I did report the issue to the company, and their customer service team was very nice and easy to communicate with. The treatment itself works great, and I know every company has its growing pains. I genuinely appreciate them stepping in when I needed help most, and I hope they can iron out the scheduling and billing tracking because the core service is absolutely worth it.

Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

He was very honest about the situation: the birds are perching on the edge and fly into the runoff from the jacuzzi to the tub. Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Glad to get such honest service an and great customer service.

I made a call and Zack and his co-worker were at my house within a couple of days. They came earlier than the scheduled appointment and completed a full check of the house and roof. Zack gave me a full rundown with the options to move forward with, if I wanted to pursue. Super easy. It really came down to how much I wanted done and obviously how much to spend. For my particular situation, I had a few birds starting to nest on top of back patio roof under the overhang. It was one place with cover and and opening. Basically, Zack took care of that long opening by meshing it out and then I had him pressure wash all the feces off the perch portion(s) of that area. Everything ran about $350. Relatively reasonable on price, I presume. The service itself is to the point, super professional without pressure and/or hassle. It cost nothing for Zack to come out and survey the problem. The cost only comes until after the quote. I would highly recommend calling this outfit knowing you will commit to the service(s) needed and get a discount on the spot. Otherwise, you will get charged full price if they need to come back out on a different day and/or time. I believe the discount is 10%. Also, keep in mind that once service is complete the birds aren't immediately gone. They are simply displaced and will tend to still try to hang around but at least won't be nesting in which is the real problem...well, at least, in my situation, anyway. Every case is different. Zack is very knowledgeable in his profession and has even helped me with advice when I contacted him about other possible deterrence I could use to help keep them away after the service was performed. I would definitely recommend this outfit and use in future, if needed. 5 stars. Cheers!

Thank you so much for offering great service all around. I am wow'd at the woman who works your phones. She is so nice and personable. She did not try to upsell me anything except what I was looking for. She answered all my questions and I appreciated that when we hung up, she said goodbye along with my name. This kind of customer service over the phone is not common nowadays. I scheduled a service two weeks out from my phone call since I just got back into town and wanted to self quarantine. As I was told and expected, I received a reminder through my email and a text a few days before my appointment. I appreciate so much that they give a 2 hour time from for arrival and not a 8A - 5P window. The technician sent me a courtesy text before he arrived, which I appreciate so I could get my cats in place. And he showed up about 15 minutes after I got the text. He was very nice, listened to what I needed done, and got to work. There were so many dead bugs the next day. I am very satisfied with Provisions Pest and I will continue to use them as long as they keep up this great service. read more

Awesome! First yelper to review! Had a roach and ant problem in my kitchen and BBQ area, had Provisions come out the same day and the only bugs I see now are dead ones. I got great service, he spoke English, he told me what to look out for and what to expect and after spraying. The prices are pretty competitive but what won me over is they advertised military discount. Im down with small, local business owners and gotta love ones that recognize our troops! read more

We have had monthly pest control services from Exceed Pest Defense for a couple of years now…read more Living in the desert, we knew we'd occasionally come across pests, but nothing prepared me for the fear I would feel when neighbors started complaining about scorpions in their homes due to some recent construction just outside our community shaking up the dirt. I about lost it when we found one in our kitchen! We had a different pest company at the time and I felt completely disregarded by them when I expressed my fear. Just then, I saw the Exceed truck outside my neighbors house and approached the technician to see if they had time to do my house as well and they obliged - they comforted me and sensed my urgency especially with a crawling infant in my home. Since then, they've been nothing but courteous, friendly, communicative and anytime I've had a one off problem I just give them a call and they come out within 24 hours. They always send a text the night before letting me know the time window that they'll be coming out and what the technicians name is. I have been very satisfied with their service.
