We recently started finding centipedes in our home even after having our previous pest control company sprayed twice. As someone who absolutely hates bugs, I was definitely not happy . I wanted to make sure we were getting a treatment that actually focused on the type of bugs we were finding rather than just having someone come out and spray again. I reached out to Kyle with a few questions and concerns, and he was extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and was able to accommodate us with an appointment very quickly. I really appreciated how responsive and understanding he was, especially since I was hoping to get someone out as soon as possible. The technician who came out was also very professional, friendly, and thorough. The entire experience, from scheduling to the actual service, was smooth and easy.
