We've been using Dr. Death for years and they are simply the best. Trevor has been taking care of my mom's house for at least 10 or more years and has always been reliable and knowledgeable. He always takes the time for her. I can't recommend Dr. Death enough. read more

We have been using Dr. Death's services for 12 years now. He is professional, courteous and makes sure to assist with any issues we encounter. We had an ant infestation once and he did not hesitate to help get rid of them. Then, we had rodents eating our plants. Again, he came to the rescue! I highly recommend him! read more

Dr. Death has provided outstanding service to me and my family since 2017. We moved to Rhode Island for a year in 2018 and returned to the Henderson area in July of 2019. Upon our return, we did not hesitate to reach out to Trevor and re-establish service with his great company. Shortly after moving to our new home, we discovered an ant problem on a Saturday. I reached Trevor and he immediately responded to my residence. Trevor determined the source of the problem was my neighbor. The problem was immediately resolved and we had no further issues with ants or other pests. This is the epitome of excellence service. As long as we are residents of Southern Nevada, Dr. Death will always be our pest control company. read more

I love Dr. Death pest control. I have used them for over 10 years with 0 complaints. The customer service is always responsive, if I need to make a change to my schedule. Trevor is amazing! He is considerate of my family needs. If it's raining out, he will be scheduled so that my dog stays safe from the chemicals. When I moved into a new house, he took the time to address my concerns about scorpions. They also have a newsletter that keeps you informed. I love that the company does more than spray and go. I highly recommend this company. read more

We love Trevor aka Dr. Death! We have utilized his pest control services in two homes in the Henderson area. We called Dr. Death after not having any pest control in our rental and finding a scorpion inside. Trevor helped put our minds at ease when he examined the property and began regular service with us. We recently moved and continued ongoing pest control services with Dr. Death at the new place and couldn't be happier. Trevor is kind and patient in answering all my questions (about potential investations, the safety of the chemicals used for our pets and for pregnancy, etc.) and we've been very happy with the results. read more

I've been a client of Dr. Death since 2009. He was my pest control expert at a previous residence, and when I bought my home in 2011, I knew I wanted to continue using his services. I love that his business is both veteran and family-owned--he and his wife have been nothing short of amazing! He's responded to emergency requests without hesitation, and I know we can always rely on him if any issues arise in the future. read more

Trevor has been servicing our homes for quite some time now. He and his wife are absolutely amazing and so professional. I really appreciate that. He takes the time to pick up my dog toys and water bowls before he sprays. He really goes out of his way. Best pest control company in town! read more

Would highly recommend avoiding this place. As others have said, their staff is extremely rude and rather than try to reschedule an appointment for treating, they canceled the entire service. I was told, "They don't do that" when asking if the service could be moved to a different time and that they were unwilling to make any changes to the service other than cancel it entirely. What kind of business is so inflexible that they can't make a single adjustment to the scheduling and would rather lose a customer than even try to find an alternative? I've never seen a company treat customers with such disregard. Any company in the service business that can't have any amount of flexibility at all and that is as rude to their customers as they are will never get my business and I've told everyone I know to avoid them. read more

This was the 6th pest control company I contacted and had out to my house within the 6 years we've been living there. Every other pest control company before did nothing. Bugs came back days later and it was terrible. That was when I contacted Dr. Death Pest Control. The owner came out and was great. I showed him all the areas of the bugs and told him how we've had numerous other companies out with no end in sight because the bugs would come right back and with a vengeance. He went above and beyond to take care of the massive ant and spider issue we had in our front and backyard. However today, when I spoke with Suzanne to see if I could push back or switch my service time frame, she told me quite rudely "that is not how their company works." They have set days and times for when the owner is in my area to spray and that I don't even need to be home. I proceeded to tell Suzanne that I have to keep my back gate locked due to the area of town we live in, and that I would be home 30 mins after my time frame. Point blank, she said there was nothing they could do except refer to me some other pest control companies they're friends with and that if they tailored to their customers specific days and times, they would have to charge a lot more to make ends meet due to only being able to service a few people a day. I wasn't asking for anything out of control, just to arrive 30 mins later. She was not willing to work with me in any way. Very standoffish and cold and acted as if she was over having this conversation with me. When I started using this company 2 months ago, NONE of this was ever explained to me, on how their return services work and what their policies are. I'm very upset with the way I was treated today by Suzanne and because I had FINALLY found a pest control company that worked!! But now, sadly, she cancelled my services because she refused to work with me about a 30 minute time difference. To say i'm very disappointed is an understatement. read more

We have been using Dr. Death for about 11 years now and have nothing but good things to say. Any problem I've had he has called me back almost immediately and taken care of any issues I've had. I've been using this company since I moved to Vegas a few years ago and I've been very happy with the service received, attention to detail, and willingness to listen to my concerns and explain about the pests in the area/how to deter them in addition to the pest control treatment. And on top of all of that, of course, the effectiveness of the treatments and the products used which are safe for pets, and the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs! read more

Excellent business. Most of the times when I have concerns about a service or company in Las Vegas I get a lot of attitude back for no reason. But this company is different, and reached out personally to make sure they are on their A game. I have had two services with them on a bimonthly basis and so far I am impressed. I had one concern and they really went to investigate it and make sure their quality of work is on point, in which case it was, and just my tenant's fault. The owner runs a good company, he's very dedicated and takes everything personal, runs his company like it's his baby, and you can tell he has a lot of pride in his work and that's a lot to appreciate. Suzanne also I have dealt with and she is very understanding and goes above and beyond. This is the type of service and people you want servicing your home and treats your home like their home. Keep it up guys and Thank You! read more

Dr. Death, Trevor, has been our "bug guy" for over 10 years. We recently sold our home and the worst part was knowing that we will lose Dr. Death. I have never seen a bug in my home. A few dead ones outside, but never one (alive or dead) in our home. Dr. Death (Trevor) will always be our "go-to" exterminator. We are moving out of the area. That is the only reason we will no longer be working with Dr. Death. read more

I had a problem with ants, they are gone, there were rats in the back yard, they are gone, black widow spider... gone. He is fast, clean and very professional. I love his website and the fact that he emails tips year round to keep you informed about seasonal pests and other tricks and tips to help keep pests away. Well priced for the job. Have used their service twice in two years. They returned my call relatively quickly. Appointment was scheduled not too far out each time. They did not try to push their continuous service. I just needed a one time spray. They sprayed outside and inside thoroughly. This year I asked them to also spray the porch as well as inside the garage, which they did using something stronger. Overall, polite, professional, fair pricing, and no upselling involved. Highly recommended. read more

Had to share with the Yelp world, these guys are the BEST in the business! I had a major scorpion issue at my house and after trying several other Exterminators, Trevor was the only one who completely fixed the problem... Wow, I've never been treated with such disrespect ever when calling a business. I called this morning to request an emergency service and the person answering the phone just said, "dr death how can I help you?". So I asked who was I speaking too so I could use their name, he flat out said, "you don't need to know that". I said, ok hang on my name is Lee, I know your name isn't dr death, who am I speaking too. The kid flat out said, "we're not going to be able to help you and hung up." What happened to customer service, or introducing yourself so we know who we're talking too? What happens if the service is messed up or something goes wrong and I want to call back and speak to the person that I originally spoke too? I guess they really don't care about setting up new accounts or how many people I'm now going to tell NOT to use their service.. read more

Trevor from Dr. Death is awesome. We are new to the area and had no idea what pests we were going to have to deal with here. I called the week we moved in, and Trevor was here the next day with tons of information and a plan of attack to help us with what problems we were coming across. He is extremely knowledgeable in his craft, and meticulous when executing his treatments. He now treats our house monthly for preventative measures. He gives a schedule in advance, accepts payment any way you want to give it, and gives a specified time of treatment via text message the night before. Seriously, look no further for your pest control needs. Dr. Death is your man. read more
