Well. Long story. We had a black widow problem last night so I messaged this company and they got back to me late at night which was awesome! The prices are great and he was able to show up at 11 today. He had a huge hose to power wash this bug spray instead of a little hand pump one. Needless to say it looks like a bug massacre. My first thought was what are these pests (didn't even know what one looked like....) and how do I get rid of them and their eggs? Once I got educated on what they look like and what I needed to do; I still knew of no reputable pest control company to do the work. That's when I took to Yelp and started doing my research which included reading a ton of reviews from other pest control companies. I had several pest control quotes and business owners come to look at the issue. However, Mr. Dow was the only one who went the extra mile to check in places that the other pest control companies did not. Indeed, I had bed bugs! I was told that using heat is the only way to kill them and their eggs. I asked Colby about this and he informed me that the chemicals/treatment he uses acts as effectively as heat (I'm sure I'll get some "haters" on this...) since he is very "new school" and knows his stuff.
