We've never done business with a pest control company until recently and chose Purple Pest Solutions, pretty much based on their numerous stellar reviews, for an estimate for the extermination of silverfish and rodents. Colby swiftly assessed our situation, explained and applied the remedies, which produced immediate results, at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend this 5 STAR rated business for pest control. read more

Had a contract with them, they showed up twice and just stopped showing up. I was due for a spray some time in August's. have no idea why. That's the 2nd company that's done this to me. I'll just do my own pest control. read more

He had very fair pricing and is very knowledgeable about the type of work he does. Would absolutely recommend.

Professional, competitive pricing, thorough. They offered the solar panel critter guard service and clean up, which was what I was looking for. Would recommend. read more

We have been using Purple Pest Solutions for over 5 years now. When we moved in our daughter was young and we had a hamster. They assured us they use clean products safe for everyone in our family. We have never had issues with their solution and we tend to have allergies and skin sensitivities with other products. Their customer service is excellent. You can always get a hold of someone and any trouble spots or pesky insects they have the expertise to address. We really couldn't overstate how highly we recommend them. read more

These guys are great! We have been with them for over two years now. Fast, efficient, reasonably priced and so easy to work with! I am so pleased with the service. read more

Colby is THE man. When another company could not do our solar screen installation Purple and Colby stepped up! Courteous, friendly and professional. I hate pigeons. They are filthy disgusting disease carriers that poop acidic poop that literally destroy roofs and panels. Plus the damn things always woke me up at 6AM every morning with their annoying cooing. I will be enjoying my first unbroken sleep in weeks. Of course I HIGHLY recommend their services. Thank you yelp and thank you Colby! read more

Purple is great! We've been with them for a couple of years now and have no problems at all! Colby and his staff are both friendly and non-intrusive. They show up and get the job done well every time. We have not had issues with bugs since starting their service! read more

On time every time. (Reliable). They get the job done that you don't want to do. Never has a problem will ill effects on pets.

We just moved into a brand-new house in Henderson and wanted to keep up with pest prevention. Colby did a great job explaining the process, recommending maintenance, and just being a friendly, punctual, and professional person to talk to. Immediately after treatment, we noticed a reduction in crickets that had been entering our house and garage. We've opted for every-other-month service and look forward to working with this company. read more

If you're dealing with pesky pigeons, I can't recommend Purple Pest Solutions enough! Colby was an absolute lifesaver. He arrived right on time, dressed professionally, and was incredibly easy to talk to. From the moment he started the free assessment, I knew I was in excellent hands. Colby's expertise quickly uncovered that the solar company hadn't installed the pigeon fencing correctly. He even showed me pictures of the issues, which was really helpful. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no push to upsell me on unnecessary services. When it came to the actual removal and repairs, Colby showed up exactly as scheduled and spent a considerable amount of time meticulously cleaning my roof, removing the pigeons, and fixing the old installation. His dedication and attention to detail were truly impressive. We were also having problems with bug bites. Colby looked at a couple of things in our house, found the problem, and offered a free solution. That night, no more bites. If you need pigeon removal services, Purple Pest Solutions is the way to go. You'll be glad you chose them! read more

Not to mention there's 100% guarantee! Thank you! read more

I can't say enough about how great Purple Pest Solutions is. We had them spray in the house, garage and outside last Summer and no bugs at all. We figured it was time to do it again, so I went to Yelp where I had them bookmarked and got a quick response and a quick appt. Colby came today and did a great job. Colby was very nice and professional. If you want reliable service and great service, call them. They are the best! Thank you Purple Pest Solutions. read more

Great service! We had to install netting around our solar panels because of pigeons. Making the appointment was very easy. Colby was friendly, professional and fast response. Highly recommended! We will use this company from now on read more

I've been using Purple Pest Solutions for about 3 years at 2 properties. Probably longer but time is fluid. Colby the owner is always available (I just called them to re/schedule super late...sorry!) and I've had the same tech at both houses, miles away. It makes me feel like this a personal family owned business that cares about their customers. I value that. Every time I've called outside of my maintenance schedule they've been fast and reliable. I highly recommend. read more

We've been clients for 5 years. They're a wonderful pest company and always available to assist if/when there is an issue. We started using Purple Pest because the chemicals used are child and pet friendly. Always pleasant, on time, and definitely recommend them. read more

update: some of the spike strips he installed came off my roof in a few months. I wrote him a message and he was out the very next morning and replaced them for free. Great service read more

I saw a couple of scorpions in the house. Purple Pest came out right away and did an indoor/outdoor and garage treatment with their pyrethrum-based product. I saw a few teeny tiny dead spiders after a day or two and no signs of anything else dead or alive since! It's been about 2 months. My theory is that the scorpions were attracted to the spiders. These tiny black spiders about the size of a pinhead have been in my house forever. They didn't really bother me except they left occasional wispy webs under the kitchen cabinets and outside along the porch. Now I understand the benefits of eradicating them. read more

Quick response time and was able to be serviced the very next day. Will be using them again! I moved into a new home and we stumbled upon some critters but thankfully it's been a few weeks and we have not had any problems since! read more

Colby showed up promptly at the appointment time and was very professional and thorough with the spraying. Colby was very nice and thorough. Super quick in responding and follow ups. Very professional. I no longer have birds under my solar panels. He cleaned my roof, placed spikes and closed off around my solar panel. read more

Colby was friendly and did a fantastic job! I was a bit skeptical about hiring an exterminator based off of past experience, He made the process easy and throughly educated me about how the service process works, what I should be expecting in the following months after treatment. Will be recommending him to anybody who's looking for an exterminator! read more

Well. Long story. We had a black widow problem last night so I messaged this company and they got back to me late at night which was awesome! The prices are great and he was able to show up at 11 today. He had a huge hose to power wash this bug spray instead of a little hand pump one. Needless to say it looks like a bug massacre. I didn't realize I had this many critters in my grass. Im thoroughly disgusted and impressed at the same time. I have NEVER had such great results especially in less than an hour. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs this service! read more

Colby was very fast in responding to the help request as he was over and gave a quote within 2 hours. The quality of work was the best I seen from looking at other companies pictures. I have heard some pigeons on the day of install and the next day, but sound like they tried to move it and gave up. Highly recommend Purple Pest if you are having pigeons making a home under your solar panels! I think the pictures below speak volume with the attention to detail and the way the clips are used so not to void warranty on solar panels. Will hire again to do other side as needed. read more

RELIABLE, RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND PERSONABLE! Also GREAT PRICING! Thank you Colby for everything. From my search & messages, scheduling, answering my questions, and explaining what's included in the services. I appreciate him taking the time to listen to my concerns, understanding I have a cat in the house, & being respectful because I was home by myself. He was thorough and quick to handle the inside of the house first, and then worked on the garage and exterior of the house. You have a customer for life! Looking forward to our bi-monthly services. Thank you again! read more

Extremely responsive when you put in a service quote through Yelp! I got serviced the very next day. Special for Yelp for $49 initial service, love that! He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have noticed a difference already in an area that has bees congregating but no nest or hive. Otherwise this was a preventative service. He was very kind and walked my husband and I through kind of what to expect with our neighborhood and what options we have for monthly or every other month upkeep. I have zero complaints! read more

Colby was fast, kind, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! He came out the same night that I called him and sprayed all these little black bugs that we have. He found that we had a beehive that we didn't even know about that had been there for months. He took care of that and helped ensure that our family stayed safe! We appreciate Colby's fast, reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you Colby! read more

We were having lots of pest issues from spiders in the house to rats in the backyard so I perused Yelp and visited websites until I landed on this company. They service Boulder City and what made me particularly happy was that Purple doesn't make you agree to monthly service which imho isn't necessary. I've lived here 22 years and have no problems which require a monthly treatment. We decided upon quarterly and have now had two treatments from them. I set everything up on the phone with Colby and he was a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who comes and does the application is thorough and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for, so glad I found them & have recommended them to neighbors already. read more

Now hear THIS!! Colby Dow, the Owner of Purple Pest Solutions truly lives up to the hype here at Yelp! Here is my experience; I have never had the experience of dealing with bed bugs before. My first thought was what are these pests (didn't even know what one looked like....) and how do I get rid of them and their eggs? Once I got educated on what they look like and what I needed to do; I still knew of no reputable pest control company to do the work. That's when I took to Yelp and started doing my research which included reading a ton of reviews from other pest control companies. I had several pest control quotes and business owners come to look at the issue. However, Mr. Dow was the only one who went the extra mile to check in places that the other pest control companies did not. Indeed, I had bed bugs! I was told that using heat is the only way to kill them and their eggs. I asked Colby about this and he informed me that the chemicals/treatment he uses acts as effectively as heat (I'm sure I'll get some "haters" on this...) since he is very "new school" and knows his stuff. After the first treatment, with the exception of one bed bug, I saw no other bed bug activity. Furthermore, he followed up with a second treatment which was part of the entire cost! He follows up up to 30 days ensuring that there are no more of these nasty creatures. Finally, you wanna talk about communication? Colby was simply INCREDIBLE!! He is available to answer any and all questions regarding your unique treatment plan. Some of my questions were ridiculous quite frankly, since I knew next to nothing about bed bugs. However, he was so patient, professional and willing to educate me on what was going on! Therefore, it is with the utmost confidence that I recommend Purple Pest Solutions and Colby Dow for your pest control needs. Thank you so very much for the incredible work you did in our home, Colby! You are THE MAN!!! read more
