no contracts, and the price is surprisingly affordable compared to other companies. Highly recommended! read more

I moved from California, and while I lived in an area where we had bugs (Monterey/Carmel), I could NOT believe the kind of infiltration on the house the bugs here will take during the summer. It is TOTALLY true that you need a pest control service while living here in Nevada. The company I highly suggest is this one! Provisions has been professional, effective and efficient. The service is completely friendly and they are more than willing to accommodate with scheduling and family needs. I have two small dogs, and everything went perfectly. I am so happy to be bug free! read more

I got this service when I moved into my current home three years ago and set a monthly service with them. At first they left a business card on my front door every month when they came by with the date and time of the service. Then I believe they changed which service guy was going to my home and the cards stopped appearing on my door. The other day I saw a bug in my home so I decided to check my cameras on the outside of my home that I installed over six months ago. They are set to record any motion. I did not find any camera footage of their service guy spraying my home at all for the last three months. My girlfriend is also home most of the day and she hasn't seen anyone spray either. When I called them on it they refused to emit their fraud. I then canceled their service and do not recommend anyone to trust or use them. read more

Edwin and Chelsea are great! Easy communication and always professional and courteous. Edwin is always friendly and very knowledgeable. We have trusted him and Provisions to keep our houses pest free for almost 3 years now. read more

Edwin is outstanding, incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. Our family has been using Provisions regularly for several years and couldn't be happier with the level of service. There's not a better option in Las Vegas/Henderson, HIGHLY recommend! read more

I've been using provisions now for around a year now and am super happy with the results. I bought a brand new home in Henderson close to the side of a mountain and man was I surprised with the number little crickets that kept popping up, plus the occasional cockroach (blech!!). As soon as provisions started spraying, no problems, especially now that I've had them spraying my property inside and out thru all the seasons I'm super happy with not a single 'visitor' anymore. If I ever did see anything, I'd just call or text and they'd be out usually the same day to give the house another once over for me. Also, I have a new puppy and 12 year old son, and the chemicals used are pet and child safe. I also love that I get a text the day before with a 2 hour time window so I know when to expect they'll be coming by. Always super friendly and accommodating! read more

These guys are really great. We've been using them for a few years now. When we moved from Henderson to Vegas, we found our new home had tons of black widows camping out in our yard. We called Edwin the next morning and he came out right away and took care of them. We haven't had a problem with spiders since. I highly recommend these guys. Fast and affordable service! read more

Like a lot of reviewers, being new to the southwest, I had NO IDEA how necessary a pest control person would be. Once I realized, I took a gamble, looked on Yelp and called Edwin. These folks were quick to respond, easy to work with and didn't waste my time or money. They also effectively handled our pest problem for an excellent price. Such service is hard to find! Well done! read more

Once again Provisions doesn't disappoint. Every month the service comes and I'm more than happy. Thanks for everything.

We have been using Provisions since October 2013. In the past years we used a friend and while he was good, we started having scorpion problems inside the house a year and a half ago. We started using Provisions due to our friend moving out of state. So, we called around a few places and Edwin got back to me quickly and came out a few days later to explain their process and how they treat homes. Edwin is very professional, knowledgeable about pests, and thorough and friendly. Since using Provisions we have not seen any scorpions and the small ant problem we had the second month in after three days of heavy rains was resolved by Edwin fast. Edwin also sends texts reminding you of your appointment and is always prompt. Cannot say enough nice things. We highly recommend Provisions to any one. read more

Provisions Pest Control is excellent!! They are always super friendly & punctual...and best of all I haven't seen any unwanted bugs, spiders, etc.!! And what amazes me is that they sent flowers to me when they heard that my mom passed away...what other company does that?! read more

Okay, I TOTALLY SCREWED UP! I got the dates wrong so there's only one person to blame for the waiting...ME. Of course this means that I wasn't there when my service WAS scheduled, but luckily Edwin waited for me! He got my property done quickly but thoroughly, he even waited while I let the dog out before he began the service. Kudos! So if the bugs die and I don't see them, I'll be sticking with these folks! read more

Excellent and reliable service! The team is polite and is quick to answer any questions or concerns. I'm so glad I found them!
